I got car security installed in my car at this place. They were so nice people, helpful and courteous. I spoke with Carlson and he is awesome. He explained me in simple words, gave me total price showed no hassle. Job was done on time and correctly. I had very nice experience with these people and I highly recommend this store for such work on cars.

I went here looking at equipment for my car. Just putting some numbers together. They had many nice stereos name brand. I couldn't hear any of them play because the guy didn't know how to operate. Me myself I think their stereos are over priced. I found a couple of the same units they had for cheaper online. Like at least a hundred bucks. Also they don't carry any name brand speakers. Although I think they'll install walk in equipment. I do know they are less expensive than some others on installation. I couldn't recommend for equipment at the moment but I know a few people have used their services and I would recommend that.

Highly recommend.The best business I've been to. Giving me a chance to think what I really want to do first. My main goal is to put a remote start but I called my insurance and it's not worth it they said. So change the project. Thank you guys for the safe mind for me and saving me money .

The last two reviews are from the competition obviously! I have a new tundra truck that I am doing a $30,000 sound system and they also just built a custom box and installed everything and my new Tesla model S! I typically only use high-end sound quality products in my car and this is by far the only place I would take my stuff! I have went to another one of the shops in Wichita which I'm not going to say their name But they are fairly know! The other shop did the worlds worst install on my new stinger 9000 RCA's , They had the wires smashed in about five places and also broke my cupholders and my Escalade not to mention they charged me $450 for that and supposedly turned the stereo and I got into the settings of my Audison and everything was completely flat and a half the sub woofers we're not playing! I have been using advance ever cents and there is no one in the states even remotely better than them. I'm thinking the other stereo shops are hurting for business and trying to give advance a bad name but take it for me these guys are awesome! I will post some pictures of the recent two vehicles I've had done in the last month and you can judge for yourself ! I know everybody had advance very very well and trust me if there's a problem they will take care of you! No one would ever threaten anybody there.

Bought a sub brandnew. Few days later had a problem i took the time to make it up there, sat for 40 mins before they looked at it nothing got solved spent $500 on a sub that is trash. That i got a few days of play out of it 5 days to be exact

Crew at the shop are hard workers and very respectful. They were extremely busy both times I went in but they found time to see what I wanted. Gave me several options and quotes. Scheduled an appointment just in case and ended up extremely satisfied with the products and their work. Owner is very accommodating and friendly. I definitely felt customer service was a priority. Most importantly, my wife was very very happy with the BOOMIN sound system.

Best audio shop in town. Had a bad experience with All Elements Auto. They damaged my car and ruined my stereo install. Took my car into Advance Audio and they turned my trash install into one of the best sounding systems in town!! Nathan is a great installer and has ton of experience. Anthony at the front counter is also very knowledgeable. The owner Mike is the nicest guy you will ever meet. He treated me like the best customer ever. $7000 later I'm hitting almost 150db and the amps aren't even turned up yet. So if you see the black Chrysler 300 with the tag HATEDON, and wonder how it's so damn loud. Go see my boys at Advance, they will hook you up.

I recently purchased all of my home theater speakers, sub, receiver, and wire from Mike. Everything was at a great price and he saved me a lot of money compared to buying online. After 6 months, I had problems with the receiver and he got it replaced with a new one within a couple days. I highly recommend Advance Audio!

I went in needing a battery replaced on my remote start FOB and was greeted like I was a pest. Was basically told that they didn't know anything about it and they didn't have the screwdriver to even show me how to replace the battery. Go home and take your FOB apart and then come back when you know what battery you need. I was willing to pay for service but was told to go do it myself then come back and they would sell me a battery. I didn't like being made to feal like I was a nuisance for needing to ask for help. I will never go to them for any need, much less spend any money after this experience.

They sell all the cool stuff, but I will never let them install anything in my vehicle again. My Camaro had 20 mystery miles on it when I went to pick it up after my install job was completed, and one of the 6.5" door speakers I had them swap out was literally falling off the housing a year later when I had to replace it because 2 of the four screws had fallen out completely, and the other two were barely hanging on for dear life.

Installer told me my music was turned up in the car and it seized my sub. I never put my volume above half way and they tell me it's not their fault it seized. Told me to be careful with the one that wasn't blown yet, but when I get it they have the bass knob all the way up and the amp set to high. 248$ for this. Seems to me he admitted it when he used the excuse my volume was up too high but he won't accept responsibility.EDIT: Went back a 2nd time since they said they'd install my replacement speaker for free. By the time they finished they blew my other speaker. So 248$ and I'm down 2 subs.

They over charge for just a quick fix simple hot wire replacement would cost 250 $ not a place to be mess with at all

Went in to have a kicker hideaway installed in my BMW. Customer service was on point and the theater room was a plus since I had my daughter with me. I m Happy with the finished product.

Over the last several years, I've purchased a Kenwood shallow sub, a Kenwood amp, a Hertz sub, and a few other miscellaneous things from these guys. They have always treated me well and I've never had a problem with anything I bought. I don't know much about their install side since I usually install myself, but they did diagnose a wiring problem on my golf cart sound system pretty quickly once. The owner seems like a good guy when you chat with him.

I do not know where to start!! First off dude was in bathroom listening to music for twenty minutes before he asked if he could help me. I attempted to ask him a question and he looked away two times. I'm assuming because I am a female. Then I told them my remote start not working just needs reset. Which is two clicks on the fob. Next thing I know dude says we need to schedule it in. 75 an hr and it could be a few hrs plus whatever it takes to fix it. So could be a 200 dollar charge. I asked again it just needs reset. He said I can't help you and we have to schedule it. So I told him nevermind. I'll just ask my neighbor. He said that's not recommended. Well my neighbor reset it in less than one minute. Horrible service will never refer anyone there again nor will I ever return.

Install was fantastic but customer service was well below expectations. I walked in and talked to the employee about what I had and what they could do for me. Went elsewhere and compared prices and reviews and decided to go back to schedule an install of an amp and 2 subs. I was told they had an opening at noon which was only 30 minutes away so I decided to grab some lunch and go back. After arriving at noon, they set me in a theater room and offered to start a movie which I declined but appreciated. After an hour, I went outside and saw my truck was still sitting where I parked it. Even though my appointment was at noon. After 3 hours nobody had updated me on the progress and I had to ask the manager to check on my truck. At that time, I was told 30 more minutes. After another hour, the manager was out to lunch so I asked the owner what was going on. he had an employee go to the shop who came back with another 20 minutes. At 3:50, the installer finally brought my truck up front. 4 hours of waiting for 2 subs, and an ampTo be installed is crazy, but with absolutely no communication, explanation, or apology is even crazier. I don't appreciate having my time wasted. I will absolutely never give them my business again and would definitely not reccomend them unless you like your time being wasted.

The owner gave me demos of the equipment and even hooked up some other speakers for me so I could customize my setup before purchasing. Mike, the owner, is a great guy and will treat you right. The business gets very busy on occasion and he doesn't have an army of people some days, so patience is key when dealing with this business if you want a seamless experience. Mike gave me great deals I could not beat anywhere and even gave me a reference for an audio equipment installation specialist who did custom jobs, since I called 5 electricians out and they all said my setup was impossible until Mike's guy came and got the job done, no questions asked. Definitely no regrets buying my home theater here. I will be back for any audio equipment in the future, even if I have to order it from Mike and have it delivered. He is an authorized dealer for some equipment so you can trust him and his prices.

Great friendly service. The installer that was originally doing the work on my truck didn't finish the job correctly before he quit. And a year later had major issues. The owner mike covered the nearly 1000$ bill to make it right. I wish I didn't have this problem but was happy advanced audio stepped up to make it right.

Mike is an awesome guy! You won t find cheaper prices anywhere. They re willing to negotiate and get you taken care of. I ve purchased over $10,000 worth of home theater equipment that I would of paid well over $14,000 if I bought it elsewhere.

My experience with Advanced Audio has been very positive. I find the staff to be both polite and professional. They are also very knowledgeable about both car and home audio. My purchases from them have been flawless and straight forward and a great value. They have gone above and beyond to earn my business. I have bought a few different sound systems from Advance Audio and they have always insured that you not only get the best value for your money, but they also educate you on the technology and the pricing of the products you're interested in buying. Sam in particular is always very helpful when you enter the store. I also even had an issue where my amplifier stopped working and after sending it in, they were able to get my system up and running again. Advance Audio goes above and beyond to ensure that their customers are satisfied. Even 2 years after my purchase they still made sure I was satisfied. Thank you Sam and the other members of Advance Audio. You guys are the best in the business!

Do NOT bring your car here. I got some subs and a new radio installed in my car and I ve been having so many problems it makes no sense. One of the guys didn t wire up the subs right and had my car going crazy took it back up there explaining the issue and they fixed it. The radio that was installed has been turning off while I play music, so I called them over a million times and the guy who picked up had the worst attitude ever as if he didn t want to be bothered. They claimed they fixed the issue but I m still experiencing the same problem. I ve taken my car up to get inspected and they said there s nothing wrong it s just advance audio who has to go back and check there work because something might be missing. I asked for a refund and was told no, I then asked for some sort of compensation but got well we are fixing it for free. Well if you are fixing it then why do I have to keep coming back and forth for you to look at the issue. Just unprofessional all the way around.

They had to reschedule my first appointment. My next appointment, they were an hour late getting to my truck and it took them an hour longer than they said it would be. So, i was charged double, even though owner said he would give me a discount...they might have given me a free wire or something. They got 2 stars because it does work , but I won't go back.
