I would highly recommend this dealership and Kyle Stenzel to anyone looking for a car! This was the smoothest car buying experience I ve had! Greg Jones the Sales manager was great to work with as well. Neither were pushy or short with their time and made the entire process very easy! I live out of state and so a lot of the initial communication was over the phone but they made the whole process very enjoyable! They gave me a very fair offer for my trade over the phone and honored it after they were able to look at it in person. Again would highly recommend this dealership as a whole and is very much worth drive if you are out of state!

Thank you Dan!! We've been struggling for months to buy a car out of state, but Dan was amazing! He always kept in communication with us, replying quickly and answering all the questions we had. Great high quality videos sent, showing and explaining all the details of the vehicle. If you're looking to buy a car online or out of state, I would 100% recommend it being through this dealership. We recently purchased a used vehicle from Acura of Wichita. It was our first time there. We've never had a good experience with car dealers in Wichita in the past. That was about to change. Kyle, Shane and the rest of the staff were great to work with. It was a very relaxed atmosphere. We never felt any pressure to make a purchase. We went there to look at a specific vehicle and they never tried to interest us in a different vehicle. We were offered a fair price for our trade-in. Everything was up front including information on the vehicle we were interested in and why our trade-in was valued at its price. We would definitely be willing to give them an opportunity the next time we are in the market for a vehicle. Many of them are Chiefs fans so you can always talk Chiefs football while you're working through the purchase process and the GM is a K-State fan!!

This was the all around best car buying experience I ve had. Go talk to Brygen Wilson at Acura. He s easy to talk to, honest and he doesn t shark you or push you into a vehicle right then and there. He waited for me to reach out to him and wasn t constantly trying to contact me throughout my day like all the other dealers at all the other car lots I ve been to.

Amazing service and representation! Very helpful and understanding people. Brygen took great care of me and got me the car that I have been wanting, for years. Very honest with me and were more than willing to accommodate and answer my questions. Sales manager Greg took great care of me and eased my bias of sales manager. Honest true personalities and no beating around the bush. Will be getting my service done here solely because I know these guys will take good care of me. Thanks again for the WRX guys!

This is a dealership that stands out above the others. My family has traveled to Wichita from Texas and Oklahoma twice in the last 18 months specifically to purchase from this dealership. Their upfront pricing makes car buying easy and enjoyable and their staff is outstanding when it comes to customer service. Kyle and Greg went above and beyond last week to ensure our deal went smoothly, even working past closing time to make sure everything was ready for our arrival from out of state the next morning. They are top notch professionals and it shows in the way they do business. They treat their customers like family here and I'll continue to recommend them to anyone shopping for a vehicle.

My fianc�e recently financed a car here, and Greg Jones and Kyle Stenzel were the nicest, most professional manager/car salesmen we have ever had! I have never been to a dealership with more kind, caring employees. Greg is such a chill guy, and you feel like family with how he treats you. Kyle was super thorough, knowledgeable, and answered every question we had, and he went over all of the paperwork unlike other places that just give you papers to sign. He also let us have a free Acura hat and one of those water bottles that keeps your drink cold. All in all, if you need to buy a car. Please go here. Don t waste your time and money at a dealership that clearly doesn t care about you or your needs. This was the best car buying experience we have ever had, and I highly, HIGHLY recommend Walser Acura!

We had a great experience at Walser Acura! I took my son there to look at some used cars but unfortunately he was not happy with any of them. Shane suggested a brand new Integra and although we weren t in the market for a new car, it was a better option. Shane was very helpful, very professional and extremely patient was us. My son is very happy with his new car and I m glad the car search is over. Thanks again Shane for all your help!

So excited to purchase a new MDX! I experienced great service from start to finish. This is my 5th purchase from Acura. I buy from this dealership because I trust they will help me anytime I need it. Shayne Maurer and Chris Fulton helped every step of the way to find the exact MDX I wanted and to answer all my questions. It was a fun experience. My experience at Acura of Wichita - Wasler Auto Campus was very pleasant. I worked with Brygen Wilson who was very patient and kind. He went over all of my questions and test drove quite a few cars with me. We drove almost two hours on a Saturday with every intention of leaving the lot with a new Acura. We test drove two different vehicles and decided on the one we wanted. The manager drove our vehicle to determine a trade in value which we felt was reasonable. The salesman gave us a number to which we had some simple follow up questions. He didn t know the answers so he left to get the manager and never returned. We waited for assistance until finally we went to ask for our car keys back so that we could go. We got there around 2:15 and left at 5:45. More than enough time to sell me a car. We were told that they would follow up with us on Monday. This is not the kind of service you would hope to receive from an upscale luxury dealership .

I wanted to purchase my SUV without speaking to a single salesperson. Email was the only route I was taking. I know how challenging this may seem. However, I had enough of dealing with sneaky salespeople attempting to place you in the vehicle they want- not the one you desire. What stood out about this dealership is a new employee by the name of Shayne Mauer. Shayne was patient, kind, and tried his best to find the SUV I wanted. He was even kind enough to email me on his off day. Although in the end I selected to do business with another Acura dealership (better offer) I had to leave a review regarding my experience with Shayne. If anyone is looking to purchase a vehicle from Acura of Wichita, ask for Customer Specialist Shayne Mauer. You will get the best service ever. I appreciate your patience, Shayne. I hope you go far with your career goals.

We found a used vehicle online that we were interested in. It was at Acura of Wichita. The vehicle had a minor problem that we asked them to fix prior to purchase. They worked very hard to find the problem and fix it. They communicated very well through the process! When we went to pick up the vehicle, they gave us a discount off of what was originally a fair price because we had to wait for them to fix the minor issue. We would highly recommend Acura of Wichita to anyone looking for a car.

My husband and I recently purchased a vehicle from Acura of Wichita. It had been more than 15 years since we had purchased a vehicle from a dealership. To say car buying is one of my least favorite shopping experiences is an understatement. However, after our experience with Acura of Wichita, my outlook on car shopping has been completely transformed.We scheduled an appointment with Gene, and we felt welcomed and comfortable from the moment we shook his hand. Gene carefully listened to what it was we were looking for in a vehicle. He was familiar with the specifications of the vehicle we took out for a test drive and he was professional throughout the entire process.Due to the fact Gene was still in training, we also had the pleasure of working with Brygen. He and Gene tag-teamed the process of selling the vehicle to us under the supervision of their Sales Manager, David Blackburn. All three of these men showed interest in us and took great care to explain all the options that were available to us. They provided exemplary customer service and guided us through the process from start to finish. Not once did we feel like we were just another number.Additionally, since Walser has up-front pricing, there was no haggling or back and forth sales games. It was great to leave the dealership feeling like we had received 5-star customer service. We feel confident in our purchase, and we will recommend Acura of Wichita to our family and friends.

My son and I searched out local area in Ne for his Dream car, to no luck. We widened our search within 6 hour drive. There it was in Wichita Ks at Walser Acura . The next morning we drove the 4 hrs and was greeted by a lovely young Lady, Jenna Allen and the Store Manager Greg Jones. I give everyone here a 5 star rating as everybody was amazing. They took his car back and handwashed it, as my son did not want it going thru a carwash. The car he purchased is a 2022 Mustang GT. He is beyond ecstatic over this vehicle. Jenna and Greg thank you, thank you for being so personable. Also to top it off they offered us a 50 meal and hotel up to 150 for our travel time. I just purchased a new car from Acura of Wichita. It was literately the best car buying experience I ve ever had.The upfront pricing it so amazing. Earl Wood was my sales person and he was exceptional from the point of emails to working with him in person. I just learned that the they are non commissioned-based. The Director of operations, Wes, and everyone there was friendly and helpful.No haggling . No unnecessary long waits. No bait and switch or upwelling. All the numbers were discuss on the phone and email were what we ended with.I drive 3 hours from Kansas City to this dealership and likely will from now on. And will love my drive gone in my nene Acura TLX.I highly recommend this car dealership.

Recently purchased a 2022 Acura MDX and had the pleasure of working with Greg Jones. I cannot say enough great things about him and how kind and professional he is. He made the whole process so easy and we didn t buy on the first day looking and no pressure. I put a hold on the car to think about it even. Went to other dealerships and was not treated appropriately. Greg should be training every single sales associate in the group because he really demonstrates what it means to be the gold standard.

I found and purchased my dream car remotely with the help of Tim Henriques! Tim went above and beyond to make the process as smooth as possible. He stayed in constant communication with me through it all, from sending several videos of anything/everything I asked to see to picking us up from the airport upon arrival. The entire staff was friendly and polite. They explained every document that had to be signed. I cannot say enough good things about this place. Fantastic service!

After having to deal with multiple misleading dealerships and sales people in the Kansas City area I was so happy to find not only the car I was looking for, but a sales experience that was far beyond what I ve experienced anywhere else. As a first time new car buyer Jenna Allen was an amazing help at navigating the tricky waters and answering all of my numerous questions. No pushy sales or random fees added to the purchase price after you decide you like a car. Just the advertised price + standard doc fee (+ added protections if you care to add them).

We had an excellent, smooth, no pressure experience with Brandon! He was very quick to locate us the Acura RDX in the exact trim package and color we wanted! Scott was also very helpful in explaining the finance/lease options, again with no pressure. The day of purchase was smooth and the atmosphere of the dealership is very welcoming. It is obvious staff work well as a team. Wes was very nice to check in on us the day of purchase. And we also got a follow up call to make sure all was well with our new vehicle in the week following our purchase. We are so glad we got our first Acura! We will definitely be back!

I walked in here thinking I would just be trying out new cars and pricing it out. I walked out with more than what I had expected. I am now happy to say I am an owner of their All-New 2021 TLX. Overall the service was outstanding, and this is the place to find your next vehicle whatever your specifications are. Earl was able to secure my car from elsewhere down to the delivery in such a short time. I will be coming back in the future for more car needs.
