I called the day before to get my brake parts order ready for first thing in the morning knowing that I limited time to be at work. I arrived the next morning to find my call the day before fell on deaf ears. So the morning staff and I had to scramble and get the parts so I could get to work. The fella the evening before, told me that they did have any more of the discount tool bags. Come to find out, when picking up the parts, they apparently had many left... I wish Iyhat I could recall who was incompetent, but I want to thank the morning guy who was awesome to help me.

I use this place a few times a month, even if I don't go in myself. This time, I got Kelly. We could not get the card machine to work, but she stuck with me til the end and we got through it. Thank you, Napa!!
