Very professional. Took take to check my transmission. And work well done. All you need is be a little patience because they got a lot of work. So a little wait won t hurt you.

D'Anthony and Kim were AWESOMEToday! I had an emergency with my window not rolling up and they had me come in to look at it, temporarily fixed it and sent me on my way. They will send me a quote to get it permanently fixed but were not high pressure at all and they both did it with a smile while the phones were ringing off of the hook and they were the only 2 there. I will definitely be back and would highly recommend them! A nearby competitor was going to charge $330.00 just to diagnose the situation and couldn't get me in for 2 days. THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU!!! You guys ROCK!!!

Had a belt break on my Jeep. Got it to AAMCO, and they got right to it. Had some difficulty with the part, but they persisted and got the job done in the same day! Heather was super! Very friendly, and so kind and helpful. Even helped me book an Uber. The shop worked past closing to get the job done. Thank you, guys!!

After Mel hambelton fumbled my cherished car horribly. I went in to aamaco. Heather was so kind and helpful. I explained to her how my car wasn't just a car to me. For reasons I won't get in to here, my car is my life. She listened to the $6000. Bill Mel wanted to charge me and knew I couldn't pay that. I was considering buying a new car. I hated that idea but had no choice. Heather spoke to her manager and somehow they decided to save my car at a price I could not turn down. They are amazing people and wonderful to my car. I will never be able to thank them enough for what they have done for me and the amazing work they have done for my car. If just one person reads this and chooses them, they will not do you wrong. They are honest, kind, hardworking folks. All of them but Heather will always be my favorite!

I can not thank Darryl and his crew enough for their work ethic and honesty. I broke down on Monday, New Years Day. Darryl called me back same day Had me back on the road by Friday, just 4 days with a transmission and a transfer case. AAMCO WEST WICHITA IS AWESOME!!!!

Heather and team were great! Couldn't have been happier with my experience!! Heather was super helpful with explaining what was wrong with my vehicle and financing my repair. I would give them zero stars if I could. They have had a service vehicle of mine for nearly two months, have charged me well over $4,000 all for guess work. Nothing they have done so far has solved the issue and for the past 3 weeks they have been impossible to get ahold of. They will not answer my phone calls or respond to my emails. I tried reaching out to corporate to no avail. It is impossible to get a human on the phone with this franchise. At this point all I want is to get my truck back and be refunded for the pointless work they have done but I can't get ahold of them in anyway whatsoever. They have essentially stolen a truck from me. DO NOT USE AAMCO!Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

The staff is very informative and helpful. All questions were answered. I went on a test drive with the service tech. They provide financial support. I always go back to them. Mrs Heather her husband and team did an amazing work on my vehicle. Not only did I save thousands of dollars going with this company but Mrs Heather went over and beyond for me. Customer service was on point.! I would recommend her to anyone and I will use this company and her team as my future go to. Her team was quick with getting me vehicle in and having it back to me quicker than any other company I have been to including a dealership. Thank you guys for being awesome and lessen some of my worries

Heather and her team on West street are AMAZING. I a bearing replaced at another shop, which resulted in my ABS system acting up.The moment I mentioned what happened, the tech new exactly what the issue was. Sure enough, the previous shop had failed to properly install the magnetic tone ring!!Heather even personally made sure i made it to work, kept me updated on my car, and came and got me personally at the end of the day.AAMCO on West street will be my go to for any service related issues.Heather for president!!!!

This was by far the WORST experience we have ever had with a shop. After the first week of them not looking at it, we stopped by and found out it had been broken into and they were waiting for a part. Then it took another week after that for them to work on it. Finally after 3 weeks of the SUV being there they said it was fixed. On the way home today, it lost power several times and now has to be towed back to the shop.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Heather and the crew did a fantastic job. Heather did a great job getting me the best price on parts. I know because I called around after they told me what was wrong with my car. In fact I have been taking my cars to this shop for a few years now and always get good service and usually the best price. There have also been times we have taken our vehicles to the shop and and on simple fixes they do not even charge us for diagnostics or labor.
