Told me my van was not overheating. Said they checked it out it was fine. Took it outta town about a mile. Completely overheated, we decided to take it to Treads. Fixed it the same day. Won't be taking my vehicles to Warners again. They lied and said they checked it out. They also had it for 2 weeks. Basically, it sat where I left it.

Bill was very informative, polite, professional , and respectful. I appreciated how thorough the team was in making sure all issues were taken care of! Providing the loaner while my car was being worked on allowed me to continue my day to day job and transportation responsibilities. Thank you for making it a great experience!

Dropped my car at 9 AM and had it back before NOON. I also mentioned that I had squeaky window wipers and they looked into it and fixed it since they knew I would be traveling that same day. Warner Buick is a wonderful dealership to work with!

Was planning A trip and thought the brakes needed replaced. They were very busy and got my car in anyway. Upon checking they found the brakes were ok but the tires were in poor condition. They worked with me and in the end the trip was enjoyable and safe. Thank you Bruce, Jeffand Art.

Always pleased with my experience at Warner Automotive's Service Department. The staff is kind and courteous, and their mechanics are top-notch. I have yet to have an issue with any vehicle problems being miss-diagnosed,, unlike some 2nd rate shops I've patronized. Warner Automotive is the only place I will take my family's vehicles.

My Suburban broke down and being from out of town getting mechanical service can be unsettling. These guys did a great job of responding and getting me back on the road. Could not have asled for better service.

We've tried going elsewhere for mechanic work but for the series repair Warner's is unbeatable and he guarantees his work. You don't find that very much anymore.
