Went to get a part payed for it and it was to be delivered from another salvage be a couple of days wait for it. Then after More work on my vehicle the part wasn't what I needed. Went back to get my money back. Had to pay for a restock . Which is understandable. But was treated fairly. Have used them several more times and will keep using em

Didn t end up having what I wanted. But, was very courteous and respectful with manners. I ll be sure to consider this location as one of the go to s for vehicle parts. They do have a $25 minimum policy for pulling parts as far as sending someone out to fetch what you need.

I bought a replacement motor for my late 80's ford and the price I paid was great. But the motor sounds as if it was almost brand new, tight all the way around. Love the people and the service.

These guys are really great! They didn t have exactly what I needed for my old and weird car, but with their help, we found a part from a newer car that worked perfectly.They quickly pulled the part. The price was right on. I m very satisfied with my experience here.

Went down for a front rotor and the salesman1 said they had it and asked me to pick it up after a couple hours. When I went back, I decided I didn t want it because it was way too rusty and needed to be turned. Salesman2 says since his boys had to remove the part from the car, I need to pay for the labor. Am not complaining because they charged me, but I was never told about this when I spoke to the first salesman. Not for me!!

Excellent Customer Service. Staff is friendly and helpful. I ordered a somewhat obscure factory wheel for my car. There was a problem with the wheel and they quickly fixed the problem and provided a discount for my troubles. Will go back and do business again.

So I bought a list of parts skeptical of the wear of the parts, CV shafts, struts, heater blower motor, cabin air filter cover and a dome light cover, never got the dome light cover but payed for it, the struts were about to rust out an to be honest it would have made my vehicle more unsafe then what it is now, on the cv shafts one seemed to be OK but the other you could shake and hear it was no better then the one I am trying to replace the joints had play, and the cabin Air filter cover was to small, the only thing that worked was the blower motor, Now I am not one to buy used parts but Brandon saying that there parts were good parts and if it looked to be faulty then they would not sell the part or try to give us the parts an he assured that they check all parts I would recommend that you check all parts before you do your job for its a lot of work to have to do it twice because of a parts puller that don't check the parts out right,

Horrible customer service! Was completely unwilling to look for the parts to fit my vehicle. Then asked what rims he had with my bolt pattern and I that I wasn't looking for stock rims but they wouldn't put any effort to help

Small discrepancy on price when I first want there, but it was quickly resolved. Overall a good experience for a salvage yard.

Called about a plastic part that sells for $9.95 BRAND NEW, it requires zero tools to pull and takes less than 5 seconds to remove with one hand. They tell me it will be a minimum charge of $25.00 just to pull the part. RIP OFF!!! I called somewhere else and found one for $5.00
