I brought a vehicle to the service department to address a problem I was having with a delay in acceleration when pressing on the throttle and a rough idle when the engine was warm. I left a detailed note explaining what I had already done to try and correct it. I expressed that I needed the maintenance completed asap and ended up picking up my vehicle after it had been there for almost 12 days simply because I needed it back.I suspected the issue to be fuel related and asked the shop to get a fuel pressure reading (they never did this). The shop concluded that a boost leak was the source of my problem. I knew that there was a boost leak of some kind; however, I never had any loss of power driving the vehicle for the past 1.5 years I had owned it (so I never bothered to address it) and the slow acceleration and rough idle were new issues. So, the shop replaced a couple seals and the air filter and tells me that the throttle response was "better" than before. Better than before does not mean fixed though and upon test driving it I can say that it was in fact 0% better. I was initially going to be charged $1200 for this repair but after expressing my dissatisfaction to the service manager, ended up paying a little over $700 to essentially have a quieter turbo and a vehicle that performed exactly as it had when I had dropped it off almost two weeks prior.Driving the vehicle home (about a 35 minute drive) I started to smell diesel and noticed the vehicle wasn't performing like normal. I made it back to my lot with the engine sputtering and upon opening the hood (located inside the vehicle) found diesel spraying everywhere. I lost about 15 gallons of diesel on the ground and the inside of the vehicle wreaked of diesel. I called the shop and they sent a technician out right away (free of charge) to reattach the injector line that had come off that they had forgot to retighten after replacing the seals for the turbo.I believe the service manager as well as the technician knew just as well as I did that them fixing the boost leak had not improved my throttle response at all. They can make the argument that the boost leak needed to be fixed or it would have caused issues with my turbo down the road, but I bought it there to fix an immediate problem, not a potential problem that may or may not ever occur. They can also make the argument that the boost leak needed to be fixed in order to rule it out as a possible cause of my delayed throttle response; however, I think with a little more patience during their diagnosis and a couple more tests (like monitoring fuel pressure or testing the TPS) they would have had a better idea of what was actually causing the problem.I understand that the shop does need to make money, but I also believe that they should stand behind their work. At this point, my issues still exist, I lost business during the 12 days it was at the shop, and my vehicle still wreaks of diesel. I want my $700 back.

Summit Truck Group was very quickly to diagnose that my Freight liner was jelling up because of the fridge conditions. For all around semi repair or in store accessories. A very great experience check them out in Topeka KS 500 SE 10 th ave.

If I could put less than 1 star, I would. They fired their best employees to keep more money for themselves and now they don't even care about doing their jobs right.

Quick work once they got started on it. Make sure you keep checking on your truck though. They often forget to communicate with the driver.

I go to Topeka summit instead of Kansas city MO. You get treated a lot better and they are honest with the work they do.

Hats off to the service department, Nick and the whole crew. We were en route to a horse show and had truck trouble. They went above and beyond to get us up and running as soon as possible. Cannot thank them enough!Mike & Tricia Jaeger, IA

Llegamos a reparar un prostar para que le cambien una l�nea de metal del refrigerante qu� pasa por un costado de la bandeja de aceite y pasa por el eje de la direcci�n del lado de pasajero originalmente nos dice que ellos se la cambiar�n con cierto costo incluyendo la mano de obra y anticongelante cuando terminan el trabajo nos dicen que solo la repararon porque no ten�an la pieza original solo pusieron un pedazo de manguera con dos abrazaderas y por eso me cobran 645 dlls y en lo personal es demasiado el costo y abuso por la misma nesecidad que tiene uno en el camino
