This review has a lot of moving parts. I was referred by a relative, and on the initial contact of all the places I called they were able to get the glass the fastest and at a competitive price. I use my car to work for a living so speed is essential when it comes to the maintenance of my vehicle. Initially when the glass was ordered the first time it was ordered incorrectly. So I ended up waiting an additional 3 days for a total of 5 days to have the glass repaired. For my troubles I was compensated $50 so instead of paying $650 I paid 600 for the first glass. I believe it was due to weather as an extremely cold the prior week, but while driving the vehicle the back glass broke again in a very similar manner. This was 72 hours after it was installed the first time. I contacted this shop immediately to seek a resolution, because I don't know any glass that only lasted 3 days. The owner of the shop said that he would replace the glass ultimately for an additional $100 (which would be a $500 savings to me) . The glass was again special ordered, but for some reason took an additional 7 days to get here versus 3 days to get here the first time. All in all the second installation is going well, and everybody else I've spoken with has had a positive experience with their work. That being said, I would still recommend them, and follow the paper instructions to the t.

King Auto Glass quoted me the best price and were wonderful to work with. They came to my place of employment and replaced my windshield while I worked! So convenient and they did a great job at an affordable price.

Great pricing and nice employees. They traveled for a small fee to Lawrence, KS to do job. We re on time and done in 20 minutes. Will use again if needed.

Half of what Safelite quoted me. $180 less than the next estimate. Got me in and out in under an hour. Clean waiting room and polite staff. They will be my first choice going forward.

I can always count on this team to promptly address our families needs when the unexpected occurs. I travel for work throughout the state of Kansas so i have had plenty of damaged windshields over the years from traffic debris. KAG has been my go-to window repair company. Most recently, we had a damaged windshield on our family daily driver. King Auto Glass got us scheduled promptly and back on the road before bad weather set in. Put a window in incorrectly even though mi esposa worked there. Did a horrible job framing the window with the seals. Wouldn't recommend with something kinda new unless they realize quality is key. It shouldn't feel like I need too do it Instead of me having them do it all over again...

Took my car to get my windows repaired, and they put a dent in my vehicle, and when confronted about it, they said they there was nothing they could do about it, and they knew for a fact it wasn't caused by them, but it wasn't there when I dropped it off, and they refuse to even address the situation any further.

Great service for someone with an old car just looking to get the job done. I have a newer car and would absolutely not recommend King to anyone. They bid me about $200 less than other places for a windshield replacement and told me they could get me in as soon as the next morning. This was super convenient but that should have been a red flag. I'm very disappointed with the service. About a week after picking up my car, a piece holding the seal down flew off the car. As I got to looking closer at it, there was about a centimeter long gap between the bottom of the windshield and the base where it should have met. In addition, the seal on the sides of the windows is damaged and looks very messy. The wipers were put back on incorrectly and the windshield makes random creaking noises. I've gone back to King twice to attempt to have them fix the mistakes and am not pleased. The job looks very unprofessionally done and I was told there was really nothing they could do about it. Do not choose King if you want anything better than a half-decent looking windshield. I ended up having to take my car elsewhere to have the job done correctly and now I m out twice as much money than I would be had I not used King.

The job was done very well and reasonably priced. A little concern was that they said I could drive away right after the job was complete. Was a little worried that the windshield would shift as I drove over bumps etc we will see when I can get on the highway if it held up. But I give them 5 stars.

I originally made a appointment with Safelite. Got there as instructed on time and it appeared I was bumped back. Left and went to Kings. They gave me a better deal and I saved over $100.00. And they did a fantastic install with my new windshield!

Poor quality work, the huge scratch they left on my dash and the gaps left between the trim pieces isn t worth the 100$ I saved.

This is where I ll go for my auto glass stuff forever now! They were able to put a new windshield on my car in less than 20 minutes in the parking lot of where I work. So convenient, affordably priced, and so nice!

Very impressed with the company, the staff and the cost! They even came to my home to install the new windshield. The installers were very efficient and friendly. They were the ONLY place in town who had ON HAND my sister-in-laws windshield to replace it. Not to mention they were WAY CHEAPER in price, but were not lacking in quality, speed of repair and customer service. HUGE KUDOS TO Y'ALL! I will be recommending Kings to everyone I know!!!

The men who replaced my car windshield were very nice and it took less than 30 minutes to complete. I was so thankful they were able to come to my house to install it. I am not impressed with the service at all!! Very sketchy! Beware! They told me the the reason my windshield was leaking was because it was rusted, and it would cost me $20 extra for rust control. What they put on the rust, was nothing but the primer for windshield. Then asked for the $20 in cash!! When they were finished I tried to call the main office but couldn't get through, miraculously when one of the workers called they went straight through. I feel they are very sketchy and would not hire them again! I would go elsewhere!!

Unfortunately, my family experienced vandalism and had to replace 3 out 4 car windows just weeks before Christmas. King Auto Glass provided professional and friendly service and did a quality job! I had no problem getting my window repaired. It has held up. They were really nice and professional. Ordered the correct widow and installed in record time. They were recommended as the cheapest but I'd add to that as the fastest and most polite. Thank you.

I'm always choosing them first when I need a new windshield. The service is fast, they're friendly and the lobby is clean. It doesn't hurt that they're so close to my favorite restaurants while I wait. They do excellent work!
