I had my box truck break down near Topeka and had Hoyt s change the box over to a new chassis. They gave me updates and plenty of feedback throughout the process and charged me a fair price. I interacted with almost everyone in the shop for a couple days and they were super accommodating and professional. It made me grateful I broke down in Topeka!

While traveling across the country pulling a large trailer, I developed a serious problem with my hitch near Topeka. I reached out to Hoyt s Trailer and they worked me in right away. My experience could not have been more positive. The customer service and technical expertise were fantastic. Kudos to Sean, Brian, Lucas and the rest of the team for taking such good care of us. We continued on our trip 100% confident that the hitch problem was fixed and felt so lucky to have found Hoyt s Trailer!!

If you re looking for prompt, excellent customer service along with honest and reasonable prices, Hoyt s is the place for your trailer needs! They completely overhauled the entire suspension system on my tandem boat trailer. Shawn (service manager) and Brian (leadman) went over every detail when I dropped off, then showed and explained every new part when I picked up. They went the extra mile to ensure I was totally happy with the finished product. Thanks again Shawn, Brian!!

We were traveling though Kansas with our 5th wheel when we noticed some play in a spring bushing. Hoyt s had us stop by on our way through, and they evaluated the issue, recommended what should be done, and had us fixed up and back on the road in just a couple hours, all for the cost of a tank of fuel! This place has outstanding customer service, integrity, and value. We were so impressed!

Whenever I gone there it was for minor issues they worked me in fairly quickly and off I go. I recommend them on any issue you may have the are very friendly and will take great care of any of your trailer needs.That said they only work on trailers not set up for work on refer units.

They are a great group of guys I had a broke air ride leveling mount on my stepdeck I took it to them they didn t have the replacement for it but they were able to weld it and get me going I will most definitely be doing more business with them

Hoyt's Trailer Center is your one stop shop for trailer's or part's! The employees are awesome very helpful. They know their trailers and accessories.Peyton and Wilson are 2 of the coolest shop dog's I've ever met!Thanks Matt at Hoyt's for leading me in the right direction on my new trailer. I'm going to put the MaxxD D7X to work!

We blew a tire on a 24 ft car trailer east of Topeka. With a spare we got it back on the road but noticed the other tires had some cuts. I called Hoyt's at 4:00 pm and asked if they could get a new set of tires for us quickly. We had 70 miles to go and would arrive after closing time. The great folks said they had the tires and would wait for us to arrive and get the new tires mounted. They installed the new tires on the trailer quickly and got us on the way. Great Customer Service ! Good Prices ! Good People ! Bravo Zulu Hoyt's Trailer Center !

These guys were amazing this morning! The manager Shawn helped me figure out more with my trailer set up and I couldn t be any happier. It was an absolute pleasure, doing business with them. I highly recommend these guys!

I had an employee out on the road who was having an unknown issue with his trailer. At first he was directed to the truck center, but the truck center staff kindly directed him to the nearby trailer center and gave him great directions. At the trailer center he was assisted by Joe Huntsman and Mark who checked the trailer out and determined it was a tire problem. Shop employee Mark checked the air pressure on all the tires of the trailer and tractor and got him on his way safely without a long delay. I would strongly recommend this establishment for any trailer or tractor service.

The staff here is so helpful and very patient, overall they have great customer service, and they have lots of knowledge. They are also very involved in the community, donating to charity, and also providing items for silent auctions or raffles at local events. Overall if you need something trailer related, these guys can either fix u up, or know where to send you. They work on a variety of trailers from little bitty to campers to semi trailers.

If you are ever in the topeka area and need trailer work, this is the only place to go. I had a wheel bearing fail on Thanksgiving and took out a brake, and they were able to get me back on the road quickly and is was decently priced for a holiday service.

Roadside emergency help was quick and preformed perfectly. Turn around time on work done at the shop was very minimal and the price for work completed was very reasonable.
