Excellent customer service, Blaine was amazing! They gave me a fair price and got me in very quickly while I was on my road trip. I would definitely recommend this business to those who are traveling through Kansas and need their RV or a commercial tire. They were excellent!

I came here to have 4 new tires put on my camper. Unfortunately, my experience was a disaster. I called ahead and they said they had the tires I wanted in stock.I arrived and after approximately 2 hours the staff notified me that they had damged 2 of my wheels while removing the old tires.They were honest about the damage and the manager (Riley) let me know that he was willing to compensate me for the damage.I should be clear that the store manager was helpful. The problem was entirely with the owner.After an additional hour of waiting I was told that the owner (off site) had instructed them to stop working and to not complete the job. Eventually I spoke with the owner who told me that he was instructing his staff to stop working because he was "not in the buisness of losing money." I expressed my concern and displeasure about him refusing to complete the job and sending me back on the road with 2 new tires and 2 old tires.Austin told me that I should "find another solution."When I asked him what he suggested, he told me that he didn't know and I was "the one who had put them in this situation." What?!? His shop damaged my equipment and then refused to finish the job.The owner only agreed to complete the job and install the 2 other tires after I agreed to pay him almost $400 and accept that there would be damage to the other wheels as well. Otherwise, he told me that it was my problem and that he would not finish. I had already waited 3 hours at this point, had two tires off of my camper and was left without any feasible options.The owner was unwilling to compromise or work towards a solution. He repeatedly emphasized his desire to make money instead of trying to work with me towards a solution. Instead, I was met with a "not my problem" attitude and a refusal to complete the job.I left here after 4 hours, with 4 damged wheels, 4 new tires a nominal discount and significant displeasure. I suggest going elsewhere to avoid damage to your equipment, and an owner who is unwilling to help unless it benefits his pocketbook.To top it all off, they lost one of my lug nuts and replaced it with a different style without mentioning it....

Have a neighbor lady 97 years old. She had a flat tire on her car. I took it in to get it fixed. They fixed it put it back on the car at no charge since I was helping the 97-year-old neighbor good people to work with here been there before with my donut trucks.Service: TiresService: Tires

This company is the best in all of Kansas not just Topeka. I bent and cracked a rim on the interstate today, Blaine bent my wheel into place and we realized it was cracked as well. He dismounted it and gave me a ride to fannin fabrication shop in his personal vehicle. Then he called marquis back in to work after he was off for the day to help him remount it 33x13.50x26 this took so long that it was after hours when they finished and I was not charged anything extra. Nor did Blaine charge me anything for loading my wheel onto his personal vehicle and taking it to the fabrication shop and waiting for the wheel to be repaired!

I was driving through Kansas a few weeks ago on my way to Colorado from Lawrence. I had gotten new wheels earlier in the day and needed to get the lug nuts tightened after 100 miles. I looked up a place and found this one. Took a chance and stopped in on a late afternoon. The guy at the front desk helped me out right away (even though I didn t really know what I was talking about right away) and sent me to the shop. They took care of it right away and sent me on my way. Each one of the guys I encountered while there was very helpful and friendly.I would definitely recommend going here for any tire needs!

Ronnie and Amber were great. Very helpful and willing to work with me putting 8 tires on my class A RV. Ordered and received quickly and worked me right in to have them installed at a great price. I took my bucket truck named truck Norris there to get some brand new tires they found a few other things that needed they quoted me the price it was a great price we accepted the quote they did the work the same day commercial tire center is the place you ought to be

Great location, great staff, great service! I had a trailer tire blow and had to call several places before I found one with a 14 ply trailer tire. They had it in stock, got me in and out very quickly. Would definitely recommend!

I was visiting Topeka for the day when I had a flat tire at a restaurant close to this business. Two of their guys happened to be there and offered me help. Thanks to them I was able to feel confident driving the 100 miles back home. Excellent customer service, friendly staff, went above and beyond to help me.
