I have been taking my vehicles to Johnson Auto for a couple of years now, and it has been a good experience. Fast forward to it's current state, and the place has taken a big leap forward.The entryway and lobby is clean, the front drive is paved instead of gravel potholes, and I got quotes and invoices texted to me. Nice upgrades, I'll be back when stuff breaks down.

Have had my car there a few times. Every time I have gone to pick it up my final bill has been exactly what they said it would be, no extra charges tacked on. Always satisfied with the work, get my car in a timely manner. They take time to explain what is wrong and what they will be doing. Very Very nice people!

I highly recommend taking your vehicle to Johnson Automotive for your repair needs. I've taken my car there for years now and I am pleased every single time. The work gets done right and very quickly!

Randy and crew are the best. They get your vehicle in and out efficiently and cost effective. I prefer them maintaining and when necessary fixing my vehicles than anyone else. They are honest and have the integrity to do the job as you would want it done.

I needed a tire repair quickly and they got me right in; then we had issues finding a part in order to remove the wheel for the repair. I ended up having to leave, hoping I could get back there later in the day and they got me right in again! So helpful and will be my choice again for other issues when they arise.

I ve had a hard time finding a reliable and trustworthy mechanic who doesn t overcharge. I highly recommend Johnson Automotive! He does great work at a great price. I live out of town but he manages to squeeze me in when I m here.

Today my wife, little girl and I were stranded 2 hours from home. Not only did this shop do the work at a reasonable rate (quite a bit less than I had anticipated for an emergency repair) but they also kept their shop open an extra hour and a half to help us. I recommend this shop to anyone needing repairs. God Bless

Randy and his team always does good by their customers. He knows my family by name, and I've seen him working past his closing time just to get people's vehicles back to them. Don't go expecting anyone to, but sometimes he does.

Johnson Automotive is a solid team of honest, caring and knowledgeable mechanics who consistently go above and beyond the call of duty. They are always kind and supportive and have helped us out in times of stress on many occasions. There is no need to look anywhere else for your automotive care in Valley Center and the surrounding area.

Randy was nice but it was high for the work I needed. Also they started on my car before I agreed on the rate so I couldn't go somewhere else to get it fixed for less. So unfortunately I can only give 2 stars.

I've taken only small projects to them, but since they treated me kindly and honestly I'd take larger ticket jobs to them too. What I like is that they make me feel like a normal customer even though they don't get big $ from me.

I've dealt with every repair shop in Valley, Randy and his guys are my favorite. Super friendly, and reasonable prices. Overall good people, and good mechanics too.

Worst company ever they don't stand behind their work and when I took my car back because the same thing is happening they got mad yelled at me and told me they didn't have a mechanic to look at it and it was my fault that it's the way I drive and told me to get out of their shop
