Alec Hughes was the best salesman that I ve dealt with and I m old having purchased numerous vehicles for myself and family. I had to buy another vehicle from another dealer that just came out of the blue and was totally unexpected. But it was on a car without a package I really didn t need and consequently 8K less. So I backed out of the deal with him. It actually was a hard decision to make since Alec had spent so much time getting me a tremendous deal on his vehicle. He s an extremely courteous hard working professional unlike a great number of other sales people. I d highly recommend using him no matter where you are in the country as he will give you the best deal and arrange shipping. Good luck to Alec you re the best

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the most professional and painless car shopping experience with Jacob Gunsch at Audi Wichita. Coming from out of town, Jake worked quickly to provide several incredible car recommendations based on my features wish list. Upon arrival, Jake had the cars pulled in a warm garage for viewing (versus the very cold outdoors), talk about service! Jake then proceeded to provide the most knowledgeable overview of each car while in the garage and on the road. A true car enthusiast! The experience was unmatched and I highly recommend you go ask for Jake!

Bought a used car, but we were treated like we were spending $200k! Sabin Garcia answered my online inquiry and even called me back on his way to get lunch! We truly got lucky with his great service. He is VERY knowledgeable about their products and services, and I'm fairly certain that no one can come close to the class of the Walser dealerships!

Caleb, the service manager, impressed me with commendable knowledge and patience, providing valuable insights into the maintenance needs of my vehicle.Morgan, another standout at Audi Wichita, contributed to the positive atmosphere with courteous and intelligent assistance. The modern setting and comfortable waiting area significantly added to the overall great experience at the dealership.I have six Golden Retrievers and I can tell people here are dog people too.

Had a great day with Sabin on Saturday. We went home with an S3 and haven t stopped smiling. His knowledge of the vehicles we drove and his willingness to listen to us and get to know what we really were looking for made for an outstanding experience. Can t wait for the Poker Run next month! I recently brought my car in for service at Walser Audi and found the service department to be very cordial and eager to accommodate my tight schedule. After I explained my repair issue, I was then turned over to Carley who is the scheduling Clerk. I found her to be very attentive and understanding, and wanting to be sure their shop schedule openings could work with my needs for getting in and out with the least amount of inconvenience. Employees like Carley give one a comfort level in dealing with a dealership. She obviously cares what we as customers think when selecting service options, which is very important for a high end brand like Audi. The rest of the service department, with whom I had interaction, were right in line with the same attitude and responsiveness.

Great service! My husband was impressed with the diagnostic video and it was nice to share that with him since he s deployed and thousands of miles away. I also thought the diagnostic fee was reasonable as I had seen it online costing double at other locations. I went in for a blind spot assist fault. The sensors were going to be 3k which I couldn t justify paying but then when I drove away my blind spot assist was working! I don t know how long it will work for but super happy that it s working for now. I would return again to Audi Wichita

I highly recommend Audi Wichita. I recently purchased a 2020 Audi RS3 from this dealership. I live in Austin, TX and purchased the vehicle remotely and had it shipped to me. My experience working with Audi Wichita was exceptional. Tori Slayton was my Sales Specialist and she is a rock star. She took such great care of me throughout the entire process. She was always very responsive and she also went out of her way to help get me a great deal and a low interest rate on the financing. She made purchasing an expensive car from a different state very easy and stress free. She was very patient with me and she always got me quick answers to the many questions I bombarded her with during the process. I really liked not having to negotiate to get the best price. The Audi Wichita negotiation free process made the whole experience very easy and I wish more car dealerships took this approach. The General Manager at Audi Wichita (Bac Ta) was also very helpful and he went out of his way to ensure I was happy with my car buying experience. I will definitely be buying my future Audi's from Audi Wichita. I have 2 Audi dealerships very close to me here in Austin TX but I chose to buy from Audi Wichita because they offered the best price and the best service! Highly recommended! I recently bought a faulty car from Audi Wichita and had it registered in Texas, where my permanent address is. When working with Sabin, he promised me that the car buying experience would be the same as if I'd bought my car in Texas, so I made the decision to buy the car here. Boy, was he wrong. First, they sold me the car with a broken moonroof. They took over almost two months to schedule to fix it, AFTER they promised I would take the car home with the problem resolved, and "fixed" it on January 3. It stopped working again a few weeks later, and when I called the service department to schedule to again "fix" a problem that I should have never had, they were in no rush to schedule me in as soon as possible. And on top of that, it seems they'll expect me to pay for the repair even though the moon roof has never worked since I purchased the car. Second, it took closer to 90 days than 60 for my license plates to arrive to the dealership (where they were misplaced for 7 days before they called me to let me know they had them) and refused to do anything to help me get my plates. Bac Ta, the manager who loves excuses more than helping his clients, told me that the situation was out of his control and in the hands of the Texas DMV. But, the salesman Alex told me that there's a lot of workplace drama within the titling department, resulting in delays of everyone getting their plates, which actually IS a problem within Bac Ta's control to fix. Finally, when I received the plates and registration for my car, my car was only registered with the Texas DMV for one year when every new car is supposed to receive registration for 2 years (it's going to cost me $150 extra to register my car the second year, which is something I've NEVER had to do when buying a new car). When I brought this to Bac Ta's attention he was the most unhelpful. I asked for 2 years' registration and he said, essentially, "too bad, so sad, and don't let the door hit you on the way out." I have never had such an awful car buying experience, nor have I ever dealt with car salesmen who weren't completely customer oriented. But, seeing as Bac Ta, the general manager, doesn't seem to care about his customers, why would any of his employees? After all, you're supposed to lead by example.

We recently purchased a used Audi Q7 at Audi Wichita. Our sales consultant Aaron Stepanek was very honest and forthcoming about the vehicle I was interested in. I did not at all feel like he was just trying to sell a vehicle and instead he educated us on what to expect with the vehicle both good and bad so that we could feel good about making an informed decision to purchase the vehicle. I can't recommend his expertise and professionalism highly enough. Ask for Aaron Stepanek at Audi Wichita if you want to have a truly great car buying experience. Thank you Audi Wichita for allowing me the pleasure of getting to work with Aaron! We will be back for sure!!!

Sabin Garcia did an excellent job getting me into my dream car. I ve waited 6 years for an CTS-V and I had to wait a couple days for financing but Walser Audi and Sabin made sure the car was held for me while I waited for my financing ! 10/10 experience thanks guys !

We had a wonderful shopping experience with Sabin from Audi Wichita. After a bad hail storm totaled my vehicle, and after a quick search online, we found a vehicle that was a great fit for our family. Sabin sent additional information, as well as a detailed video of the interior and exterior, which saved us a 4 hour drive into Wichita for car shopping. They delivered the vehicle to northwest Kansas about two days later! Sabin stayed in touch through every step, even checking in after delivery. I could not speak more highly of the process, and I've already shared how seamless it was with several friends and family!

Just bought a used Audi car from Audi Wichita. Sabin did an excellent job through the entire sales process. He adjusted his work schedule to meet my needs with less than a day s notice. Further, he was very knowledgeable and able to explain the company s warranty and additional coverage options without pushing me to buy something I wasn t comfortable purchasing. I just received my new Q7 and couldn t be happier! Derek Belford went above and beyond to help me with an out of state purchase. Aaron with Audi Wichita is the best. His follow up after purchase is flawless, and he made buying the car with cash a less than TEN MINUTE EXPERIENCE. It took longer to load the infotainment than it did Aaron to have me ready to roll. The dealership is beautiful and they keep the best inventory of S/RS cars. I drove from Tulsa, and will again.

She was very knowledgable and patient as I compared a few different cars. I never felt pressured and appreciated the upfront pricing.
