What can I say! Amazing, friendly, and knowledgeable customer service. Quick, reasonable, and accurate estimates. They matched my paint color perfectly with ease after being told by other shops that it would be difficult to match without a more costly and extensive repair. My experience was perfect. They even washed my car. The care, quality, and attention to detail that was given to me and my car was above any expectations. With how picky I am that's hard to accomplish. Congratulations Auto Works Collision for a job well done.

Chris and his team were very kind and professional with me when I had to have my car repaired after an accident. They brought me in once they had it taken apart and explained what the damage was and how they were going to fix it. The repairs were done very well, and in the time frame he told me. I would highly recommend them to friends.

Another auto repair shop wanted to use aftermarket parts. Dawn and Chris worked with insurance company to repair with OEM parts. Our car looks brand new and clean inside and out. Thanks Chris and Dawn for helping us with our car repairs!

This place is fantastic in every way from start to finish. I'm not going to bash on my car insurance because all-in-all they've been great. This situation just happened to be a little ' sticky. ' The motto here is ' we make friends by accident ' , which I think is a pretty clever motto. Well, let me tell you about the ' friend ' I made. Her name is Dawn and she was the estimator that handled my body work insurance claim. From the very moment I spoke to her for the first time I knew the experience was going to be great... she was absolutely one of the most knowledgeable, caring, professional and I could go on and on. She was on my side every step of the way and she had to go through my insurance policy ( or the other partys', I'm not sure exactly ) to give them estimates of the damage and they replied back with an approval. Actually, something just popped into my head. The wreck was not my fault and ironically the other party had the same insurance company that I did. Of course the other party's claims adjuster tried to put the blame on me. She tried to twist the story as many ways as she could to catch me in a lie or whatever. She kept saying ' I can't see that in my pictures. ' Well guess what, MY claims adjuster had called me to tell me that the other partys' insurance had accepted responsibility. When I spoke to the other partys' claims adjuster that was far from the truth. She grilled me for an hour trying to get me to say the wrong thing. She also kept saying ' I don't see that in what I'm looking at ' ( Google maps ), I got out in the freezing cold rain to go take more pics so she COULD see what she needed to see. I forgot to mention that the other party admitted fault at the time of the accident and it was clearly obvious it wasn't my fault. So, let's get back to Dawn: absolutely amazing! I won't take my cars anywhere else and I will refer everyone I know who needs body work on their car to her ! I will add pictures tomorrow, I haven't taken any since I picked it up. Silly me !

I gave them one star because that was the lowest possible. I went to them Friday evening for an estimate for a couple of scratches on the right front bumper and wheel well. Thy took pictures and told me they would give me and estimate on Monday. I still have not heard a word from them. Maude they need to change their sign from we make friends by accident to we make friends by major high dollar accident.

Looking for a repair shop that's fast, fair, and honest? How about one with integrity and friendliness? I was in a hit and run. That's a mess in itself! Chris and Dawn are amazing communicating and navigating through the process. They know their business, dealing with insurance and are very professional throughout the entire process from beginning to end. An advocate for the customer 100 percent!!! Hoping I don't need their help again, I would return and recommend to anyone needing their business! And...my baby is back and looks amazing!

Did not follow through with anything they agreed. My hood isn t aligned. OEM parts were not used. My door handle was broken/gets stuck after repairs didn t have that issue before. Head lights/assembly were not corrected like promised. Agreed to total out the car then at last minute said that s not what the numbers show. Also agreed to do a payment plan for a month or so for the deductible- then after two weeks we received a notice/voicemail stating we had until the end of the week. Every time i tried to call to discuss this i was told the person i needed to speak to was out of town or on vacation. I was constantly told they were too busy to answer phone calls and they couldn t call back. I will no be returning not even to have the door handle fixed like y all said. Sadly i picked you guys when my first choice was the best body shop- I ll continue to go there and recommend everyone else does too!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

After my car was wrecked, I called SEVERAL body shops around town. Most of them made me feel like it was going to be a trick to get my car in and done soon. When I called Auto Works, they were so friendly and ready to get my car fixed and back to me. The team worked diligently to get my car done on time and perfectly. The office worked with my Insurance, so I didn't have to worry about any of that. Chris in the office was so kind to even send me regular pictures and updates throughout the process. The final product was my car exactly back to how it was before, and maybe cleaner!

Auto Works Collision Center made my husband Mark & I raving fans! Our car is beautiful! They exceeded our expectations with their excellent work, excellent customer service, excellent communication keeping us abreast of the progress and then went above & beyond by checking over the car and cleaning it inside and out! We would certainly recommend their services and use them again!

I've needed Auto Works twice now after encountering some crazy drivers. Steven has been more than helpful in explaining everything, dealing with insurance claims, staying in communication and helping with rental service. The workmanship is superior and service is professional and friendly. I will continue to take my car to them and recommend them to others.

Dennis and his team did an amazing job on repairing the substantial hail damage to my Fiat. Damage was so sever they had to replace the hood and roof and fix damage to the passenger side. They kept me informed of the progress and worked with my insurance company to resolve any issues. When they finished the job my car was like new inside and out. I would highly recommend Dennis and his team at Auto Works!

Customer service is top notch. These guys do great work. Quote was spot on, no extra charges. They are patient with questions and never got annoyed with me calling for updates. They made getting into a rental a breeze. And they absolutely refuse to allow you to drive off if your vehicle isn t PERFECT! They re perfectionists and I love that. When we went to pick up our vehicle, a bird had already pooped on it. It was insisted upon that I can t drive off like that. My keys were taken from me and it was immediately cleaned again. That s true pride in your work. Thanks again for being a fantastic company. You have customers for life in us!

I spoke with Chris on June 6 , give or take, would find a front bumper & some kind of plate behind the bumper. Thought maybe they were busy so I waited. In July, I called Dawn & Chris had told her nothing. She would order & would schedule me. I waited again and called. Said their painter had walked out & would wait to see how the new one worked out.. Mind you I took my car in June & now it's August. Dawn said I was at the top of her list & now we're nearing the end of August and again no phone call. Either this place is overpriced and doesn't need the business because they're rich or they are out of business. I wouldn't take your car here. Extremely unprofessional. They wasted 3 months of my time & now have to take it somewhere else. Zero stars. Shame on them!Service: Body & Trim

I dropped the vehicle off at Auto works collision center Monday morning about 9:00 am. Got my rental car thinking it was going to take several days. Tuesday afternoon I got a call that my car was ready. They did a great job paint matched perfectly on a 21 year old car. Everything was top notch quality and professional service. I recommend them highly.

I chose them through my State Farm claims app because they had the highest rating in Wichita. They handled everything from that point. The car was repaired to perfection. They even detailed it, inside and out. I'd recommend them to anyone who needs body work. Excellent job!

These folks are great. I ve had two bodywork jobs done on my car with this shop, most recently a rock dent on the roof, right on the edge of the windshield/weather stripping. Looks like it never happened, and they re very accommodating to the minor details and very communicative. Highly recommended!

I really appreciate the integrity of the shop and Stephen went the extra mile to make sure that the insurance company didn t take advantage of any short cuts in the quality of the repairs. So, I have an insurance claim pending and I went here today so they could take pictures of the damage to my car for the insurance company and the lady I've been corresponding with is one of the nicest ladies I've ever dealt with. She was very thorough and knowledgeable about her job... Thank you Dawn !

Fantastic place to have your vehicle body work done. Anything from a ding to major body work will be done with precision and in a timely manner. The staff are honest, excellent, and friendly. They take their time to explain what is needed and give you an accurate estimate of time and cost of repairs. Your vehicle will come back looking like new.

Word of mouth brought me to Auto Works after a recent Hit And Run left me seeking a body shop. What a pleasant surprise to find friendly, caring customer service. They keep you informed on the progress of your vehicle and they stay to the timeframe.I would recommend them to anyone!

Stephen estimated the cost of removing scratches & repainting my front bumper. Suggested that I have my windshield replaced while the vehicle was at Auto Works. He researched to see if there would be extra cost if the windshield had to be calibrated. I contacted Safelite and it was done as agreed. This is my third visit. . Dennis Allison hand painted rock chips at no charge on a car I was selling. . asking that I pass it on. Stephen did everything he said he would do and my Suburban was cleaner then when I took it to the shop. Thank You so much, I will tell all my friends!

I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. The repairs are perfection and the staff keep you in the loop with progress. Auto Works stands behind their repairs and welcome any questions you have. They work closely with the insurance company so one less thing for you to worry about. Also make sure you have a rental car available and you can drop it off with Auto Works and they take care of the rest. I can not think of anything they could do better than what they do now.
