They did a very good job restoring my vehicle after being rear-ended this summer. Although there has been communication issues with the other parties insurance, I have been very Happy with how they have worked on my car. In fact, the body looks better now than when I bought it used in 2016. I would really rate it 4.5 Stars. I highly recommend this business.

Our son's car was taken to Laird Noller Topeka Collision Center due to damage from hitting a couple of wild animals. Terry is an honest guy who puts his clients first. He explained in detail what was required to fix the car and made certain the parts were up to standards. Sierra is a wonderful person who did a great job keeping us up to date on the status of the car.

Wow, this place is a joke!! It only took over 2 weeks of getting the run around before we found a lady that could get us a refund check. Everyone one in there is very careless when working on your vehicle. It goes in for repairs but comes out half done and new scratches on the vehicle

They did a great job with my new Bronco. Hit a deer and had to have the bumper, grill and other stuff replaced. Had some hard to find aftermarket trim pieces that they were not able to find available so they custom made them. Really impressed with their work. Looks like new!

We had totaled our car and it was brought to this Collision Center because it was a total loss. We are not from Kansas so we were unfamiliar with the area and felt like our heads were spinning with the details on what to do with car insurance/new car etc. While retrieving our belongings the manager Terry Allen came out to see if we needed any help. He assisted us with troubleshooting how to take our car top carrier off the car and onto the new one. He was so incredibly nice in a very scary time in our life and his guidance and assistance was very comforting. The ladies in the office were so kind, too. They made our experience so much better and I'm glad we chose this Collision Center after our car wreck. Thank you Terry and staff at Noller Collision Center! Not only are you superhumans for handling the Kansas heat (seriously) but your professionalism and kindness made our days in Topeka that much better!

I love this location. I purchased my car here used. The staff is helpful, nice, and always take care of me. They aren't the cheapest in town, but by far the best value. They worked hard to find the parts for my car, the price match other places for my tires, and once I forgot the coupon for $$ off my oil change and they just gave me the whole oil change for free. They are honest and never pressure me into buying more than I need.

I brought my SUV into the Laird Noller Collision Center after the hood was stained from something dripping on my hood in a parking garage. My husband And I tried to clean off the stain and even left the area, but we were unable to get the orange stain out. I had recently bought this car, so I was kind of upset about this! I spoke to a detailer, who didn t think he could remove the spot. So, I prepared myself to get the hood repainted.I took my car to Laird Noller collision Center and spoke with a woman at the front desk that was crazy busy! I felt bad taking her time for my problem. She took a look at my car and told me to have a seat in the lobby while she worked on my car. She came back a short time later and said, I think you ll be happy with me! I sure was, the stain ( which she said was rust and lime from the parking garage) was completely gone !! My car looks great! No paint job needed!! Thank you Kaitlyn!! You rock!!!

First off, this is not the first time that I ve had to use Laird Noller collision center. Both times but I ve got my vehicle back, it had honestly looked better than it did before the accident. This last time I took it in, it took about one week longer than they told me it would. I was not mad because they were incredibly thorough with the inspection of the vehicle and wanted to make sure that it was an absolute perfect condition before returning it to me. JD at the collision center is an absolute rockstar. I am at Laird Noller customer for life, and I think you should be too.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

I was so impressed with how helpful and friendly the Manager and his technician James were. I came in to get an assessment of damage to my front bumper to see if it could be repaired through paintless dent repair. James offered to take a look at it without an appointment but when he was out, the manager helped me with this. Not only did he advise me on how to repair the damage myself but cleaned the paint marks for me that were left on the damaged area without charge. His advice worked and the dent is now not even noticeable. It's so rare to see someone in this industry so honest and helpful. They've earned my business as a future customer!

I give them no stars this is the only way I get to write. I had work done on my car there and they were really rude people! After about a month what ever they used to polish my car with showed up stains all over my paint it will not come out now. They ruined my car their work is very unsatisfactory!!! They busted my windshield and made my insurance company pay for it. How wrong is that! Think twice about sending your car there in Lawrence

Still haven t gotten my wife s brand new car back and it has been a month. She went to pick the vehicle up from the Topeka location and there are scratches and dirt in the leather that weren t there before, the trunk still had scratches in it, and none of the electrical is working properly!! If I could rate this place in negative stars I definitely would. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!! I rarely feel compelled to write any review unless I feel that there is a need to help others not make the same mistake that I have and this is certainly the case with this place!! Car was taken directly back for more work upon driving it off the lot and I have every intention of finding a different auto-body place immediately to transfer it to. Again, do not take your vehicle here!! You have been warned....

I would never recommend the collision center. They make promises and don t meet them. Made arrangements to have my vehicle worked on and needed it by a certain date. They guaranteed I would have my vehicle back by the date I need it Took it in on the scheduled day. It sat for a week then they called me and told me they did not have the parts so they could not start on it. Their promises are not kept. Took my vehicle elsewhere. Worst customer service ever.

I would not recommend to send anyone to this collision center. Customer service and follow up is lacking. After having the car for well over a week tried to take advantage of a 19 year old living out of town and making him pay for something they said they were doing ! When asked to talk to the manager she would not connect me.... what a joke.... great way to gain customers.. Beware if you choose to do business there.. complete lack of respect to the customer.

Caitlin and her team did an Absolutely PRIMO JOB!!!! My CX-5 looks great!!! It looks wonderful. I even think it drives better if that is even possible.LOL.So if you need body work done, Laird Noller Collision. Is the place to go.

I was told it would take three days to fix my car. It's been there for 14 days since they were supposed to start working on it. Never go to these people!

Wonderful staff that really knows their stuff and are more than happy to help. Their advice as I dealt with a totaled car saved me a lot of headaches and wasted time.

They are very slow in repairs.It took 2 month to get my car fixed.Their replacement parts are faulty.Their customer service is rude.
