Sales guy was good and helpful. JD was giving money away, O% finance for 3 years. Great deal.Only thing that was a little issue is told them I was leaving on Thur and they would need to drop this off the following Monday. When I got home, it had been sitting outside in my driveway with the keys in it all weekend.

Found the staff at Heritage very helpful, especially the manager, Darren. Needed a new ATV and bought one thanks to the knowledge and helpfulness of Darren.Would be very likely to do business at Heritage again.

I had warranty work done on my Honda push mower and was pleased with the customer service and quick turnaround. While the warranty work was minor, I had my mower back the following day. They have a dock outside their building that allowed easy loading/unloading from my truck.

Get your farm equipment fixed here!Or buy some new equipment (If they don't have it on site they can order it for you.Tractors, balers, brush hogs (brush mowers), lawn mowers, UTVs and more. They have a lot to offer. Go check it out!Nice place, Nice equipment, Excellent people."Danny" is top notch. (He helped us with a sale and was most courteous and informative.)

I'd never been here before. They are not pushy salespeople. They just let me walk on back to the parts desk, where they promptly offered me assistance. The helpful gentleman found the part I needed with no hesitation, to my relief. It was a part for an older riding mower, I was very pleased they had it in stock. I asked questions about other parts for my mower, then potential replacement for same. All inquiries were met with the same interest & prompt responses. I have diagrams of the parts, that the representative printed out for me. Just awesome!

0 stars for the sales guy Danny nvr been there or bought a new mower he was very pushy and rude while I was asking questions about mowers told me he was only 1 available he's very unprofessional came back to pickup the mower and he blew me off like I wasn't even there ended up dealing with store manager which was tad rough at 1st but he apologized and fixed me up just hope rest of experience with heritage will b ok

Service dept was.awesome. Fixed my mower, belt kept breaking. Suggested I could bring mower deck in and worked great. Also gave me some advise on getting deck back on. Was mowing later tht day. Brought deck in Saturday, picked up Friday even in mid Summer and holiday week. Price very fair also.

No stars. Placed order 7 days ago and parts never ordered. Went to pick up today and found that out and even though had not ordered had also misquoted price by 20$ and one piece discontinued. So have to reuse old part. Meanwhile my machine is down and scattered all over shop floor.

Tractor was taken in for service, still covered by the Heritagegard Maintenance contract we bought with the tractor. The tech that worked on the tractor tried to push a service regen on us, but we knew it wasn t necessary. The tractor did do an auto regen when we got it back and took the soot down to single digits,. When the tractor came back it had not been power-washed, and the grease points had not been touched by a grease gun there! We were curious what had been done as a service, so my husband called two different times to request something be sent via email on what service had been completed. Finally, almost three weeks later, we get something in the mail from them (and my name is misspelled!!!) and it is a bill for $399!! It just is labeled shop invoice with no explanation of why we are getting a bill when whatever they did should have been covered by the maintenance contract?? We are beyond frustrated by their lack of communication and for the technician trying to push a $500 service regen the tractor didn t need on us!

Heritage tractor will never get a dime off my money again. Spent a week trying to get ahold of sales for after sales service, no return call, took an e-mail to corporate to get a response. That s twice at heritage I have been treated poorly, there won t be a third time!

Parts Department? what Parts Department Lawrence Heritage location said Topeka had the part in stock - Topeka was supposed to call me back when they located item - they don t answer phone and never called back. I think u guys are getting too big with 20 locations and pretty bad customer service especially with parts and service.Update: 3 days later .still no call ..I went ahead and got the part online from someone else

Delivered my 92 year old FIL S 2005 JD for Service on 6/13/22 it hadn t been serviced for 10 years Service analyzed repairs needed and completed repairs by 6/15/22 Awesome Service !!!!Thanks Mitchell and Gavin !!!!

I like Heritage a lot. They have consistently taken good care of my mowers and small engine needs. They are not cheap but they are good and make sure I am happy with their work.

Phone customer service on Saturdays is disappointing and frustrating. Calls to Topeka were rerouted to Baldwin. Finally had to go to the store and they still had to order the part. Will think more than twice before purchasing JD products again. Most items and service we have purchased from Heritage has been overpriced.

Friendly folks. Truck driver who delivered a piece of equipment to this location. Called ahead and let them know that due to weather could not get there till Saturday. They took it right off, no Muss- No fuss. Would not hesitate to go there again!

Not happy with them. Bought a kit that was to contain a piston for our quad. When we went to pick up parts was told piston was extra at $121.00. That was not what was on the ticket. Will not go back

Called five times in a row and got sent to a voicemail and hung up on once. The sixth time I called it went straight to voicemail because they wouldn't answer the phone

Good amount of parts in stock, but maybe not for compact tractors. Pretty expensive, but no more so than other Deere dealers.
