I highly recommend Cycle Zone Powersports. I purchased a Bad Boy Mower this past weekend, and I have to say that the staff was amazing. At no point did I feel pressured to buy the mower, and they patiently answered all my questions. The financing process was super easy and painless. I want to say thank you to John House. He went above and beyond my expectations and I will be back because of his customer service. Again Thank you

Couldn't have bought a bike from a better place! I worked with Shayne for my first motorcycle purchase and he made it a great experience. I live 2.5 hours away and we did a lot of talking on the phone before coming out. He had answers to all my questions and was very professional to work with. He made this process very easy and stress-free. I would definitely recommend this business if you are looking for anything street, water, or dirt. They have a wonderful selection of fun toys. Shayne, thank you so much for your time, patience, and professionalism, you are an asset to your team and the world could use more people like you! Take care and thank you again!

I don't know how this place is still in business, when they close at 5pm and now closed on the weekends! Not to mention a pretty lousy service dept. When I went in to ask about getting a tube replaced, I was told it'd be 2 or 3 days of them having my bike before I'd get a call letting me know it was done. I ordered some tire spoons off Amazon, got them the next day and changed my tire and tube myself in 45 min.

I purchased a new Spyder RTL from Cycle Zone in early February. They have been excellent to work with. I had a couple of minor issues with the new machine and they had me in and out for repairs as scheduled. Thanks Aaron for your help.

A Little over a year ago we Purchased a new Yamaha waverunner from Shayne. He and everyone we interacted with were wonderful. We came from out of state because all our local dealers were playing games and raising prices calling them market adjustments during all the shortages. When we showed up the buying process was short and sweet. Good to know there are still business around that won t take every opportunity in every situation to make a few extra dollars.

I was just in the store to check on info about getting a bike only one employee said hi but then quickly moved on. The others just looked at me and ignored me. Very bad customer service. Or my skin is just the wrong color what ever it is this place needs better management.

Service department was friendly and got my older cycle back on the road for a fair price. Was told they were backlogged a few weeks...bike was in the shop for 45 days and ran much better afterwards

I am very thankful and pleased with Cyclezones customer service. I ultimately needed a new engine in my KTM 250 sx-f, Aron in the service department kept me informed every step of the way and also did very good communicating with KTM and instead of waiting until February because of back order on parts i have my bike back and am riding again. Thank you to everyone who worked on my bike and got it back quick, Cyclezone did a great job!

Just want to thank Aaron and staff for another wonderful experience!!! I bought another toy. A 2022 Sea-Doo GTI SE 170 IDF jet ski!!! Aaron was so helpful with guiding me and advising me to help select the perfect Jet Ski for my family.The customer service was first class from start to finish.Aaron went beyond my expectations (putting on my numbers and loading the Jet Ski.) Just another happy customer!!!

Let s talk about exceptional customer service. One thing a customer wants from the get go. As soon as you walk in the doors you get treated like family. Like you belong there. Went in to look around and found my dream bike. Thanks with the help from Jacob the new guy as he said he is but it didn t seem like it. The man knew his stuff helped out every step of the way. Helped me make the right choices and make sure they were safe. He even brought one of the service professionals to help out and load the bike up and spread some knowledge on how to take care of the bike Erik was his name I believe. Thank you guys for what you guys do!!

This business is operated as a first class business. Employees are courteous and efficient as well as being honest. They made me feel welcome at their place of business and answered all my questions efficiently. When I agreed to purchase an item from them they carried through to completion of the purchase effectively and quickly. I can t say enough good things about them I am impressed.Not only is their sales department exceptional but also their service department. The service manager quickly address the concerns I had for future service and scheduling. Dealership was clean well organized and a pleasant place to do business.

Went in close to closing time on a Saturday to look at their Bad Boy mower inventory. Their sales staff was super friendly, and even stayed late to make sure that I was as informed as possible, and didn t have any questions. I returned the following Saturday to make the purchase. The purchase experience was seamless, and extremely fast. They will definitely be my first stop in the future for any power sport, or equipment needs.

Thanks to the guys at Cycle Zone for replacing my damaged front tire when I was passing through Topeka at the end of a long road trip. Great that they had my tire size in stock. They got to my tire replacement quickly. I appreciate it.

I cannot express enough how positive my experience was with my first time at Cycle Zone. My son and I chose Cycle Zone, which is out of state and over 150 miles away from home over a local dealership about 10 miles away. Here s why...Aaron Fisher, Sales Manager established trust with me from the very beginning. He provided me with a quick and fair quote, which I found to be much more competitive than my local dealer. He was honest, responsive, knowledgeable, and motivated to earn my trust and business. Even when I expressed my concerns about the sale being too good to be true, he did not waiver from anything he put down on paper. I also very much appreciated his responsiveness to all of my questions through whatever means (text, phone, or email) necessary so I could quickly arrive at a decision. Aaron also had a great support staff and the store had a great vibe to it. I believe a family member from the ownership was present and he was very good about greeting me and my son when we entered the store. As a testament to their professionalism, I ll add that both gentlemen helping us load the bikes shook my hand before we left. I cannot say how important that is in business. If you re ever considering a purchase in Power Sports, I would look no further than Cycle Zone!

This is my first time buying a more of this size. The sales team was very informative and helping me to understand the size of mower I needed for the number of acres that I was mowing. I appreciated that he did not try to sell me more than what I needed. Also there Service department has impressed me with their knowledge and their fair pricing so far. I would highly recommend Powersports for your next purchase not only on the mower but all of the items that they sell!I have not had a chance to pick up my new mower yet and use it but if it s anything like my experience has been so far I m sure it s going to be great!

I went in to schedule an appointment to get my bike serviced and I was told that they were 3-4 weeks out and I asked if I could hold onto my bike and bring it in closer to the end of the 3-4 weeks. Now at the end of the 3-4 weeks I call to see when a good time was I was told we don t do lists and if you bring it in it will still be a couple weeks before it got done.

Highly recommend Cycle Zone!! I had a great experience buying my bike there and Aaron was excellent to work with. They made it absolutely worth the drive. I was also surprised by the amount of parts they had on the shelf... All the cool stuff you want to look at before buying.

I visited the store and walked in with 3 employees not acknowledging that my sister or I was even in the building. After my sister kept insisting to keep walking; finally Shayne was on the phone and immediately acknowledged our presence and offer assistance. But the taste was already in her mouth. It was obviously a known fact that the color of our skin was the main factor; but yet our money is the same color! This is the 21st century and racism still exists! WOW!!!!! Never judge a book by its cover!! We are members of a Female bike club, but we will never deal with this company!!!

We were shopping for a new lawn mower. The employees treated us very well and were very knowledgeable of the machines. They also will do annual maintenance which no other businesses offered. They even delivered. Great crew to work with.

My family has been working with Cycle Zone for 5 years now and have never had a dealer go out of their way for us as much as the folks here have. Parts are received timely, bike purchases are always a breeze, and the service dept goes above and beyond regularly. We would not accomplish as much as we have without the entire staff.
