Quick, easy and fair pricing in the Topeka market. Purchased the Taurus about a year ago and still running great no problems. Josh was my salesman and will work with him again next time I m in the market

Do not buy a car from this lemon dealership. I was going to buy a black Cadillac from them. The lemon dealer promised on his mom and a stack of Bibles that the car was in tip top shape and their was nothing wrong with the car. Anyone who only provides a 30 day 50% warranty on something buyer be Ware. I end up taking the car to cable Dahmer and paid the 200 bucks to have them hook it up to their computer. Thank God I did. Their was 5,200 dollars of damage to that car under the hood. Transmission leak, oil leak, suspension shot, It just went on and on. So I take this diagnosis report back to the lemon dealer and he just said the car sells AS IS . I thought it was in tip top shape. Yes I lost out on my 200 bucks, but I was saved a 5k headache. Then I drive past the lot the next day and that car is right back on the lot for sale.Did they fix 5k in damage in less than 24 hours. I highly doubt it. They just don't care. Buyer be Ware

My son found the car for me. Josh and his team went out of their way, to make me happy. They did some minor repairs that needed done with no charge to me.I definitely would recommend them.

Service was great. Brought my car in for an appointment and it was seen right away. Everything was fixed and is now working properly for a fair price. The guys there make you feel like a person and not just another problem they have to fix. One of the best experiences I've had when getting my vehicle serviced. Would recommend and will definitely be utilizing them for future issues.

Vehicle purchased engine light came on within a day of purchase. They checked it out, told us what they thought the problem was and next day engine light came on again. Short version.... The issue didn't just appear the day after we bought it. They were able to "fix" the engine light so vehicle seemed fine but then didn't want to fix the problem without cost to us.

Got great service here at Legacy. Was referred to Cale Neddermeyer and Brady. Cale helped me find my first car and blessed me with a GREAT deal would recommend to anyone. They detailed and serviced my car next day and was able to drive my nice new clean baby home 2days later! Gave me great information and made me feel comfortable about my chose in vehicle. For a used car dealership I couldn t tell cars they took pride in the condition of there vehicles

Bought my first car through them they were able to find me a better loan rate then my personal bank could offer and the and the atmosphere of the business felt like a small town shop and it felt less stressful because of it. I recommend this business because of the experience I had with the worker and the financing they offered.... as fair as quality of cars in my case I am beyond satisfied... another thing to add was I do work nights and inquired online not expecting answer after hours but I did ( to specify it was through text) and they were more then willing to answer any questions I had if they knew them on handTL;DR: if your looking for a used car of quality I highly recommend seeing if they have something right for you

My husband and I were looking to buy a car and we came across Kyle at Legacy... every spot that we went to actually recommended for us to visit Kyle! (I can see why)Kyle was great !! He was extremely helpful in finding the perfect car for us at our price budget. I couldn t be any happier with our experience there. He has a lot full of good cars and his service was even better. I highly recommend Kyle and Legacy if anyone is looking to buy a used car.

My family s been a long time customer of this dealership and location for years, from grandparents... to parents.. to siblings. I m happy to say I ve recently purchased my Hyundai Elantra from this location and couldn t be more pleased with the transaction and how smoothly the salesman made it, Cale N. Stuck with me through the whole process and helped me make my decisions. He s been an absolute godsend, when I was in an accident not even 2 weeks after my purchase he took the time to make sure my car was fixed when I got home from deployment, constantly kept me in the loop with all the updates. Today I brought in a friend to the dealership and dealt with the same person (Cale) and once again he s made our lives easier, my friend got exactly what she wanted and he was more than accommodating. Def coming back when it s time to trade in and if recommend anyone who s looking for a used vehicle to come to this location and personally ask for him.

We did not have a great experience at Legacy.We bought a warranty from Legacy Motors. So, when my car was making a strange sound I called them. Not very helpful on the phone/terrible customer service. However, I still took it in, since I thought it could be covered by my warranty. After this experience was all said and done - my car was still making the same sound. I took it back in and the mechanic said "yah it's still making that sound but the sound is way softer now, so it should be good".At one point (within a month) we were on flat tire number 4 (same tire). We called Legacy just to see if they could help/offer ANY advice. They asked us if we had a spare tire, to which we responded, "no, the one that came with the car was flat and had a screw in it", the mechanic responded "well as a consumer don't you think you'd check the spare tire before you bought a car?".Unfortunately, I will never recommend or buy a car from Legacy again. This was the worst experience ever!

Brady is always a great person to deal with on a used car. He will help you to find the right kind of car for your needs.You can negotiate the price with them, but they try to give you the best price up front

I bought a vehicle from them, and not even two weeks later the check engine light comes on. It turned out to be the transmission. I attempted to just get my trade in back from them and not deal with this as the warranty was only 50/50. They refused, and I had to pay almost 4 grand on it after already spending over 15k on the car just buying it the same month. Bad deal.

Cale neddermeyer. Is very nice guy. Very helpful. Getting us a great car. And if anything is wrong with it. He wants to help us out. Legacy motors is also a very great dealership highly recommend to get a vehicle from them.

At 27 years old, I've already purchased 20 vehicles, and was looking to purchase my 21st. I've been to this ball-game more than enough times. I was hunting for a specific make and model, and had done my research on the local market. When this dealer popped up on AutoTrader, I was hesitant due to the fact that it was a small, buy here - pay here, type of lot. I ran a CarFax on the vehicle I was looking to purchase, and it came back fairly solid, so I made the drive from Manhattan to Topeka to test drive it.I ended up purchasing it that day, and that process was smooth. I dealt directly with the owner, Brady, who is a pretty straight shooting dude. I drove the truck directly to the Toyota dealer in Manhattan to have them look it over and check for anything I missed during my inspection over the course of my test drive. Unfortunately, they did find a slightly glaring problem with one of the CV Boots on the axle having a pretty large hole in it.I went ahead and had another independent mechanic shop in Manhattan fix the problem, as I wasn't going to tow the thing back to Topeka. I obviously wasn't super ecstatic about immediately having another bill that isn't covered by the Kansas-mandated 50/50 warranty provided by the dealer during the first 30 days.I won't go into specific details, but after I spoke to Brady, he told me to take a picture of the problem and let him know what I ended up doing, and he'd try and help me out. When I was able to make it back up to Topeka, I brought my receipt and pictures of the damaged part, and Brady did exactly what he told me he would do - he helped me out.As a small business owner, Brady is a man of his word, and I truly feel he's running a class-act business, which is pretty damn hard in the cut-throat used car business. That is all I could have asked for when purchasing a 10 year old vehicle with over 150,000 miles. I will not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from him in the future.

Inquired about a Jeep Liberty they had/have. Took a couple days to get a response. Was told they were busy. Wasn t allowed to come even look at vehicle. Said it was getting worked on. Wouldn t even get a call/text back, I would have to initiate. Finally drove by one day to see the Jeep sitting outside, no one ever called to say it was no longer getting worked on. No communication whatsoever. Ended up buying from another car lot.

If you guys ever buy a car from them if I was you guys don't bc I did and they kept me paying for a SUV that they never had it check out and then I spend over a thousand dollars on parts and everything. When I went there other company to get my brakes work on and they rather me drive around with kids that the router cut my brake line bc they didn't want to replace it. We only had it a little over a year and now they don't want to work with us.
