As with most dealers they must believe customers are idiots. Tried to trade a 2021 Silverado with 55000 miles(I hate it) for a 2016 with 102000 miles and they thought I would trade straight across

I have had no issues with Browns. Customer service is excellent. Dawson is my go to guy, but I can go to anyone there. They have the hometown vibe, and I am extremely impressed!!! Thank You!!!!

I have purchased many vehicles from Brown Chevrolet and have always had them serviced in their service department. They always treat me great both at the sales lot and the service department. The vehicles when worked on are done in a timely manner and the guys are very polite and explain any issues. I would highly reccomend them.
