The good points about our stay at this hotel is that they had juice and coffee all throughout the night. Their coffee was weak, but the juice was not watered down, this is a big plus for us as we travel a lot and most places do water down their juice.The breakfast was ok, our favorite part was the cinnamon waffles and the biscuits and gravy.This hotel is literally a 5 min drive from the Oz museum and Yellow brick road, which are both must sees!!!The key fob on our door was glitching, so we had to go to the front desk and have our key cards reprogrammed everytime we left the room.The bathroom was not fully cleaned between guests and their were only 3 towels in the bathroom, which I am starting to think this is an out west ordeal, as traveling the east coast we have never had an issue with towels in our rooms.Lastly, their was a high odor of marijuana in the hotel. This lingered throughout the upstairs and downstairs.Nearby activities: Oz museum and Yellow brick road.Food & drinks: Juice is not watered down and served day and night.

We stopped here for the night on our way across Kansas. We had no issues with our room. The beds were cozy, bathroom was clean and the area was super quiet. The inn wasn t busy at all when we arrived. There s a continental breakfast including eggs, bacon, biscuits, hash browns, pastries and a variety of beverages. A nice little inn and town to stop at if you already passed Topeka.

I booked online via third party because it was cheaper than directly through the hotel. They changed systems and lost our reservation. They were nice enough to provide us with a room, but it was smaller than what I had booked originally and more expensive. I was told their manager would be calling me about a refund but never received that call. Horrible experience with them.

It's what you pay for room wise BUT the front desk clerk was so sweet to me when Expedia messed up my reservation. There is no fee for pets might I add- a nice and welcoming detail for travelers with furry friends. That was a nice surprise. We missed breakfast so I can't comment on that but I'm fairly impressed with everything else. Again, it isn't glamorous but it's a nice stay.Bed wasn't too soft- which is something I look for. But it's definitely not the worst I've been in.You're also in walking distance of the Wizard of Oz Museum and you're close to the local Sonic and the Friendship House Bakery and Restaurant - which I cannot praise enough.Overall it was a nice stay and I'd definitely come back.

The rooms were decently clean the bathroom not as clean. I do have to agree with the person that said the walls are thin I can hear my neighbors. The the front desk was helpful they got us to our rooms quickly. good location a couple of places eat around us. the only downside is the website says they have a spa and they do not. one plus for me me is they do have been a machines that accept credit cards

So enjoyed the kindness of the manager, Sheeri and her staff. The accommodations were wonderful and inviting! Clean, comfortable and the shower was fantastic! Breakfast and dining area were above and beyond. Been traveling for 3 days and this was the best. Wish I'd been able to stay longer and enjoy the community of Wamego and look for the Toto's! Thanks to ya'll from this Texas Lady!

The people behind counter are always nice. It's always clean and fresh feeling in there. I stay here often when driving through town on work. Only two hotels in town and this has higher rate than the other one across street ht you DO NOT want to stay there. The rates here are very fair no complaints. The manager here waa so nice and professional. Welcoming when you been on road long time

This place is on par with or above par than all of the higher price, expensive name places you can think of. Very clean with all the amenities including in room coffee, microwave, fridge, HDTV, ample plugs for charging devices and the best thing is the shower! Hot water for days and strong water pressure. Modern and well taken care of place to stay. Highly recommend!

I couldn't believe the rugs haven't been cleaned in years, we were to be in the suite however it wasn't ready when we arrived so they gave us another room. The next day ....suites furniture were dirty ,dirty put towels down just to sit there was an oder in the room couldnt pin it down. I was amazed because the hotel wasn't that old and it was a great stay 5 yrs ago. The Ice machine needs fixed and cleaned,the jacuzzi was broken.

Very clean and comfortable inn. The breakfast consisted of a waffle maker, cereals, pastries, microwavable sausage gravy and biscuits, oatmeal, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, juices and coffee. The breakfast station was extremely clean. Very nice location in a cute little sleepy town.

Nice small town hotel with friendly staff and decent rooms (after seeing some of the other rooms the staff were cleaning in the morning, I'm guessing our room was one of the few that was lacking upgrades? as the other rooms we saw walking by them had a lot nicer furniture in them).The beds were comfortable.Would love to give this place 5 stars but the lack of an elevator to the 2nd floor. Not bad unless you have multiple luggage to carry up with you and you're spouse has back issues.

Location was right off the highway, easily accessible. Rooms were of decent size. Beds had quality coverings and of sufficient firmness. Amenities were on par with what was expected. Free breakfast was above average. Would return if in the area again.

Lovely small town hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and the hotel offered personal care supplies in case you leave yours at home. The other guests, who I assumed were community members taking a night away from home, were very welcoming. I would recommend.

Stayed one night and it was fantastic. Great price, nice staff, clean room and comfortable bed. A simple breakfast was included.After a terrible night in St. Louis it was a welcome relief.

Rooms a bit musty smelling. Pool not open till 10.. checkout at 11. So you can't let kids swim and shower before leaving for the day...Rooms: Ok

The pool was really nice but the bedroom was not. When I get to a hotel I always look under the mattress and at the sheets. When I lifted the mattress there was an old dried up crusty wash cloth under it. Super gross! I told the front office lady and she said sorry and handed me new sheets. The bed was really hard too, other than that, it was okay experience but I won t be staying there again. Seemed like the carpet hasn t been cleaned in a few years and they just cover the messes up and not actually putting work and money into repairs.
