I was happy to find Alexander's for auto service. I have a 2008 Jaguar with only 80,000 miles and other than Jaguar, very few shops will take it on. The owner was knowledgeable and discussed the repair with me. John manages the front desk and was excellent. He gets all questions answered and kept me updated on progress. I very much appreciated his attention. Thank you.

I highly recommend Alexander and his team!! I had another local shop perform a valve adjustment which did not fix my Acura RDX issues. Alexander did his diagnostics and decided to re adjust my valves. My Christmas light dash board cleared up! This man and his team does excellent work!!

I have been using them for years and my significant other and his family used them for years prior. They are very good mechanics. Very helpful and sweet. One of my favorite things they do is an overall check up on the car when doing an oil change. Best mechanics.

I usually don't rate good or bad but I was ripped off! PERIOD! Overpriced diagnostic check $80. Supposedly did a smoke test but couldn't tell me where the vacuum seal leak was without running other diagnostics for an additional $270!!! Which I declined.

Couldn't ask for a better shop. They go above and beyond. The detail this shop Provides when letting you know what's wrong with your car and what has to be done is amazing. They make you feel like your at that old time family mechanic shop that you know is going to get you back on the road with no worries.

Came in for alignment and they got it fixed very quickly. Found another safety issue and they advised me to fix it nicely. Overall great place.

They stood behind their warranty when some issues came up on a car I had recently purchased. More than most dealers would do. Alexander is a good guy and happy to make sure you are happy.

Wonderful staff, extremely affordable, and I look forward to doing business here again.I had 1 broken and 1 completely rusted exhaust bolt and they had me in and out in an hour.

Great price and friendly staff! Recently had an oil leak a check engine light on and they diagnosed it correctly and got it fixed! brand new tires from here balanced and aligned! Would highly recommend! Thank you so much!

They over price and try to get you to fix things that don t need to be fixed. Recently bought tires within the week and was told I needed new tires and it would be $800. Within the month before I was told my rear breaks were at 60% and I don t drive often and they somehow went down to 20% when they checked. They asked for $400 to change them without changing the rotors. And an alignment I was quoted at $400 as well. Everywhere else I looked at was around $130. Do not go there!! I can not stress it enough!!

Great service and customer care is the best in town. Been to many shops and Alexander really strives to go above and beyond for his customers. Price is a little more than other shops but the difference is this shop uses the best parts available and always takes care of any issues if any arises no questions asked

Outstanding job!!! We were traveling to Wichita for the Labor Day weekend and our alternator went out. Alexander s crew came in on Saturday (normally not open) and got it replaced and we were able to get back home on schedule.Service: ElectricalService: Electrical

Called up there, the owner said the oil change was $79.99. I went up there then another person working quoted me at $245.... Who in their right mind would pay that much for an oil change. Also quoted me $1900 for minor repairs of parts that collectively cost $90 and maybe tops 2 hours of work.Other than that, they told me 1hr for a check up, I called 2 hours later, said they were finishing the report and would call shortly, I went back up there 2 additional hours later and they still hadn't finished the report. After finally getting the report and seeing the absurd prices, they misplaced my key and had to find it.This is a great reason I never use mechanics but they are local, and small business so I tried them out. What a waste of time. Do not pay these absurd prices or waste your time here

Alexander Automotive is a breath of fresh air. They send you screenshots and videos of what s going on with your vehicle and highlight the problems. Not only is he honest, he is highly competent. Today we picked our Nissan up from having some fans replaced on the front from the AC. This was at least the 3rd time I have dealt with this shop and they were very professional and quick every time! What I really appreciate about these mechanics is that they take the time to snap pictures AND video of everything that is wrong with your car. They text you a link where you can easily view these things with detailed information, and pricing. Alexander's makes it easy to simply "approve" or "deny" each item that is wrong with your vehicle and then they get to work on it fast!! They did a great job getting our family SUV back on the road within 24 hours, and the prices were very reasonable, especially in this current economy! I will recommend this shop to anyone in town looking for an honest business who won't tell you whatever they can to get money from your wallet. We will be back again for anything else our vehicles ever need. Thank you so much!Service: Air conditioning

Great experience overall. You get a text with a link to show you photos and videos of the damage as well as a description of what needs to be done. Very kind staff as well, always willing to help answer questions and willing to assist the best they can. Once you get the diagnostic you get the option to approve the work or decline. Best. Mechanic. In. Town. My husband and I have been a customers of Alexander's since 2001. Alexander is not only masterful in his repair abilities, he also continues to take the initiative with ongoing training and education.Excellent customer service, he is honest and his integrity keeps me coming back and referring anyone looking for a quality mechanic.I also bought my 2012 Jetta from him. The process of finding the right vehicle, price and options (I needed a manual transmission) was fluid and I would absolutely recommend buying from a business owner that actually cares about your satisfaction through the process and everyday after. I know I will be buying future vehicles from Alexander.

They get stuff done rather quickly, but not the service I'd recommend. Spent nearly three thousand dollars on repairs I really didn't needed, but the guy wouldn't get off me about getting certain repairs done. Due to the cold and an extremely busy schedule I couldn't personally work on my vehicle, so I had to accept the fall. At first the deal was relatively decent with everything the desk guy stated to fix, which I asked multiple times if everything he had stated would be on the quote and he said yes, but man was he wrong. The majority of the problems weren't included and the main noise problem I wanted fixed was still there even after they said it was taken on a test drive and fixed, which you can't miss the noise... you'd have to be an actual child, which would make sense on why they didn't catch it. Never told me about how they do brake jobs and put new rotors on the car without my consent as well as a new lug nut, which he said was free, but I ended up finding it on my quote with a price... once again... without my consent. The most disrespectful thing was when I asked to test drive my car to make sure everything was as it should be. I said I could leave a valuable or would like to have one of them ride passenger during the test, but all desk boy could say was, "since it's a big job you're going to have to pay first." This is just how these mechanic companies are, not trust worthy and money scraper. I would recommend Trinity Auto Services for your repair needs. Due to the repairs without proper consent a case will possibly be developed.Edit: Owner responded to my review with holes in it. My car was never in such a poor state that made it critical by any means. You were told the problem relating to the noise with very easy and specific instructions. All you have to do is go straight as you step on the accelerator. Had plenty of friends instantly catch that noise nearly instantly. The struts could've used a replacement, but the life would've still lasted many months at the least. Break pads and rotor weren't even asked to be dealt with. Bolts back there were rust rotted to the point where my tools would've required the bolts to be cut off, but there was no reason to force that job on my quote. Don't try giving excuses just to make your side look better. You scraped up money and that's it. $200 for a diagnostic where they didn't even fix my main problem, pathetic.Service: General repairs & maintenance

This was the BEST auto servicing I've ever had. I went somewhere else previously and wasn't happy with the lack of communication, so I searched elsewhere for help.I was able to drop my car off the next morning after calling..Kameron rode along with me to actually listen to the sound my car was making...and I got my car back later in the day! They sent out updates and photos via text which was pretty cool to see. The repairs are also covered by a warranty if you're curious.If you're looking for a solid auto shop, look no further. I will definitely be taking my car back for any future maintenance. I REALLY appreciate the help with my car and the awesome customer service. I take care of my vehicles as best as possible. I brought in my vehicle to Alexander's to nspect my undercarriage. Multiple issues were found. They took photos to show me where the immediate concerns were. My engine mounts definitely needed replaced. This was not something that was within my abilities.As it was not an immediate issue, I authorized this repair. They had to actually order the parts. After the parts arrived, we scheduled the repair. I dropped off my vehicle first thing in the morning. This also allowed for as much time as possible, and I wouldn't be waiting in their nice lounge. A full day was necessary fror the repair. They did take a little longer than anticipated, as the vehicle is 9 years old with almost 190,000 miles.They finished it up, and my wife is now driving it with a better sense of security.The cost of the repair was worth the care and ability that was put into it.As my wife keeps her vehicle very very clean, it made it easier for the repair as well.Well done Alexander's Automotive!

We have been with Alexander and his crew for many years. Very honest and hard working crew. Our family takes 3 cars and an old 1993 RV (hard to find parts) and their attitude is we can always fix it. And they do!

Honestly I haven't been here but the phone service aas so helpful I wanted to leave a review. I asked about a catalytic converter cover install and he admitted he didnt know much but they would learn. And reccomend me to another shop that will do it cheaper and better. As a trade worker myself its important that we small business uplift others ana honest about their abilities and limitations. I will go there in the future when o need help because they seem trustworthy and friendly.

They did a fine job the first time I came here, but the second time I came in they quoted me $1800 for a job I got two other quotes for around $700 at other shops. I will not be coming back.Edit: My "free courtesy check" was definitely not free. It cost me $171.99.
