Came into the Goodyear store on Southwest Croix today to get a rear taillight replaced. The salesperson Justyn was very helpful and the Technician Joseph got my taillight fixed in less than 10 minutes. Highly recommend

Great visit. They have a baby changing station in the bathroom! Super friendly staff. Had my son with me and they put on cartoons for him to try to help him stay entertained while we waited! Had an alignment super fast and easy service

Lee H. and Justyn B. are amazing! I rolled in with a problem before hitting the highway. The problem that I thought needed air (tire sensor lit) was quickly diagnosed as flat, not holding air due to a busted back! They got me in and out with a new tire and TPMS in exactly 57 minutes. They turned what could have been a nightmare into a win. Highly recommend this location at White Lakes for any and all automotive needs.The technician Marc Abbott does excellent work!

Ordered Goodyear Duratrac tires online and set appointment to have them installed, all from their order site online. When I brought the Jeep in the desk guys were very friendly and were expecting me. They called me when it was done and even checked my alignment for free, which was fine.

An employee was bringing my truck around after getting new tires. Cut the turn too short and scraped the bed of my truck on the corner of the building. I was told an insurance claim would be made. After 5 days I contacted the insurance company which I found on the corporate website only to find out a claim hadn t been made. Once the claim was in everything was smooth. I would think after damaging someone s vehicle a follow up call or a discount on a future service would be offered. I called initially to speak to the general manager and was told he wasn t available but then heard whoever answered the phone ask if he wanted to talk to me. He did , but why would whoever answered the phone try to deceive me if he didn t want to take the call. Will never return to this center for service.

It was great only waited an hour for my tires. Justyn Becker was great guy.He told what I needed and he suggested that I needed a third tire. I didn t know I needed a he let me know. That I did for my safety. It felt like he really cared for me. I grabbed his business card just in case I need to to speak to him about my car care.

This is my favorite Good Year in Topeka. Everyone is so kind and helpful. I particularly love Lee. He goes above and beyond. They are reasonably priced and even have a military discount on services. It is also pretty easy to get an appointment. I trust them to work on my vehicle and have been going here since 2019.

I recently went in to get an alignment done on my car. Not only was I able to get in without an appointment, but we were in and out in under an hour. I had to bring the car back because it was still pulling to the right, but Brian got me in right away and fixed me up in under 30 minutes and didn't charge me any extra. First time here and I will definitely recommending others to this location!

This store and shop has an excellent customer service culture and personality, clearly the result of hiring the right people and training everyone in a very ethical way of communicating and dealing with things. I have had to go there three times recently for some tire problems that were most likely of my own making and each time I was dealt with respect, fairness, and a bit of humor splashed in. I totally trust this team and would think of them first with any mechanical needs.

They are very kind and efficient people. Replaced 4 tires in a very short time. They also helped me to figure out if the roadside hazard coverage includes Canada. I think they really did an excellent job in accommodating customers. Not only skillful but they are all very good communicators. Cheers.

I recently set up an appointment to get a set of tires on my vehicle, but upon arriving at the store, I was told that the online system has some issues with selling tires that the store does not have. The people at this store (Lee Hamlet and Mark Abbott) went above and beyond when faced with a situation outside their control. They found me a set of tires that were in stock and managed to get the price extremely close to the quoted price on a lesser set of tires. I came away with a great set of tires for only about $40.00 more than I had been quoted. Thank you so much for this great service!

Good and honest customer service is important. Today a Manager resolved my issue and James on the front desk really went out of his way and super friendly, that ensures I carry on coming back to get reliable work done on my cars

Worst tire place in topeka. One time they left my truck there all day and never got my tires and i made my appointment at 9am but they never got it done all day, they had to do it the next day. And if they do get you in it takes 4 hours to mount 4 tires. And another time I made an appointment and 2 weeks later they can't get the tires I ordered intime. This store is the worst. Don't even bother.

We got to Kansas from Dallas for a wedding and needed some tires to get home. These guys did us a solid. They took great care of us at a very reasonable rate. Thanks guys! You are life savers!

Fast easy oil change today. Good. Telling the clerk do not roll the window down, then coming back to a Truck with window now ripped off the track to place the window shut with tape. Bad... Thinking the customer is ignorant of the fact that window will now cost more to replace. Worse. Not owning to said fact and just playing dumb... Cant come back.

I had an amazing experience! I went in yesterday as I had been told by several other mechanic shops that I needed all new tires. They checked my tires out and stated that unless I wanted to waste money that a set of tires were not needed until the spring. I returned today and they performed a tire rotation and while doing this they determined that I needed new breaks. Not only did they make sure I got the lowest price, they were also super professional and extremely friendly! If you are looking for the friendliest most honest mechanics I have encountered look no further than Goodyear off of Croix and Topeka Blvd! If I could give more than 5 stars I definitely would!

I started out with this place mid last year and gave them a 5 star review. I drive an older vehicle and it does require some special attention.Since that time, my car has needed a variety of things to keep her maintained. I struggle with this location because, although everyone here is nice, their attention to detail is lacking. I brought my car here for an oil change and to have the belts looked at. I returned home to find that they broke the hook-latch to my hood and bumped out the light bulb for my right front headlight. I had to go buy a new collar and light myself.I was having some issues with some of the belts making a lot of noise. The mechanic stated that they were able to replace one of them and I was good to go. I left the place and sure enough, it started making noise again. I called them and explained what happened and all I got was, "Well, we can check it again if you can bring it back another day". They fail to realize that on my day off which is Saturday, that's the only time I have to bring my car in. I have spent more of my Saturdays there than needed.Fast forward to this year when my car has had continuous issues with shutting off on its own when in park/idle. I know that sometimes being a mechanic is a guessing game and it could be a variety of things. They ordered a fuel pump that turned out to be the wrong one and another had to be re-ordered. I asked that while they were checking the belts (one was making a loud noise, more so when you use defrost or A/C), that they would change the oil. The mechanic called me and told me that while they had my fuel pump out, he realized that the one he ordered had the wrong wiring so the correct one would have to be ordered. In the meantime he did clean my current fuel pump and turns out I didn't need a new belt; it was merely adjusted. I went to pick up my car and to my surprise, they didn't charge me since I still needed to return at a later date to replace my fuel pump with the correct one.I left and I realized that they didn't put a sticker on my windshield indicating that my oil had been changed. So, they didn't change my oil as I had a asked. I was running low on fuel so I decided to get gas. As I place the nozzle into the gas tank, all of a sudden, gasoline was spraying everywhere and all over under my car. I immediately called them. Yet again, I returned my car to them. Come to find out when they lowered my fuel pump, they neglected to properly put my fuel line hose clamp back on. I was livid and with reason. I know that S**T happens but this could have been disastrous.I am done with this place. My patience has reached it's limit.

I've used this Goodyear since 2005. It has excellent customer service and gets my cars serviced quickly. They run on time, give pertinent advice, and take good care of my cars. This is also the Goodyear I've used to buy my tires. I highly recommend this store!

Extremely helpful and professional. When my brakes seized up while I was driving, they were able to get it up in 30 minutes and had everything fixed in an hour. It seemed like they actually cared about me. This is my third time visiting them and I will be a loyal customer until I graduate college.

I typically change my own oil but due to my busy schedule at the time I decided to stop in and get it done. What I did not expect was to see was my fuel mileage drop. I recently changed my oil today just to see the same oil filter with the same serial number from the last time I changed my oil. This will be the last time I give them my business.

I am very happy that I found this place while passing through on the way back to Arizona. I had a tire going bad causing excessive vibration. They hooked me up with 4 new tires at a reasonable rate and had me back on the road in an hour. Great staff and outstanding customer service.

I have had to have a blower motor put in my car 6 times with in a year, 6! I just called and spoke with Terry who was said he didn't have time to look up my info on when I had my motor blower replaced last. Guess what I have to have it replaced again because they failed to diagnose the issue from the jump. I had water leaking in to my cabin and found out the other day that it was a drain issue causing the water to leak in to my car, and on the side of the blower motor. I had the main drain unclogged by another mechanic. Now water doesn't leak in my vehicle, the mechanic was pretty sure that the water leaking where the blower motor is, was causing the the other blower motors to go out. Guess, What I now need another blower motor put in my car because this place refused to research the issue from the first time I took my car in to get the blower motor replaced. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR TO THIS GOOD YEAR!!!!! They are so lazy and unwilling to go the extra mile. I even bought tires here, STUPID MISTAKE, I had 2 of my tires that picked up screws, when I called to have my tires patched up because it's free since i bought my tires there, they said it would be 2-3 days before they could get it in to take a look at it. So, I took it to Peerless, the same day and guess what, Peerless patched my tires up, I had to spend $30, $15 each tire to get it patched but the job got done the same day. All of those worthless pieces of shits all need to take a very long walk off of a very short peer. The store is worthless just like their service.

You use to get good service here, but nowadays you cannot get them to do anything. They don't seem to care, like overjoyed to turn you away. Always want to schedule appointment next day, tell you how they are booked up but then you look out in the shop and they have like three guys piddling around with no hustle at all. I end up having to take my vehicle to Kansas City to get any work done. There is an obvious difference between good and bad service and this is the bad service kind. With their poor attitude I'm afraid to trust my car with them. Frankly, I'm sick and tired of not getting good service here in Topeka Kansas.

I had a flat tire early morning Saturday September 28th. I took the tire to this location at about 11:00 a.m. and was told they were shorthanded and couldn't get to it that day until late. I told them no problem that I could wait until at least Sunday. I called Sunday morning at 9:30 a.m., 30 minutes after they open and was told that tire needed to be replaced and would be ready at approximately 1:00 p.m. I showed up at 1:30 and was told that they were shorthanded and would not be able to mount the tire on my truck. There was not one customer in the lobby. I paid $180 for my tire to be replaced and they can't mount it, this is horrible customer service. Marketing experts say happy customer will tell an average of 3 people and an unhappy customer will tell an average of 20. Believe me I am not done spreading the word about the horrible customer service of this location I will not be going back regardless of the brand is on my truck right now or any of my other three vehicles.

They lied to me about my brakes. They said I needed a complete rear brake overhaul. The fact was I only needed rotors pads and shoes. There was nothing wrong with my calipers. On top of this they wanted $750 to do the job. It took my friend 45 minutes. I will never have them work on my vehicle again.

I've taken my Vehicle in twice now and have received great service. They diagnosed and found the problems without too much hassle.Only complaint, they said they had shuttle service, and when it came time, the wait was about an hour.Service is friendly and the customer waiting area clean.

Came here a few months ago to get an alignment done. A couple of weeks after the inside of my left front tire was cambered to the point the inside of the tire was wearing a lot more than rest of the tire after a month it got down to the wire. Had to get new tires and a new alignment done... Same thing happened to my friend and he warned me but I didn't listen. Not happy with my service at Goodyear.

I scheduled an appointment to get a set of tires and an alignment. I called on a Monday, and the appointment was that Tuesday. They couldn't perform the alignment due to an alignment bolt being too corroded and seized. I replaced the part but then it took nearly a week for them to get me back in to do the alignment.
