The dude at the counter went beyond and above to find me the right size parts. I had after market stuff on my vehicle so the parts number that computer was giving, based on the year and model wasn't compatible with my vehicle. He pulled out manufacturer's book and digital calipers and spend good 20 minutes to find the right size for me.

So I frequent the auto parts stores here on the west side. I am a 99% of the time do it yourselfer. I am mechanically inclined, that does not make me a mechanic lol. The staff here has been pretty knowledgable in their guidance through my humble travels in the world of small repairs and maintenance. Prices are right about where you would expect them to be and selection is above average but not overwhelming.

Have been going here for years when I randomly need something. From cleaner, battery, or wipers.Have always had someone there to help look up or install.Now I have traded in my paid off Kia for a Subaru I just wish they sold more Subaru stuff. But that s anywhere around here as it s not the most common vehicles around.

I visited Advanced Auto Parts today to get my battery tested and replaced, if needed. They offer a service to do this for free for buying a battery at their store. The man that was working the counter named Craig, went outside an tested my battery and said it needed to be replaced . So, I bought a battery. When I asked him to install it for me he said he could not because he was the only one working. (Interesting that he could go outside to test the battery but not to install) Then told me that I had to come back at 3pm if I wanted to get this installed. It was 1:00 pm. I had to send my husband back cause I had to go to work. Luckily, my car made it back home with out leaving me stranded. My husband and I are very irritated that Craig didn't tell me before I bought the battery that I he would not be installing it at that time! But, this is not the worst part. My husband went back in with the old battery and he express his concern to Craig. He became real defensive and start raising his voice saying " that's not what happened", he was rude an obnoxious. When my husband told him he he was going to file a complaint he said he did not care. and kept waving and saying bye bye now in a taunting antagonistic way. It got so heated that my husband was shaking when he walked out! I find it appalling that someone with this attitude would be in a customer service position! I immediately contacted the corporate office and filled a complaint. Needless to say we will not be shopping at Advanced Auto Parts any more!

Very poor service and attitude from everyone on staff. Couldn t be bothered to help me find out what I needed for my broken headlight. I went to O Reilly around the corner and got all the help I needed. Won t be going back here again.

Employee was knowledgeable however they couldn't match the same AC hose that I had on my truck and the prices on their ac lines were quite expensive. I did rate them a four because the employee was definitely willing to go above and beyond to try to help me.

I had gotten several wrong parts and had issues with this store years ago. I recently moved back to the area and decided to give them a try again. The douche bags lied to me and tried to tell me my battery was bad. I had them charge it as my battery terminal fuse had went bad and I replaced it. My battery has 3+ years of warranty left from Walmart and absolutely ZERO issues. I will never waste my time at this store again. I guess they take their customers for idiots and try to lie to make a sale. 5 weeks later and still zero issues with my "Bad Battery". I guess that's how the company runs these days? Pretty rediculous, sad, and pathetic. I have since ordered parts for my other vehicle online instead. I'd recommend auto zone a few blocks south anyway. There battery charger just happened to be down that day. Thanks for the reminder on why not to go to your establishment.

This store usually has whatever auto parts we are looking for & the staff is always friendly & helpful & will install wiper blades, batteries, etc.

Cashier started holding a conversation with another customer that he wasn't serving. The thing is I was his customer, but hey I usually have a pleasant interaction until this day. "AND sir if you're going to hit on women at work please have the right information before you start blurting out the wrong information!!!!"

I usually shop their sales for basic auto needs to get better prices than Walmart. They are very helpful when getting parts for my vehicle. Coco always goes out of her way to make sure I get exactly what I need. She is extremely helpful and nice.

I had two ladies help me (didn't catch their names, but it was on a Sunday) and they were incredibly friendly and efficient, even with a packed store. I was in and out of there within 5 minutes. Just wanted to say thank you!

I had the best customer service that I have had in a LONG time. Typically a battery issue is as simple as just swapping out batteries. Not in my case. The employee that worked with me (and I kid you not, the poor guy was trying to help me for 3� hours) helped to find a workable solution. He went above and beyond. Because of him, I won't go anywhere else for car parts. Thanks for the help, Jeremy G.

Went in one by house. After being online. Got to say I've never seen a place where employee's are dead heads. What are they snorting or smoking? I think guy beat on keyboard for 5 minutes. And I had to repeat myself many times.

Taylor definitely knows his stuff! Prices are cheaper & the customer service is amazing! Taylor even took the extra mile to ask for my vin to make sure we got the correct part! O'Reillys & Auto Zone doesn't have any employees in there company that know anything about cars.

Jose is amazing. We always helps me find the right parts that I need. Very fast in and out and back to my project that I am working on currently. Tonight I went in and bought wiper blades and didn't have the car with me. He said come back with the car and we will put them on for free. Even in the middle of a downpour.

Jose man Jose really makes this place. If it wasn't for Jose I probably wouldn't even come in here as often as I do he's always very assistive and goes the extra mile for his customers I really appreciate him and I'll follow him to whatever store he goes to in the future

Thanks for loaning us the OBD2 reader and checking up on us. We followed the code to the MAF and when we checked it we found the housing was really loose. Once that got out back in place they car ran great. Thanks again!

I get auto parts here on occasion too. The store is clean, the people working the parts counter are knowledgeable enough as to allow me to make a informed decision on just what I need to complete my task at hand.
