Mike and the rest of the R and R crew are great to work with. They can handle any issues that may arise from finding the wheels and tires to great and affordable payment plans . They are very easy to work with. Thank you Mike and Steve for ur service and caring ways, Special thanks to Trey and others for always doing their best in pleasing myself and others with wheel and tire needs . I highly recommend R & R tire. Very respectful and understanding crew and staff Thank you.

Well that day I went in to get tires ,the wait was only because another needed a certain tool and when you're a Diabetic sugars can't wait so I told the tire rep about my situation and he gave me change for the candy machine and besides that the customer service was amazing and I drove off the lot with 4 brand new tires and a low cost and very low payment options . Thanks guys at R&R Tires

I can't give enough praise for this place. Matt and Chris are SUPER friendly and give you all the information you need to make a fair choice. They treat you like family and remember your name evertime you come in. I had horrible tires but no money to buy new ones and the financing program they had got me 4 new tires that were perfect for my truck. They have my business from this point on and I would HIGHLY recommend them.

Was at the Capital Carnage demolition derby on March 2nd, had a flat on my truck in the parking lot so I called and carried tire in to get fixed. Did not charge me a dime, just said to give a good review!! Thanks for great service as I was 250 miles from home in northeast Nebraska.

This was my second time financing tires and other services through RNR. Both times I experienced great customer service. Sales reps Trey and Sabrina were both extremely helpful. The tire technicians were expedient with my vehicle. I will always recommend other people to use RNR for there tire needs.

I d love to say their service was great but we can t even get a call back. We were told to come in last Saturday so they could get a quote on 2 of our vehicles (wheels and tires). Drove an hour, to show up and be told our distributors are closed but we can get you a quote on tires (can t buy tires without getting the rim first). We were told by steve to send him what we were looking at and they would get us prices on Monday .Thursday still nothing. My husband reached out to them again, Mike the store manager called my husband with a promise of a call back on Friday. It s Saturday ..still nothing.

Words are too little to express my gratitude for RNR. They are always willing to help any customer giving them the time and dedication each and everyone deserves. Tire change took FIVE hours (5!) longer than I was told. I called at pick-up time to verify that it was ready and was told it would be ready in 30-45 minutes. I went to pick it up 45 minutes later and ended up waiting another 4 hours. What a joke. I watched the workers on the camera literally not touch my car for most of that time while the manager claimed they were working constantly. Ridiculous place full of con-men with all the words but no action.

Three weeks ago, upon getting in my car after work in Topeka, the low tire pressure light came on. I went to three different gas stations all charging for what should be free air. I didn't have change. So I went to Valvoline where the employee happily filled air in my tire. Everything was okay until she came back and said there was something in my tire. My home is an hour away by freeway and it's going on 6pm. It was recommended I go to RNR for services. I walk in their door 10 minutes till closing on a Friday night. There are at least 4 other customers waiting in the lobby. RNR happily took my information and the key to my car and asked if I could wait 30 min. I happily and gratefully agreed! Apparently I ran over a long bit and it was the toughest they had pulled from a tire. I am so very appreciative for RNR so I could get home to my kids safely.

Amazing serves came to get a quote on a tire and get my tire fix. Fixed it fast and had a great conversation with everyone working. Helped me look for rims and tires didn t push any down my throat or try and get me to buy now.

Mike and the crew was amazing!! I was put through a lot before with my tires, RNR made it right and helped me out with my tires. I wanna give a big shout out to MIKE thank you for taking care of me and also the crew for getting everything fixed and put on my car!!!! You guys are amazing

I am very disappointed with this business. A little over a year ago I purchased 4 brand new tires from them, and I was told that the tires would come with free roadside assistance in the event of a tire issue for the duration of the tire warranty and that they would take care of me in the event that something happened within that timeframe. Over the weekend I got a flat when this business wasn t open, so I had to get tires from another business that was open on Sundays. The tire only had 15,000 miles on it. I was told that RNR put the incorrect size tire on my vehicle. This size was not comparable per the facility that I took my vehicle to. Due to this issue, I had to buy two new tires because of the size discrepancy. When I called RNR to discuss my concerns, I was told there s nothing we can do , and the employee on the phone did not seem interested at all in helping me with their mistake.I did not expect a full refund by any means, but the lack of customer service and the disinterest from the employee was quite disappointing, especially since the tire size issue is their mistake. The business had a legal responsibility to provide its customers with the correct size tires for both safety and also so that the vehicle s speed sensors work properly. I have several vehicles that will need tires soon, and I will not be returning. The sad part it is, instead of helping a customer who spent almost $700 with them, they will likely lose more than that because of this review, and the loss of my future business, which it seems money is the only thing they care about. Buyer beware.

They need to work on greeting customers better . I watched how different races were talked to and it kinda upset me. And 0 down turned into $20 down. So you need to change your sign ...back tires flat already

Only reason I'm giving a star at all is because of the guy who did my contract! Now I will never go to another RNR again! I bought some rims on Facebook marketplace and called RNR talked to Matt on the phone made my appointment to get tires put on. I show up for my appointment sign the contract they pull my car in to start removing the bad tires to put the new ones on. I hear the mechanic or whatever he calls himself yelling and cussing. I guess he broke the head off the machine. I'm watching the monitor that shows the shop and I watch Matt walk over to him then Matt comes up front sits down and proceeded to tell me my rims aren't actually 5x114.3 that they're 5x112 and that if they were the correct size rim they'd keep fighting to get the job done! Well today I decided to try to put them on and they are a perfect fit for my car! I don't understand why Matt didn't just say we can't get the tires off but if you do come back and we'll put the tires on! I'm uploading a picture to provide proof that Matt lied to me saying the rims aren't 5x114.3 and won't fit my car!

Will never use again. Tires are overpriced and the fees are outrageous. One person will tell you one price and explain no fees and then are completely blindsided when fees are tacked on. I kept losing my tire caps when the tires were being serviced and constantly had to buy new tire caps and my TPMS sensors are messed up since the last service. I got brand new tires on a payment plan elsewhere for a quarter of the price WITH WARRANTIES.

I purchased my wheels and tires for my 89 GMC from here several years ago. I went back in yesterday to get all new tires and they treated me like I d never left the first time. Steve and Trey were super professional and friendly. I recommend RnR Tire Express to everyone

I'll just say this. If this world had a few more people like those at r&r tire express. It would be a hell of a lot better place. Not only because of the way they treat customers but because I personally witnessed them go above and beyond to help people in need. Huge thanks guys

The selection was great and the prices are comparable. When I went for my appointment though I was disappointed that it took over 3 hours. They did two other vehicles before mine. Now granted one was in before me but the second did come after me. My time is valuable and I was early for my appointment time. They almost made me miss another appointment that afternoon. They need to work on that better. Overall it was a good experience just needs some tweaks here and there.

R&r Tire got me in and out got me a good deal on some tires. And got me some good guarantees. Since I got my tires I've had trouble with my right tire holding air. But since it's been a long weekend. And I picked up the tires late Saturday. I'll wait till Tuesday to have them check it out. However I am confident that they will make necessary adjustments and fix whatever needs to be fixed. To me they seem that professional. The guy that worked with me Chris was an awesome young man. I would recommend r&r Tire to all of Topeka. I didn't even know they existed. I just happened to need some tires call to different couple different companies they were outrageous on pricing and then r&r Tire showed up as one of the people to call I gave them a call went down and saw them and in a matter of hours I had four new tires great guarantee reasonably priced and was on my way. Topeka you're missing out a great deal on tires if you don't go to r&r Tire.

My son just spent $800 yesterday for new tires. One totally flat this morning. Cant even drive on it. Missed work. Their guarantee was a new replacement (if he doesn't patch it to get there). He had no way to get there if he didn't patch it. We called, and the "gentleman" there said it wasn't his problem.*Just had another tire company look at it. Nothing was wrong with the tire. R and R had done a sloppy job, not cleaning the rim leaving plastic all over it which prevented a tight seal. I'm glad my son was not driving on the freeway when this occurred. Shame on you for the sloppy dangerous work and for your rude response in handling the situation.
