Great customer service, The lady at the front desk was awesome. They ordered the glass and received it in one day. It took less than an hour. They said I could bring it back if any leaks or issues. I was pleased and impressed. Wow.

Auto Glass now fixed several rock chips on my windshield. it took 20 minutes and was very reasonable on price. I will be going back. Great service and great quality

The staff was friendly and I appreciate the work being done same day. But I will advise the work itself could have being done a lot better. The technician was great as far as his professional. There was a lot of leftover glass left in the driveway that I feel should have been taken care of or advised to me so I could get it picked up. A big red flag was they didn't communicate well on what all the service included because after my moonroof was installed it was not operating properly(opening and shutting) after and I ended up calling the technician back to notify him off the issue no later then 5 minutes of him leaving. He advised me that it would eventually go back to normal. I let about 48 hours go because I was still have the issue was told by someone at their front desk that I would need to take it somewhere else to get it looked at. Which I feel that if I spent 900$ on a service and need to take it somewhere else to get it looked at then I should have took my business elsewhere. But to wrap it up this story, I did take it to another place and come to find out it was something small and it took them literally 2 minutes to fix!Services: Installation, Auto windshield replacement

Ok..have not had service done hereDid call to get quotes. Soooo the guy was pretty honest and did say they could replace my windshield but they do not have equipment for calibration of the windshields they replace. So I would have to take it somewhere else and pay extra to have that done even though going thru insurance. I'm glad he explained it all to me..sucks they cant keep up with technology I guess.

Yesterday I had a L/H rear quarter panel replaced on my 2012 Chevy Suburban at Auto Glass Now at the E Harry St. location in Wichita KS. The team there did a superb job and completed the repair in about 30 minutes which greatly exceeded my expectations and at a very reasonable price.I will certainly tell my friends about the great service and value I received and if I require glass replacement in the future I will definitely us Auto Glass Now.

They are the cheapest in town, done a very good job!! Highly recommend this place!! Safelite auto glass wanted to charge me over$600.... but here I paid $166.49..... big difference!!

Needed to replace a cracked windshield. Called around and their pricing was less expensive than other shops in town, and they got the job done in less than an hour. Super friendly too.

They got me scheduled the very next day and was looking forward to a good experience. Unfortunately that did not happen. From the moment I walked in it felt like I was just a number and they were trying to get me in and out as quick as possible. The work that was done showed that as well. I take pride in my vehicle and ask that when I have it worked on to be treated that way. The tech who worked on it left the rag in the car, fingerprints all over the glass, and I don t believe put the the glass in correctly. While driving home I heard some air coming through the passenger side and decided to go to another shop to have it looked at. Unfortunately not the experience I was looking for. I will use a different shop next time.Service: Auto windshield repair

I went to Auto Glass Now after having a not so great experience with another windshield shop and needed to get another replacement windshield. Auto Glass Now is way more affordable and so kind. They explained how the other guys did not do a professional job with installation including the nasty gap when it was primered. They also helped me clean up more of the glass that other guys left behind. I have told a lot of people to go to Auto Glass Now for great customer and affordable services!
