I recommend this care service to the fullest.Let me tell you all about Affordable auto services. I walked in saying I had one problem with my vehicle. I had left a diffrent car care center where I learned about the problems. Well they let me know that the biggest problem I was told I had wasn't even something I needed to get fixed nor was my car broken in this way. And then the other problems were so minor in price I was in disbelief. I ended up getting everything fixed on my car for the price of one problem at the other place.I am spreading the word to all the women out here! This is our place to take our cars in Wichita Kansas!. They don't take advantage of people, they humbly fix your car, and the prices are affordable like the name.

I can't say enough great things about this place, and Steve!!! I honestly was preparing myself to pay a whole bunch more. But they did right by me! They're friendly, honest, and professional. What more can you ask for? Customer service is alive and well at Affordable Auto Services!

I am over this shop Everytime I put it into the shop they swear they fixed it. But they don't put it the shop to find out why it keeps over heating and dumping coolant and they said oh it's fixed to have it out of the shop and drive 30 minutes away to have all my coolant dumped on the ground.

I've had my car since July and its been in the shop now for the 4th time cause the check engine light kept coming on after the would fix it the first time within hours the second after about a week the third time within hours.Now its at the shop again after stopping on the highway in another city brought it back to the shop and now its sitting there waiting for a timing chain because the people the shop goes through is on strike with that auto workers union strike.Even though I see timing chains all ove rthe place online and they want go get 1 there waiting on one that they've ordered could take days or weeksMean while I'm looking money cause either cant do 1 job without it and I have to uber myself or catch the bus to get to the other oneSo right know I'm not very happy with themI'm a mechanic but because the car is covered by a warranty while I'm buying it if I do anything to itThe warrantys no goodSo I have to take it up the tail pipe

I have been taking my cars here for 10 plus years and have never had a bad experience. Steve Hinds is a very trustworthy guy and will always be honest with you. I took the car here for service that i bought from Affordable , and now 10 years later i take the car i bought at Davis Moore here as well.

It's okay for the most part , but it's really needs updates and new equipment , paint job and look more professional when people clean and vacuum &wash their vehicles.

Everything is always super great when I take my vehicle to the Affordable Auto Service center for oil changes or any other vehicle maintenance. They are courteous, friendly, punctual and informative. I have never had a bad experience with this service. I recommend that anyone who needs great car care take their vehicle to the Affordable Auto Service center.

I took my 2008 Chevrolet Impala LT in to the Affordable Autos Service Center because of a constant wheel shake when the vehicle is driven at 60mph. I thought it was a wheel alignment problem, but after going over the vehicle; the service techs found that one of the front wheels was bowed and that is what caused the shake in the front end. They quickly exchanged the two front tires with two brand new ones, and the problem is fixed. The service time was worth the wait and everyone was courteous and helpful. I recommend this business to all who have need of prompt and reliable vehicle service.

I bought a 2001 Chrysler 300m from you guys a year ago, from a sell rep. named Matt by the way is excellent! And I haven t had any trouble with you guys until recently. You ve always had pretty good decent customer service. But a few days ago I took my car to be serviced because of course I still have the warranty and they supposedly found the problem, I paid the 300+ dollars and went on. Needless to say over the weekend the car did the same thing I had described to them previously! So I call down to the car lot and speak to the Manager Named Mitch, which was a joke! At first he was nice and told me to call on Monday and Steve would take care of everything no worries. So I was like okay, and I waited until today. So I called down and spoke to STEVE HINDS the service manager at the shop, he was so RUDE, did not care! And was only interested in telling me I would have to spend more money to fix whatever. So I had to do some troubleshooting on my own to find out it was the battery, something so simple they could ve took care of the first time! Steve tells me yeah ill fix it but it ll be $22.00 ? Why Do I have to pay something that you were to address when I paid you the first time? Money is not the issue obviously, it s the principle of the fact, my time at work is more $$ then taking a car down sitting and waiting or dropping it off for $22.00 if you would ve just down your job right the first time. So I was not happy so I call MITCH back at the lot and he tells me basically tough luck nothing else he can do? After he assured no problem it will be taken care of? Some business. I m glad you guys don t value such a excellent paying customer, who spoke nothing of goof for you. I will never refer anyone else to you guys and I will always be negative. I will be paying off that car from you guys ASAP! I m so glad I only ended up with one car from you guys and went to a dealership for my other two nice cars. People spend a little more money or whatever it is and deal with a DEALERSHIP!! Their respectful, courteous and very prompt to address all concern! Needless to say I m waiting to hear back from Mitch he s supposed to be talking to the owners! WAY TO GO GUYS! BUYERS BEWARE PLEASE!

Terrible people to have to deal with they will make sure you have to bring it back finally off contract took it to a real mechanic and now have $1000 bill if at all possible don't use them GO SONEWHERE ELSE ITS CHEAPER IN THE LONG RUNServices: Engine repair, Auto maintenanceServices: Engine repair, Auto maintenance

I had my door serviced for window not working and lock switch on driver side door. They fixed the window but not the lock and had to buy the part and they put it on and didn't change me anything. I plan on getting so more work done in the future.

There mechanic will duct tape your fender to something so it doesn't flap when you test drive and tell you a month or two later that it isn't there problem, he took offense because I asked if he has some tards as mechanics, he must if he got so butt hurt about it! Do yourself a favor and stay car away from this scam company!

WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN! I HAVE BEEN HAVING TO FIX THIS CAR EVER SINCE I GOT IT, 2 MONTHS AFTER I GOT THE CAR I HAD TO REPLACE THE WHOLE ENGINE!!!! THEN THE RADIATOR THEN THE PRESSURE CAP AND THE CAR STILL RAN HOT AND COULDN'T FIGURE OUT WHY MY!! SO I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH AFFORDABLE AGAIN AND WILL NOT BE REFERRING ANYONE!!!
