I had the best car hunting experience here! They really want to help you and get you in the best car that fits your situation! They accept low down payments! Shawn got me in a nice 2008 scion bx! He made it was really fast and easy process. The whole crew definitely acts professional, patient, and considerate 5 Stars for me for sure. I encourage anyone looking for a great deal on a car & working with a budget to definitely visit carhop!

With no money for down payment and a work in progress credit, I came in hoping to find a car. Shawn helped me out, he understood my situation and was able to work with what I had to be able to leave here with a start up car. I m happy to have at last more independence with my own car and with low payment too. Thank you Shawn and Car Hop or helping me.

I searched all day for a car, went through so many different avenue a COULD NOT GET APPROVED. I thought all was lost. Then I seen an ad for Carhop and decided why not! OMG!!! I can in hopeful and left happy. If you have credit issues just go in and try. My credit is not so great but they got me approved and I'm leaving in a car that I've wanted for awhile. Thanks Angela!!!

Jocelyn is absolutely amazing! We came in on 3/25/24 and it was absolutely chaos but she handled everything with grace, a smile, and a friendly demeanor! We traded in a 2013 Kia Rio for a 2016 Jeep Cherokee and I could not be happier!

This is the second time I ve gotten a car from carhop and Jocelyn Galeno was the hero this time to have me in a new vehicle the second round im very excited satisfied with the end result. I m truly grateful and appreciative of all her hard work she has done for me

Jocelyn was AMAZING. She worked incredibly hard, and even stayed an hour past closing time to ensure that I got to leave today, not just with an acceptable car, but with a car I can be PROUD to be driving. She was the only salesperson on site today, yet she still made time for me and did so with a smile on her face. So happy that I came here first. I would definitely recommend CarHop and specifically Jocelyn to anyone that needs a new car, but may have a bit of a bumpy credit history.

Edited review: we have not even had this vechicle less than 12 months.I would give a 0 rating if i could, the response from Carhop is the typical response we have been recieving. WE NEVER GOT ANY information on the vechicles mechanic stability or lack there of " Our vechicles are used" well if i bought new it would be covered under warranty wouldnt it? Of course they are used vechicles ita a used car lot so please stop talking in circles. YOU PRY ON LOW INCOME citizens with less than perfect credit. IF U buy here most likely you will pay 2x what the car is worth and it will have issues.My husband purchased a vehicle from them and with in a month it started using a lot of oil, Oil light and check engine light came on, we took it to Auto zone and it threw a code for thermostat that's itWe called and with out anyone even having it diagnosed was informed it was not covered under warranty and never told us where to go to have it looked at.We paid 13k for this junk with only 116k miles (estimated)We called again because it was getting worse and they finally told us to take it to Shorey automotive, because when u stopped the oil light would come on and smell of burnt out was present.Wish I could post pictures of the cost of the repairs it was $581.00, it would of cost 347.00 just to get out of the shop with out fixing it. Due to not being covered under warranty!Noone mentioned to us that if it wasn't covered we would have to pay.Issues-4x4 had some wiring issues and transfer case is leaking.was also not covered.Oil Crank Shaft sensor.Oil pressure sender or switch.4x4 is not covered under there warranty policy!!!( Then why sell 4x4 vehicles?)I was informed that this vehicle was not even inspected by any authorized mechanic, most likely they will say there mechanic looked it & nothing was wrong at the time of sale.BUYER BEWARE AND TAKE IT TO A MECHANIC BEFORE SIGNING!Do not take there word that it had a mechanical inspection!

Jocelyn was amazing! but the facility as a whole was very unprofessional and the moment I stepped in I felt unwanted. The manager gave me attitude and made me feel low for even needing help.

Sold a car out from under us to another customer after we were told we can test drive it test drove another car with major safety issues in the front and sold us another vehicle that the drive shaft is about to fall out amongst other issues for 22,000$ thier mechanics aren t actually making sure these vehicles are safe for people with kids

I m 100% happy with the way things was handled today! I went in there to get a vehicle and I may not have gotten what I wanted as far as a 3 row but I got a decent car. I m happy mainly about the customer service. Jocelyn was amazing super sweet and handled everything so professionally! I would hands down recommend her to anyone ! She was so sweet and the time and effort she put in on getting me a car I couldn t be more grateful! Thank you
