I'm a U.S. Marine. Most people say"thanks for your service", these guys went way above and beyond THAT. Marines know about heart,these guys have hearts !! I can't recommend these guys more ! The posts on here about bad service are from brain dead people,DO NOT pay any attention.

It s the fact that they do not own up to their mistakes when welding my bro had to buy a new exhaust lucky he didn t sue or something man up. They don t call back either when they know they did something wrong

Great customer service. Arrived early for my scheduled time, and the car was on a lift within minutes. Left with a new muffler in 45 minutes.

Very welcoming and nice people. They got me right in and done within an hour after I dropped it off. Will definitely be scheduling more with them. Not to mention they have military discount. Which it s always nice when businesses do it. It s even better when a small business does it. Happy to continue business through you for future issues. Thanks again to Kevin and his team!

The gang here is very reasonable with their pricing. Our trucks are constantly having the converters stolen off of them. They are great about working us in. Great group!!

Awesome place to go had a bunt for a 02 sensor I needed installed they got me in and out and at a great price. Days later I couldn't get the other sensor out so I went back they took great care of me again. I Would highly recommend them

Needed to get a new catalytic converter. These folks got me in within 24 hours and had me out the door in about an hour. My mechanic (now >former< mechanic) wanted me to wait over a week, quoted me two hours, and nearly three times the price these folks charged. I will need some brake work done soon and I'll be coming back to this shop!

Good prices and good work. Been a customer a dozen times over the years and satisfied every time. My girlfriend has gone in there and been treating well also. They don't act like women don't know anything about cars (at least to her).

Made an appointment and took in our Highlander for an exhaust leak. Kevin and co. got it diagnosed quickly and did quality work at a great price. I highly recommend them for any and all exhaust needs! I was very impressed with their work. Thanks guys.

Very polite and initiative too my desires. Quick service, I was in and out in 45 minutes or less. For 14 years I have traveled by American Muffler heading to work and leaving, gave them a try and they exceed my expectations. Thank you lady and guy so much! Also, saved me money with their recommendation.

Fast turn around and great pricing. Had a pacesetter x pipe and SLP high flow cats installed in about a hour for about $200 bucks just installed already had the parts.

What an outstanding place this is. I took my Mustang in to have a Flowmaster muffler put on and the tail pipe replaced. They quoted me slightly more than another place i checked but the other place was clear on the west side, so I figured since Kevin's American Muffler is right down the street I'll go there.I dropped the car off around 330, or 345 in the afternoon, got a call around 4:30 that the car was done. I couldn't believe it. I know I wasn't asking for anything too extensive, but WOW. Same day service? That's incredible! I was happy to pay the 20 dollars more to get it back that fast. I honestly could have waited on it it was so quick.They even parked the car inside overnight because I couldn't come back until the next morning to pick it up.Excellent service! I'm going to recommend everyone to them!

Although the job was finished efficiently and in a timely manner, as a car enthusiast I m upset with the quality and how my car was handled.I got home to find a crack on my side skirt from the car lift about 8 inches long.I went back to the shop and the mechanic claims to not remember doing it, there s no other possible explanation for the damage to my side skirt. I was met with blank faces and no intention of making things right.I would not recommend to family or friends.

Absolutely horrible experience here. The welders have no clue what they are doing and quite frankly should quit welding. They cut corners and do stupid stuff to only then act like they haven t done anything wrong. Horrible communication and horrible service all around.

Very unprofessional, the man in the glasses is extremely rude and cursed at me several times for me having a dirty truck. Horrible service and had to pull my truck back inside after I found two holes in the welds. Employee seemed nice but man in glasses was not. Do not recommend for anybody.

Went there to get my muffler welded and when they put it back in there was a leak. They fixed it but I asked about a code that was on there for an o2 sensor they say it s not there the minute I drive my truck I get a cel and when I scan it same code o eventually found out they disconnected my o2 sensor and never plugged it back in .
