I like Mike and the crew, but they did irritate me recently when i went in and bought tires @ $350+ PER TIRE....over $1,500.00 installed. I used them for 3 weeks and took them off because they were too noisy...i took the tires to them and asked if they bought used tires, they said yes and offered me $175! Less than 200 bucks for 3 week old tires that they sold me for over ONE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS!Other than that, they have been a good place and they do fast work.

Recently had cause to buy a couple used tires at the north store and have a flat repaired at the east store. Same great fast servIce. Had tires sizes to match mine and carefully inspected and repaired my flat. All at reasonable priyes. Be sure to tip the workers if you agree it's good!

Everytime we come here (and it's alot) they are ALL super friendly. We came in and was just wanting an honest opinion on the life of out SUV tires and he gauged them and told us the two rear were at replacement tread recommendation. But instead of trying to sell us two tires off the show room floor he showed us some barely used tires at a fraction of the cost and saved us a TON. Will never go anywhere else for our tire needs!While we were there I needed to get a super hard to find tire replaced on my Audi since I hit a pothole and blew it out. They found one for me and had it overnighted and put on while I was there getting SUV tires replaced. Super helpful!!!

I came here a few weeks ago, looking for 2 good used tires for the front end of my van. I asked for something that could last at least a couple of months until I replace all 4 with new. First rain and I'm sliding, and when my tires were looked at they appear to have dry rot and are basically worse than the ones I had on there. I spent over $100 to get unsafe tires put on my van.

Harold s Tire is a fantastic resource for those of us who like to support locally owned businesses and manage our spending. Affordable prices, no frills, no fancy shop, no car lifts, etc. Staffed by hard-working individuals who more than earn their wage. Harold s Tire is synonymous with good work ethic.I have used Harold s Tire on four different occasions. My first three experiences were highly positive, so I gladly spread the word to others and raved about the value this business delivers to its customers. Those three experiences were at the east Topeka location.This is why it pains me to leave a three star review. On August 19, I had my pickup in for a tire repair, balance, and rotate. I went to the north Topeka location, because the east Topeka location was unexpectedly closed due to a nonworking compressor. All went as expected until nearly everything was done. Only the left front wheel needed to be reinstalled, when one of the employees twisted the floor jack handle without thinking, lowering the jack abruptly, causing my pickup to drop and crash to the concrete below onto its front left lower ball joint. The technician immediately began to re-lift the front left corner and stated, No harm done, I caught it before it hit. I was sitting inside the cabin when this happened, so I got out to look it over and could clearly see the white scuff mark that the front lower control arm left on the concrete. Now I have to wonder what kind of damage was caused inside that ball joint that might later be revealed. The guy took no ownership of his error and didn t even bother to inspect for damage.In light of today s service, three stars is the best I can do.

Fast, friendly, and professional service along with great prices on used tires. They get you in and out quickly. Office is clean with a small seating area, tv, and men's and women's restroom to use while you wait. If they don't have your tire size in stock they can usually order it and have it in within a few days or sooner depending on the size tire your looking for.

Great service and a fair price. This place always treats me well. I prefer Harold's over any tire shop I have been to. My opinion hasn't changed in years well if it did it's just a better liking. 6 stars

Called late notice to see if they could fit me in for fitting some new tires on my wheels, since the first shop I took them to had an older tire machine that couldn't mount my race tires. They looked packed on a Saturday, but got me out of there in 30 minutes! Didn't even have an appointment. Very fast and professional.

I needed to get my tires replaced and I was in a hurry. I had the tires and I just drove up, no appointment needed, it took maybe 30 min. Under $40.00. The crew was fast and friendly. Thank you, definitely come here again.

Quick and they do a good job. I researched every tire place in Topeka for a set of new tires for my truck, and they were cheaper than about anyone for name brand tires. There are cheaper generics out there, but I have learned my lesson with those. Harold's has my business from here forward! Nice folks.

Not that they need my review but I ll give it anyways Took my car to an auto store in the area with a tire that was losing air quickly. The other store told me that if it could be repaired it would cost about $31. Later, they told me the tire was irreparable and would cost over $200 for a new tire. I felt like I should get a second opinion so I did and took it to Harold s. They were able to repair it because the leak was not in the sidewall (barely!) for $12!!! The tire has maintained air for a week now. Definitely pleased with the service and the pricing. The people were extremely friendly and helpful and I was in and out in about 15 minutes.

I had special ordered trailer tires and they arrived the same day for the same price as the big online sellers. My install needed new tpms valves installed in addition to the mount and balance. All services were quick and professional. If you're looking for a new place for tire care, stop here first!
