wonderful staff and they always go above and beyond to make sure that there customers are happy with the service they provide. I have done business with them for many years and always had top rate service. This year they have put the icing on top of my cake and were able to help me secure the car I wanted and really came through with making my dream a reality and didn't waste my time with empty promises. I love the whole staff but Jordan is my hero for the year...

They were the most professional and helpful people I've ever met when it comes to cars!!I'm a first time car owner and I had a lot of questions because I have a hard time understanding complicated words and things butThey never once made me feel stupid for not understanding something.If you're new and looking for a good car I highly recommend this place!!!! Place was great. Friendly and helpful and not pushy for buying a car. Didn t take 3 hours to close a deal. Will definitely come back over any large dealer. Cars all in good shape and affordable pricing definitely a great spot for anyone looking!

I just drove away with my new to me automobile, a 2017 Honda Pilot with all the features I needed to haul my kayaks, jet ski, and future camper. Jordan Doty was the most easy-going car sales person I have ever had the pleasure to work with. I highly recommend them if you are in the market for a new to you automobile. Thank You Jordan!

We left our house today in a car that was on its last leg and came home today with a beauty of a new (to us) car! We are so lucky that Jordan Doty was able to help put us in a reliable, newer vehicle at a price that fit our budget. He was very forthcoming and answered every single question about this vehicle, and was ready to show us however many more we might have wanted to see. Jordan was also able to put us in touch with some great folks at Envista that also helped make this a very easy transaction. We opted for the top of the line warranty too. It covers so much for a great price! We are so happy with our new car, and we owe it all to Jordan. He really saved our day! FIVE STARS. 10/10. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place if you are looking to upgrade your vehicle!

I could not have asked for a better experience or service than what was given to me and my husband today by Jordan and Alex. We were desperate for a good running vehicle and Jordan took our burdens and wrapped them up in a perfect red bow that is now our, new to us, Nissan Rogue. One of the best experiences I ve had with a car dealership. Unfortunately we didn t get to buy the car we were looking at with them due to some unforeseen issues but they are looking for us still and we look forward to future business. Very honest folks and can t speak highly enough for them.

Jordan and his team made it a super easy breezy experience when buying our first car! He let us test drive as many cars we wanted until we found our favorite one. Gave us multiple options and did not make us feel pressured in any shape or form when it came to any step of this very stressful process! He made sure to help us with absolutely everything we needed and was honest about his opinions, We left with a car we love feeling satisfied and excited. First of all ...after a year of trying to get a vehicle (PURE HELL) took a chance after hearing NOs and outrageous down payments on cars that were practically lemons! I saw premier auto as i was cruising with family and went inside because of the kia soul ive been wanting for yeeeears!... they let me choose my vehicle I wanted and my credit score was no issue!! My income proved enough for approval and my credit score is far from perfect. Such a great experience ! My vehicle had 62k miles on it, they can guarantee low miles for some of their vehicles and i loved that... they do have warranties and extended warranties...!!!highly recommend for people with not the greatest credit but a decent and steady income APPLY. It does not hurt to ask. Oh and ask for jordan!!

Jordan was fantastic to work with. He made us comfortable with such a large purchase. He was candid & genuine & there was no pressure to seal the deal . He went out of his way to address the questions we had & stayed late to accommodate our schedules. We made our purchase a couple of weeks ago & we are very happy with our new Pearl as the vehicle has been named. Lol. Highly recommend!! Thank you Jordan & Premier Auto!!

ABSOLUTELY CANT RECOMMEND PREMIER AUTO ENOUGH!! I found a vehicle perfect for my needs for an incredible price with low mileage, and Jordan was willing to work with me the entire process to accommodate for my needs! As a first-time car buyer, I felt completely safe and comfortable with this dealership and their vehicle options. I can t say the same about many other dealerships I experienced in the Topeka/Lawrence area! This is truly one of the best dealerships I ve ever encountered, and they made me feel respected, welcome, and cared for in my time there. Jordan s amazing customer service was prompt, and I left my test-drive and vehicle signing with a huge smile on my face. Thank you Premier Auto, and I can t recommend this place enough! (P.S. Make sure you stay checking their website if you re in search for a car. I found mine within hours of them listing it, and I decided to check them out on a whim. I walked through the door and was greeted with such kindness. I honestly don t know what I would ve done if it weren t for the amazing car I found! A blessing!!)

Our experience with Premier Auto was excellent! My college-age son was in the market to buy his first car. He saw one that caught his eye at Premier. We set up a test drive and Jordan had it clean and ready to test when we showed up. Jordan showed us the history of the car and described the work he had done on it prior to putting on the lot. In addition, he was very accommodating in permitting us to have the car inspected by our own mechanic. He was also willing to work with us on the price. When a mechanical hiccup developed shortly after purchase, Jordan was good to his word and stood by his product, paying for the repair of the vehicle. Jordan was pleasant and professional, making my son s first car-buying experience a good one. My son is thrilled with his new wheels.I would definitely be comfortable buying from Premier Auto again.

Jordan was AWESOME! We bought our Jeep from him the same day we test drove it. He helped us with financing and truly made the car buying experience quick and easy. Unfortunately 10 days in after, only driving it couple times, we realized it needed some work. We contacted Jordan, he heard our concerns, we had it checked out and he assured us all will get fixed on him! Premier took care of all the coast. we will definitely be sending our friends and family his way!
