I m so glad the young man here had exactly what we were needing. We walked in and told him who we were and what we needed, and he remembered the previous phone conversation (because we called first) we were in and out in less than 10 minutes!I give O Reillys 2 stars in general only because we typically don t get this kind of great service. We went to this location because the location closer to us would not honor a lifetime warranty on the part we needed. Even though the old part was only purchased a year ago. We find it difficult to have part warranties honored many times. And this sucks because their products don t last. We re farmers, we need warranties to be honored.Come to find out, they receive commission of what they sell individually. They don t receive this if a warranty has to be used.Honestly . I d go to Auto-zone. And we generally do anymore. Their products are better quality, cheaper, warranties are always honored, and customer service is so much better. No commission. Pure honesty.

North Topeka I bought a new mass air flow sensor blue streak it was defective I took it back got my money back went else where no one had one so I call O'Reilly's three days later and I was assured they had one and God damn if they didn't the exact same one that I returned I know is the same one because of the paper work and a phone number I wrote on it the first time and now my truck won't even start at all oh let's not forget the brand new alt I had to purchase from the first time I installed this part so now what the way I see it you guys need to pay for my vehicle

Some of the employees are about as sharp as a bowling ball but if you know what you're there for its the best place to get auto parts in town

I went in for a couple of items. When I couldn't find what I was looking for I asked for help. He was very nice and tried to explain things to me as well as finding what I wanted. Even spent time looking up prices of some other items I wanted. Very clean and neat store.

Car broke down stop in O'Reilly to see if they my part. Lucky they did. They were nice and helpful people

If I could leave a negative star I would, my fiance was on the way back from Colorado to Georgia and noticed she had a headlight out. With her having 70 more miles to go and her not knowing how to change it out herself I advise her to ask the associates at the counter to assist her. They both declined and said that that wasn't their job, I then offered to pay them and very well and they still declined because they said it was closing time. I would not shop at the store if I had to I would rather walk 700 miles....

Generally got what I need and fluid prices are decent. Parts are generally with a huge markup but that's the whole industry when you don't buy from the right sources. No points against o'reilly.The staff at the North location is fairly knowledgeable and always willing to get you what you need. Good place.
