I will never take my car anywhere else. As long as Richie will keep the place open and running I will be a loyal customer! And I recommend all of my friends and family here whenever they are having car issues. The most honest and transparent people, they are fair on their prices and fast and friendly. I know that I never have to worry when I bring my car in. I had my starter replaced. I didn't know when they would get to it. It was not same day service. It was going to take a couple weeks to pay in full. I offered to make a partial payment then and finish payment without receipt of my car until I finished payment in a couple weeks. The owner response was that they were going to leave my car outside off premise with the window rolled down and told me it wasn't on them if something happened to my car because I couldn't pay in full immediately. I would not recommend them to anyone. Horrible customer service.

My brakes were making weird noises so I scheduled to come in here to have it checked out, and got an oil change & tire rotation as well. They did the brake inspection first and then called me to let me know exactly what they recommend and the pricing. They were very transparent with everything they were doing and what the associated charges were for. I have had some bad luck with other places, so I was scared to have to take my car in anywhere. It is a huge relief to know I can take it here and not have unnecessary work/charges recommended. Plus the work was done quickly and I got my car back the same day. Was referred to them by a couple of friends. Long story short. What they quoted me for was almost twice as high as 2 other estimates I had received. However flushing my heater core was reasonably priced.

My family and I have used Automotive Diagnostic Center on all of our vehicles, for both major and minor repairs. These guys are knowledgeable, trustworthy and communicate with their customers every step of the way. The price is more than fair for the quality of work they do. I took my Ford f250 here and was very pleased with the quality of service i received. Someone stole my catalytic converter and they replaced it and got my truck up and running again. I'll definitely be back. 10/10 would recommend.Services: Exhaust, Tires, BatteryServices: Exhaust, Tires, Battery

Continuous excellent trustworthy service is what I have been receiving from them over the past 30 years. They fix my auto right the first time. Their prices are competative. I won't take my car anywhere else.

Nice and trustworthy. Hard to find honest mechanics these days, but this place is great. Richie has treated my mom so good and has been so honest and helpful over the years. He runs a great shop. Nice and clean atmosphere.

Woman who needed trustworthy mechanic.....Woman who only wanted the best..........Woman who is on a budget. I finally found someone to work on my car that takes the time to explain my options. He takes the time to explain to you what needs done, what you should do, what you have to do. Richie helped me create a list of priorities. I feel like I found a place that treats me like a person. They treat me with respect.

Best General Service Garage on East Side of WichitaI've brought a variety of vehicles to Automotive Diagnostic Center for over thirty years. Richie and his father John before him have always run a first-class operation.These folks are knowledgeable, accurate and honest. I'm a former diesel truck mechanic and a retired electrical engineer and I can't recommend them highly enough.

They are good mechanics. Open on pricing and what all is wrong with your vehicle after they do a diagnostic. Ritchie is very friendly and helpful.

Very rude people to deal with. They say they open at 7:30am and it is 8:40am and the tire guy is still not here. So I walked in and asked when if he was in yet and very rudely told me no and he could not sell me the tires tell the tire guy got here. Would not recommend them for nothing. If I could give them a no star I would have.

well I am no critic of websites, but I like it. Bringing the business into the 21st century is needed and this is a great start, along with word of mouth advertising of course. Their reputation for good, honest service is well established and this will enhance it.

Richie and his employees have given me great service. They do what my car needs but do not try to sell me a service it does not need. That's a change from other places I have taken my vehicle.

By far the best Service in town. Was told exactly what was going to be done, and was done before the expected finish date. If you need anything done to your vehicle contact these guys.

They worked on my car multiple times. Replaced a radiator, broken window, battery cables. They're very busy. Prices are good.

Had a slow tire leak. The guys found four pieces of metal in my tire, had to plug one of them. Fast service!
