If you re looking for quality service and car expertise, then this is the place to go. Scott is an upstanding guy, and the best in Wichita when it comes to all things car knowledge. He truly cares for his customers and the service he puts out. I would recommend Autosmart to anyone in need of an awesome car shop!

I work on my own vehicles, but AutoSmart is the only place I take my vehicles for alignments. Excellent work, service, and people. They did a great job aligning my modified truck.

I took my car in for a 90,000 mile maintenance, the service was done in a very timely manner, and the cost was actually less than what had been quoted so I was very pleased, being a senior citizen on a limited income I felt that they valued my patronage to their business.

This automotive shop was recommended, I called and learned over the phone of experience and knowledge. I took my car was diagnosed and repaired within 48 hours. Very happy to have met This Crew, will definitely return if I have more Automotive troubles. Thanks Auto Smart!

I read the reviews and they seemed to be very helpful and informative.I had my truck towed to their shop and was given an estimate that seemed to be reasonable.I told them to go ahead and do the repairs, my truck was done the next day and everything they did is guaranteed for 3 years can t go wrong there.

Always professional and fast service. They provide text reminders when our services due, and when they have openings for immediate appointment. Never try to upsell us on other services. We don t need but are very careful to check out all the important items during our service appointment.

Scott and his team (Mark especially) are terrific. He cares about his customers and he gives back to the community, especially the Veterans and being a car buff he takes great care of car show automobiles and proudly displays them out front of his service shop.When I was having trouble with the speaker phone and sync in my control panel of a vehicle I had gotten from him, along with the driver's seat that didn't adjust for my short legs and height; he found me a better seat with more power adjustments than the original seat that match the interior perfectly! He also replaced the center console with a new aftermarket system that works beautifully!!. He did this without any additional cost to me because he knew with my age (75) it was very important to me to feel comfortable behind the driver's seat!!I have been bringing my vehicles to Auto Smart since 2008. They have always treated me like family with all the joking and ribbing that goes along with that. It is just not me, they do the best they can for all their customers, and if it's something they can't do (body repairs) they help you find a good place. Fuel Pump and Gas TankWent in for oil change and smelled gas. Found fuel pump was cracked and gas tank had rust holes . Scott tried to get a tank but had to get one out of town. I needed my van for deliveries the next day. Scott got me a van to use for my business to run my deliveries. He didn't charge me for the van. This man I have been dealing with since he opened many yrs ago. He is honest and tells you what is wrong and always gets the job done. He took care of this van since 2009 when I purchased it. He is the only one that serviced it and now it's almost 350,000 miles on it. I'm very disappointed in their service..My car was misdiagnosed and repairs included. Replacing a perfectly good part with a new one.When the original problem persisted they didn't offer to make it right.I will never go back.

Absolutely love this place and the people! They actually care about their customers and want to do what s best for them and their vehicles. They are honest and trustworthy which is really hard to find in the automotive industry. They will explain things to you so you understand what s happening and why. Their prices are comparable to other shops if not better. Thank you so much for your hard work and service! I've done business with them before and they charge a good rate for mounting balancing tires, so that is why I took my car in for AC repair, I explained to them that it has extended warranty, and they said that the warranty will not pay for Freon or the actuator, and I said I understood, the next they called me saying total comes to $219 and change, they did the work without even telling how much it was going to be and to confirm weather to do the work or not , when I get there they tell me that the total was $244 and change, I said I was told the total was $219, then he said that was without tax, the Technician even had the Audacity of telling me that the warranty company was not my friend, and they charge me more than $200 for AC recharge, outrageous rate for a 30 - 45 min job, be warned!!!oh yeah they even told me that the motor oil was low and that is why I hear a rattling sound, they do unauthorized work but they can't even add a quart of oil, especially after charging so much for recharging the FreonI know where I'm not going when my engine goes out and the extended warranty will pay that somewhere else!!!

Always helpful in adjusting my car so it runs better. My old car needed new brakes. I had bought a new car, but the info got left on there. I took the new car in to have the brakes worked on. They told me they were fine. They could have changed them and charged me, but they didn't. Told me what h a d happened and I didn't need brakes. TRUST. Love these guys

Zach and the mechanics at Auto Smart have taken excellent car of my 1985 C10. From basic oil changes to new headers and exhaust to an engine block replacement. Excellent work. Any time I ve had questions they have always been answered and I appreciate that. Happy customer here that will keep coming back.

They replaced a broken wheel stud this time. Did a great job. They have helped me with my services on my Subaru. They always do a great job. They have also done a wheel alignment on my Crosstrek. Work done right, the first time. And love the massage chair.

Awesome experience. Nothing but great things to say about the staff, my mechanic, quality of work, all promises kept, and even the waiting area felt more like home with a massaging chair! Had valve cover, manifold, and intake gaskets replaced on my 2003 classic show truck and again could not be happier. I do have other projects for the truck and they have my business.
