Amazing service ! I am absolutely so happy with ALLIED BATTERY . I called in need of help and a new battery. They agreed to help . , I drove there in 15 minutes , and was taken care of immediately . They work so quickly and he eat the job done . The cost was so great as well ! Best place ever ! Highly recommend them !

My gf came in here to get a used battery and the next day our car wouldn't start, so she went back in and they replaced it for her free of charge. There are so many places these days that would have just screwed us but they did not. So I definitely recommend them for any of the needs you have. They were polite and professional towards her as well.

Don't ever go here for a battery! It's a waste of money! The battery I got lasted less than 3 months before I had to get a new one! Go anywhere else! It will be better and last longer! The battery I brought back to them for a refund was being charged and up for sale again! Terrible place! Junk batteries! Just don't go or you may end up stranded and waiting on a tow truck like I was!

Great price on a new battery. They even install. For a place I used a lot as a teen and young adult. A place that you thought was out of business but has been going on all these years.

I had an unexpected customer service experience at this shop. I took a battery marked with a purchase date of March 2021 that kept failing upon trying to start a vehicle with it into their store to have them deep cycle, charge, and test it. They were kind enough to let me use a shop loaner battery while they did the charge/test so that I could move a vehicle that needed to be moved from where it had broken down at. I was able to get it moved, although the next day, I was stranded in the sudden snow storm. Upon returning to the shop, I did end up needing to somehow quickly come up with some money right away, which was embarrassing to kind of put me on the spot like that, in order to keep the loaner because they stated that mine had a bad cell in it. They gave me three choices of warranty/prices for used/new batteries. I could only get the lowest $ option 90 day warranty included and coincidentally enough, the next day, I got pulled over and given a citation / court date 90 days away. Hmm. Wishing I d have had more money that day, I guess I thought two or three year warranty meant free fix/replacement for the entire term. That s why I just went with el cheapo this time, because paying extra upfront does make a difference, but didn t help much now because when your time is up, it s up

This is the only place I will ever buy my battiers from again. I bought a scooter electric scooter wasn't sure if it worked the batteries were Plum dead on it these guys hooked up new batteries to it for me make sure it works before I purchase the batteries

Thizz place iz great for all car batteries great selection very rarely do they not have a particular type of battery & for az small az it iz even givez you better prices on dead batteries when you get a new one $� that all the more u can keep in yer pocket

I have always taken my battery issues to Allied Battery because of its convenient location near South High where I work. They have always replaced the batteries for my server battery backup while I wait. I called yesterday to explain the situation and was told to bring it in. When I arrived today and explained the situation to the receptionist, a guy from the back office slammed down his phone and came to the front, cussing the entire way and ripped off the panel from the front of the battery backup. Sensing that he was angry, I asked him if I should take it somewhere else and he said yes and walked away. I had to replace the panel myself. If this is the way customers are treated, then I am surprised they are still in business.

Extremely helpful and knowledgeable about both products and services. I have been to this location more than once, as it was recommended to me by my father. I tend to shop around alot to save money and have never been able to find anywhere cheaper to get a car battery of good or better quality. They also offer MANY other kinds of batterys, practically any you could ever need as well as things related to batterys like terminal leads and such. They also can check your battery as well as your alternator for free.

I had bought 4 batteries for a lift. I was insistent that they were too tall. The batteries were in fact to tall. When I took them back, they charged me a restocking fee when in fact they would not listen to what I was saying. The management was insistent that I had received the right batteries from them when in actuality they had supplied me with batteries that were, as I had told them, too tall. Their knowledge, as far as I am concerned, is questionable. I have used them for car batteries as did my father before me. This one act has left a very foul taste and I highly suggest to everyone that you find another place to do your business such as a junk yard. You would get better results.

I have purchased 3 batteries from Allied Battery. Their rebuilt batteries are much better quality than the big nationwide chain store batteries. Plus Allied Battery's batteries come fully charged. The big chain store batteries sit on the shelf for months and months, losing their charge, before they are sold to YOU. Give Allied Battery a chance and you will not regret your high quality Allied Battery. 10 Stars.

Rude employees and high prices. Know where is it stated set if your battery needs charged before testing it costs an extra $5 they just tell you you need it charge first and then sabotage your battery when you come back to retrieve it and don't have the $5 because it wasn't made clear that I was going to be charged. Also got a gun drawn on me

I was told to come back before 6pm to pick up my battery I got there at 5:50 and there was nobody there to note also they say my battery wouldn't be done charging tell about 6 so I Came as late as I could to make sure it would be done as I was also told that it is not the batteries fault that it was frozen and dead and they wouldn't Warranty it even though it is only 4 months old very poor customer service
