After having his vehicles repaired here for several years my partner bought an old truck to use as a workhorse around some riverfront property he owns. There was one repair he wanted to complete so he called Nickolay right away and explained what he wanted. Nickolay jumped all over him, doing and saying the nastiest stuff I have ever heard a business owner say to someone. He made my partner feel about 2 inches tall. Needless to say we will not be taking any vehicles to him in the future. All he had to do was say he didn't want to work on the truck. Don't take your vehicle to him unless you like your auto repair served up with a lecture and a healthy dose of just plain mean spirit.

Nicolay service has been in business since 1984 and their work definitely shows it. My parents have been going to them since the 90s.They do electrical, alternators, oil changes, and other engine maintenance work for a very fair price. They even do price quotes if you want to talk to them over the phone and in person. Ask for Matt. They installed a brand new alternator in my truck for half the price of other places and it runs better than ever and they also gave it an oil change. Their work is excellent, top notch, All Stars across the board. I highly recommend them if you want your Electrical, alternator, oil change and other engine problems taken care of.

Matt Nicolay is one of the best auto mechanics in the Topeka area, his years of experience and care for customer's needs have set him apart from others in the city.Matt isn't out to make an extra buck every time you come to the shop, he'll fix almost anything that's wrong with a vehicle; and even advise against repairs if it's not worth keeping the car.Very good every time, always reliable, always top quality.

Matt is Awesome and he gives you no run around at his shop. Rates are reasonable and his service is fast. There's no better place to take your vehicle to be worked on than Nicolay's.We were told at another shop that we needed over $1,000 in repairs. Took it to Matt and like we assumed we needed a new engine. Had we done the repairs the other shop said we needed we would have been out the money and our Blazer still wouldn't have ran. Will never take my vehicles anywhere else. Thanks!
