We recently took my 2001 Chevy Silverado they gave me a false diagnosis , I ve been a customer for years I took matters in to my own hands & went home & fixed it based on what they had told me & it didn t fix my problem called them back & let them know & was told by one of the employees that they weren t ever gonna touch my vehicle again , he was also not to happy when I showed him my work that I had done .

Biff and his team at Auto Smart South are fantastic!! Biff is AAA Master ASE Certified and he and his team does all of our mechanical work for our business and our personal vehicles. They have never charged us for work that was needed. We completely trust them and we would recommend them to anyone. Biff is a Veteran and was a Police Officer, so he understand the word SERVICE!! Thank you for all the hard work you have done for us the past 6 year and many more to come!!

Wonderful service. We are traveling from OK to UT and had an ac problem and they got us right in and fixed up with all the kids and the dog taking up their waiting room. Biff was excellent and explained what was wrong and got it right back up and running and on our way!

All 3 of my vehicles have been serviced/repaired by Biff and his crew. I will not going anywhere else. Fantastic service and very professional. Highly recommend this awesome shop!

Didn't get any work done here. I went in but they didn't weld exhausts and don't install parts unless they buy them or they are aftermarket ( sometimes). Guess I'll have to keep looking for a good shop to take my cars to.

Terrible customer service! I would not recommend. I went there to get an estimate on how much it would cost to repair a minor damage on my car and I let half way through the conversation. The skinny guy at the front desk came off to me as racist, simple because he refused to look at me or provide assistance. He answered my questions very vaguely and I don't feel as if by business was handled with respect. I WALKED OUT AND I WOULD NEVER GO BACK THERE!

The worst place in the world. Tired to charge me 75$ for a AC pin because mine was bent. I went to my old mechanic he gave it to me for free. They charge me 80$ to put a longer bolt in holding my ac compressor. Rip off. They people here are rude and not very good mechanics. Never take your car here

They looked over my vehicle and diagnosed what was wrong with it, did this complimentary due to my vehicle being under warranty somewhere else. A+ service and will be back with my other vehicles and the van when the warranty is through. Thanks guys!

Being a female I felt like they thought I didn't know enough about my vehicle and could get over on me having me repair or replace parts that werent needed and charge me a ridiculous labor fee
