If I could do no stars I would but never the less, I was treated like I had no clue about tires. Bought all new tires in April for my vehicle and had major OCD about checking them daily since I was raised by a school bus driver/ truck driver and a fireman engineer driver which taught me pre-trip safety. For them to say that I rode on it on low air for to long, tearing up the inside of the tire so the warranty wasn't honored. Well when I got the flat I was only 2 blocks from my house when I called AAA for assistance. So how can I drop my walk around not seeing to drive only 2 blocks to getting a nail from in front of my neighbors which is very clear in all the pictures. Anyways sorry for the long details, just put it this way I got proof and documents that they where roughly treating my rim and now has really deep marks all around it, and no my rim never hit the ground still had a little air. To saying that it was one thing when clearly it was caused by a 3 inch nail without no damage inside the tire like they claimed. Timelines showing me going over 6 times to that same shop I bought the tires to have them themselves check the air for me cause I'm disabled and need help sitting them. I can feel the slightest difference to the point my passengers get annoyed because of my paranoia of my tires. It was my back passenger tire on a front wheel drive car that hasn't even gone out of town yet. HQ, corporate, who ever I will be getting ahold of soon with documents in hand.

Great service. I did not have an appointment for an oil change, but they got me right in. They offered many services but didn't force the issue. It was nice to just be informed about the needed service issues. The customer in front of me had an issue and was being loud. The counter person took care of the issue professionally. The customer even returned and thanked him for providing some options that turned out to solve the issue. Overall, it was a good first visit.

This store totally helped us out during our family vacation this summer. We had to get our truck towed to them missing a wheel and with a destroyed rotor. The technician, Tully, and the rest of the team there were able to get us back on the road in just a couple of days (keep in mind we were towed there at closing time on a Saturday). We were able to safely finish the rest of our trip thanks to their work. Highly recommend this store.

Set a 1 pm Oil change appointment.Said it would take about 45 minutes.It's been a hour and 45 minutes. Still waiting. I told them next week was soon enough. They insisted on today. Total cluster with a sign on the door... we are short staffed....closing at 530

Friendly front desk folks explain things well and listen!Work is completed efficiently.Road hazard warranty tire was replaced with minimal cost.Great value!

The Goodyear team at 21st helped us during a flat tire. My wife got a flat tire about an hour outside Topeka. Goodyear fixed the tire within hours. They saved the day!! It brought a ton of relief with our kids. Thank you 10/10 stars!!

I had a terrible experience when I went to get a wheel alignment and buy the 3 year alignment deal when they kept saying all this stuff is wrong then after the end they came out and said my battery charging system light was on and I needed to get a battery then left and went to a parkinglot nearby and seen their mechanics had took the time to pop my fuseblock open and slightly pull the fuse out for that. Then when confronted about it the manager and mechanic both sat there and lied about doing it when I just looked at everything before I took it in there.I will not be using this service center again and I recommend you don't either!

I really wish I could give this store better reviews, but I just can't. Issue 1) About 6 mos ago I scheduled an appt for an oil change. THREE HOURS later, my car was still not ready. I was livid and they eventually gave me a small discount.Issue 2) My husband went in for an oil change and tire check. he was told there was something broken in our back driver axle that was causing the bulging on our tire. After taking it to a mechanic, we found out that was completely false information and there was NOTHING wrong with the car, just a bad tire.Issue 3) Because that tire was bad (we purchased those tires less than two years ago and just over half the mileage warranty has been used - not their fault), we went back one last time. We were quoted three prices for various new tires - all the quotes were more than I had paid for the tires in the first place (what kind of warranty is that?) AND I was being told I had to pay for the installation etc even though it was not my fault I was having to have tires installed AGAIN. They agreed to split the install fee with me so I took off work for the appt. After an hour and a half standing at the counter trying to figure out the warranty, I was told the tires I wanted weren't in stock anymore and the next option was more than $180 more than I was originally quoted. If I wanted to "just come back tomorrow" they could get me "fixed up" with my more expensive tires that I shouldn't have been replacing in the first place. At this point I was DONE - the air conditioning hadn't been working in there for over a month, it was smoking hot, we'd been through multiple scenarios that never resulted in available tires, the service manager was kind, but I left and took my business elsewhere. The other company got me in the next day - the appointment time was more convenient, they had my tires in stock, their service was significantly faster than I was quoted by the Goodyear store (1.5hrs vs 3hrs), and I didn't spend a dime more. I won't be back and neither will my family members.

We bought 4 new tires here. They told us it was going to take 1 1/2. hours and it took 2 1/2 hours. The temperature was 93 degrees in the waiting area. They said the air was broken for 2 months. This is an awful place to buy tires!

A sign of a professional is one who corrects mistakes and makes the customer whole. I bought new tires and had problems with the installation and balancing. Jim the manager got involved: identified faulty manufactured tires -replaced them and I really like the tires. Jim's a professional and took care of business.

I'm only giving a three star because the guy who was working the front desk was really rude. But on the bright side I didn't get his name but there was another guy helped me air my tires he was really nice and helpful.Thank you again so much.

I will now only be bringing my vehicle here. The young man (Cody) who serviced my Hyundai Elantra did a wonderful job! I had oil change & fluid check for an upcoming cross country road trip. It took approximately 30 minutes in & out. Lobby was clean & they even have a little fridge with complimentary water bottles.

Like many of these places. Over billing it's very common. Instead of worrying about your car getting fixed, worry more about the bill. More than half of it isn't needed or wasn't even an issue in the first place.

This shop is great. My wife's alternator went out Saturday night as she was driving from Wisconsin to Arizona with 2 of our kids in the car. She was towed here. They had it tested, a replacement in and she was back in the road by noon Sunday, SUNDAY! You guys are the best. Absolute saviors. THANK YOU

If I could do less, I would. I bought my father in laws truck to them because it needed the fuel tank put up. When they did, they didn't look at the fuel pump connection , so they pushed it out of the garage called said it was done, but wouldn't start. Then charge me another $300 to lower the tank allitle bit too hook up the wire that was unhooked when they moved the tank in the first place.

Had an appt for 4pm for a single warrantee tire change and aligntment check. My wife dropped the car off on time, and I picked her up shortly after to kill some time. 1hr40min later the car hasn't moved. I walked in and asked why it hasn't moved, and just like that.... it gets on a stand in less than 2 minutes. 6:12pm the front desk says they're just finishing up, I asked if alignment check was done.. shocker... nope. This is my 3rd bad experience with Goodyear, they lost a customer for life. EDIT: they replaced the wrong tire

Amazing service! Cody was so helpful and their crew is very efficient and accommodating. We got a flat tire while traveling across the country and the team at the Topeka Good Year was able to get us back on the road quickly, even on a Sunday!

Hunter and Travis both extremely helpful. They helped resolve my issue and extremely helpful in making my next step plans based on my change in geographic lifestyle. More gravel requires a different tire and they helped me develop a plan to do this financially safe. Thank you guys!

Service here was fantastic. We brought in our car when a nail popped a tire and they were one of the few places open on a Sunday to help us out. They were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and nice (especially Cody who helped us through the entire ordeal). They serviced the car and got us back on the road very quickly. Can't recommend them enough.

Like other retail stores the bottom line is sales, but I was never pressured into something I did not want or need and I was informed that I could decline the alignment check.(Just for the record it is a good idea to have it checked if your tire wear is uneven.)I made an appointment and was very happy with the outcome. I recommend this store and it's staff.

Jim the manager was extremely helpful with the decision on which tire would be best for my college son s car. He also let me know of all the promotions that were available. We made the appointment for the next day & within a couple minutes he called me back & said they could actually fit me in before they closed on the same day!!!! His team worked together to get me in & out very quickly!! Thanks Team Jim!!!

Water pump went out on a Saturday afternoon. They open late so was able to get it fixed and back on road again within a few hrs. The water pump that was in there was a lifetime warranty from oreillys. They said they use their own parts so I couldn't replace with another oreilly part. I asked for the bad part back to try to get refund. When they gave me the old part it was in a duralast box which is autozone. They lied to me about using their own parts. Cost me $672 to replace water pump and flush system using "their" parts. Had to bite the dust and spend the $$ so could get back on the road. Makes you wonder if they jacked up price because I was out of state and had to get it done. They ok for an emergency but not for personal mechanic.

On Dec 2 around 5pm I experienced tire issues(blown tire) and was refered to them. I called and explained issue on not wanting to drive on spare tire back to burlington and they was able to get me in and get it fixed in good time. Thank you Travis and crew for all you did

Jim and his staff did a great job! Being from out of town and having a screw in my tire, Jim fixed it and had me on my way. I appreciate him and his team for their hospitality. For your service need I highly recommend coming to see Jim and his staff, they take care of their customers.

Amazing, fast, quality service. I got in and out on a Sunday afternoon even with it being an extensive repair. Joe did a great job and my car runs smooth and straight as an arrow again. I know he had to stay past 5 to finish and I appreciate the hard work to get the job done right. After taking my car to the dealer for recall repairs I ve had two inspections and both came back perfect , with the issues that led me to this visit I know that could not have been the case. I am thankful for the honest and quick service from knowledgeable mechanics to correct an issue that was missed by others and became a big problem real fast.

I raced the Unbound gravel event in Emporia and got stranded by an alternator failure 5 minutes into the drive home late on a Saturday evening. I was towed to Topeka in hopes of finding some help on a Sunday. Many places were closed or had no staff available for service appointments.The crew from Good Year was the exception. They diagnosed the issue, got the only available part for the fix in Topeka, and got my truck in for service the minute they opened on a Sunday. I was completely stranded 5.5hrs from home and I really appreciate the sense of urgency they had with helping me get back on the road.
