I'm visiting this store for the first time. The store has proper lighting and the products are well-organized, which makes it easy to locate what you need. Along with drinks and food, they also sell tools required for unexpected car issues. The parking lot is spacious enough to accommodate several large trucks.

Standard loves but has a well maintained fenced in dog park area. Two areas actually one for small dogs and one for large dogs.Has a chesters chicken, godfather's pizza, and a subway.Bathrooms were okay.Convenient location.Very large parking area for trucks.Would use it again on future road trips.

We love this Subway Great food, great service & they accept valid coupons that other Subway s won t!!! Amazing customer service, Jeff is super personable & even remembered our favorites after more than a month of us visiting! He greeted us with a smile, chatted with our kids & made us feel like valued customers. This is top of the line customer service

3 yrs ago? Fantastic manager! The last 2 years? Corporate Love's should be absolutely embarrassed at the grotesque unprofessional conduct of the lazy, arrogant management to the disgusting, nasty out of line employees who are openly rewarded for bad behavior while great employees are slave-driven and/or run off. The restaurant side is kept terribly cold & the floors are seldom not gross & sticky. Telling people - GUESTS - CUSTOMERS - that overnight sleeping in a p.o.v. is not permitted by Corporate Love's - going so far as the manager openly bragging about beating on people's doors & windows at 4 a.m. 'evicting' them & having no apologies for his assistant manager's derogatory false accusations or a chronic foul employee talking trash about, stalking, posturing a citizen/customer who has NEVER violated any law, local, state, federal or Love's. Picture is night manager & employees taking customer parking closest to the door & an employee vehicle idling for more than 20 minutes pumping noxious heavy oil/gas fumes .. because.. Love's CARES!

Just great all around, only complaint I have is the one lady that works the subway counter that takes forever. She always talk to me about her twin cats with down syndrome?? The regular lady is cool tho

The short fat guy employee kicked me out and threatened to call the police for literally no reason. I was looking at the Kansas souvenirs and about to buy one then he told me to leave and he wasn t stupid. Apparently he was because I did nothing wrong and was about to buy things!

Had a bus breakdown with 30 people on it. We spent about 71/2 hrs at loves waiting for the bus to be fixed. People were helpful and friendly,. It was a great place to kill some time and eat some food.

The Subway gal was a sweetheart!!!At 3 am and having her be so cheerful was a plus!!! And a very tasty sandwich to boot!The main cashier at Love's convenience store could use some manners.Pretty rude.

Clean store, and showers. But typical of Love's, only 2 washers and 4 dryers. Why double the dryers, who knows. And only ONE of the washers works. And they charge a premium for washes, yet do not get them fixed.

I am giving 4 stars because a woman working in the subway who has on her first week I do believe has her hair up in a ponytail but her hair is over her shoulders and ended up in my husbands 6 inch sub had hair in it Tev responded quickly asked me how I was doing I collected my self and I stated that hair is in my husbands sub not only did Tev remake my husbands sandwich but he also gave me a couple cookies for the inconvenience and Jeff the red shirt employee over in the restaurant very friendly easy to talk to I give props to Jeff and Tev subway employee are exceptional

Do not stop here to rest if you value your vehicle. Was a decent place when it first opened. This location just made me a faithful pilot customer. I have, well now I refer to as had, a loves rewards card that I won't be using again and I have never had a problem at any location until now. We pulled in in the middle of the night in our new Dodge Durango. We ate took showers and started to take a nap. We were woken up to police tapping on our Windows Asking is to leave and there was a paper threatening to tow un der our wiper stating a One hour parking limit.. loves does not want your vehicle on it's property but wants your money in its drawers. I won't be back here. They shouldn't call them selves a travel stop and they should stop saying they care. as they have no compassion for the traveler they just want there money. Love's cares what a joke

I can t tell you how grateful I am for the Love s app and all the dog parks they ve added to their locations! I have a dog that will not do her business on a leash. I found the Love s app and it shows which stops have dog parks (there are so many!). I ve been able to plan all the stops for our two day road trip. Thank you, Loves!

New location with very clean and spacious restrooms. Contemporary store with lot of selections and LARGE parking lot. You can refer to photos posted for this location. Just switch to the photos tap in the google map.2020-06-28. I reduced the 5* I gave earlier to 3* because there is always a looooong wait for showers. Management needs to improve this. Thanks

Had to wait 30 minutes for an employee to finally start to work and go clean a shower. Seen 4 employees, one being a manager, just talking and standing around while my available hours just pass by because of lazy employees and managers. A total of 3 showers were able to be cleaned after waiting 30 minutes and one was available immediately after I came inside the store.

Love stopping at Love's. Decent gas pumps. Food has always been good. Service is best around. One of the best Subway's too.

Stopped in for a quick break. Got some snacks.Seemed clean from what I could tell.There was no door to the men's bathroom but doors to the women's.

Definitely one of the nicest loves I've been too. Very clean showers are ready fast and the employees are very welcoming. One employee worth mentioning above all was Emily! She was the sweetest loves employee I've ever met . Definitely goes the extra mile too make sure you know what you're doing, and she her smile will definitely melt you like a Hersheys kiss on a warm day.Emily should be the manager

The customer service is absolutely horrible. 8 people standing in line and not an employee in sight. Found that it was just one lady with a horrible attitude that came over on the intercom that we have to wait. Two people walked out with products because of how rude she was. Up your staffing or limit what transactions are made and how many registers are open with just one person working. Also the personal hygiene of the worker is disgusting

Went here Sunday to get food and my daughters and mine Sandwiches had peppercorn corn, we have severe stomach issues and was not told her this is the only ranch we offer. Not to mention how horrible the lady's customer was we already almost had to have her remake it cause she lacked paying attention, she just sucked. I've called the district manager and have called corporate. Make sure when you said ranch you are specific or your while Sandwich will be ruined.

Bypass the new Loves truck stop on I70 east of Topeka, their cooler drinks are always NOT cold. Who wants to spend over $4.00 for a luke warm Red Bull, I ve been in this truck stop at least 4 times since Loves bought out EZ Go and the cooler drinks are never cold. Last time I mentioned to the manager on duty and she said they know and have said something to upper mgmt and they don t care and won t do anything about it. Plus the place is a dump. I Will never go there again.

Nice staff. Knives. Everything you need snack wise. Showed up around 6pm and still had a dozen truck parking spots left. Easy to get into. The bathrooms were clean. Transflo up and running. No boxes of fresh stock blocking pathways like dome locations. Overall I'd say thus location is in the top 20% nationwise...from a truckers point of view. They've got my money..lol

A little of everything. I grew up states away from my grandparents do. we traveled a lot on the highway. Nice clean trucks stops are my favorite. Love's is just that. Its clean and friendly people. They have subway, Chester's chicken and godfathers pizza. Plus the store side has food as well. I love this place!

Really nice and clean stop. Susan at the cash register was the friendliest cashier I've ever met at a truck stop/gas station. Bathrooms are clean and don't smell either.
