My dad had me use them instead of a chain tire shop. He has trusted his vehicles to them for years.The service was great. I very much valued their communication. Also, they ensure the job is done right. They value the safety of their customers wheels. When in town, I will continue to trust them with my vehicles. The final bill was still affordable.Thanks so much!

I've been going to Performance for a long time, even back several years ago when they had a shop in Lawrence where I live. They're always kind, helpful and affordable. They care about their customers and will go the extra mile (pun intended) to make sure that they get the best service. Highly recommended.

We reached out to Performance Tire & Auto to look over a car we were wanting to purchase. We were coming from South Dakota (6 hours away) to purchase this car and Eric and his team were incredible.They went to the dealership, picked up the car and looked it over for us before we left to make the trip. They were so kind and thorough in their inspection. They called my husband and I to talk though everything they saw in the car and even worked with the dealership to fix a couple of items before we bought it.This team went above and beyond. If we lived in Topeka, they would be our go to mechanics.I cannot recommend them enough.

great customer service! sent an extensive overview of the inspection of my car including pictures which i thought was absolutely amazing. they also give you recommendations for what may need done on the car but dont push it to be done right then. definitely recommend and will keep my business here

Very happy with the service I received! I requested an appointment on December 22nd (right before the holidays) for the following Tuesday (day after Christmas) and they were able to get me in at the time I requested despite the quick turnaround and craziness of the holidays. They had the tires I wanted in stock and were able to have the tires on very quickly + an alignment + an inspection done within two hours. The appointment was at 2PM and I had my car back around 4PM. Eric was very friendly as well. I'm very thrilled as well that they offer free rotation and balance for the life of the tires. I neglected to rotate and balance my last set of tires regularly and they only lasted 2 1/2 years, so looking forward to this set lasting much longer. The Cooper tires themselves have very little road noise and the drive is smooth, so, so far so good!

The customer service is outstanding. The technical service is easy to understand, to the point, and without all the fluff and hidden items. They got me not only scheduled for my oil change the same day I called but it was also complete with my service in about 30 minutes! Excellent service accords the board, I am sold Loyal customer here!

For two years in a row, Eric and the team at Performance are 5 stars. Last year they fixed my brakes at the last minute and this year it was tires. I m just so thankful for the service and would not hesitate to recommend Performance to anyone!

Eric and the guys gave me a lot of options on tires that I would want with no pressure. Once the tires were delivered, they got me right in and mounted them with the new wheels I had alreay purchased. They also did a nice spot check for me while they had the tires off of my shocks. That was cool and made me feel that they were vested into what they were doing. The price they quoted me was spot on. Great employees; efficient, professional, and personable. Very pleased. I broke down just outside of performance tire on a day when the temp was -3. My alternator was dead and Eric and his crew helped me get out of a busy intersection and had my truck back on the road by that afternoon! Wanted a second opinion of a dealer s recommendation to replace all 4 struts and all four tires! Performance did a complete and well-documented examination of vehicle and discovered suspension was fine and tired had substantial tread life left. Another shop in town said the repairs would be over $8K. No thank you. Instead, I took my car to Performance Tire and Auto and they fixed it, completely, for less than $500.

I wasn't able to make an appointment, which was a bit of a disappointment since I live and work across town, however I got in and you all took wonderful care of my vehicle. You listened to me when I told you about my battery not always shutting off and made sure it wasn't draining all day and even put my visor up for me! You went the extra mile and I will continue to do business here! Also, I felt like you were very honest about what needed to be done and completed just what I needed. Very respectful and great customer service

Been going to Cooper tires for over 25 yrs and always treated my wife and I like family. From tires , alignments, oil changes they get it done and very reasonable and fast. We ll use them again in the future.

I've used this place several times. Good and fast service. I had a couple of mower tires I purchased on line that I need mounted on my rims. That were happy to do it. Being new in Topeka I had to search for a repair shop for my car. I found Performance Tire & Auto (using Google). After reading through the comments, I called and got an appointment the next day. Their service and evaluation of my car's condition was thorough and I found their opinions as honest as possible. They could have easily said otherwise in order to make a few quick bucks. No doubt I'll be back to Performance Auto when my car needs any type of future service. Thanks Eric! You guys rock!

My grandparents, brother and I were on our way out west when he had a blow out on 70. We came here hoping that we could get new tires for our fifth wheel and boy we got it! Not only did we get our tires the employees and the owner dropped us off and picked us up from breakfast, and had us done within an hour! couldn t recommend this place more without dragging you here! they will take care of you! unbelievable service, if i could give them more stars i would! Thank you guys!
