Wow! Great service! Recently bought a pre-owned Nissan and I am in love with it. Cute, zippy all the features I wanted plus some. Service Tech/ mechanics are finominal. I won't take my car any place else. These techs know their stuff! And not just knowledgeable about Nissan they know it all. I know I won't take my cars anyplace else! A++++

My experience here has been awful. I got my car towed to the top city Nissan dealership yesterday at 3. My tire was flat and they were either going to be able to patch it or replace the entire tire. I was told they were unable to finish my car that same day because the tech that was working on my car had to leave unexpectedly. One of the service guys I believe his name was ale told me they would work on my car first thing in the morning. I had told him that I was traveling and urgently needed my car ASAP. I arrive this morning around 8:45 hoping it would be done by 9:30. I go ask someone the status of my car at 9:30 and I was informed that they had forgotten about it would start on it asap. It is now 10:30 and they still have not finished my car. It s a flat tire that needs to be replaced with a new one. I don t understand how hard that can be. The communication between the desk people and the techs clearly is off. I needed to be headed to the airport by 11 and now I may miss my flight.Service: Tires

They changed the weight of my car oil without my permission and the owner said I signed to get an oil change, which changing the weight of the oil was NOT mentioned and is not the specified oil type per manufacturer recommendations. So PLEASE ASK what oil weight they use with your vehicle. The engine overheated and the head gasket ruptured (which is supposed to last AT LEAST 200k miles and my car is still under 100k.) The car then sucked coolant into the motor cylinders and did not the car would not start, right before a road trip. So I had to pay for a rental and the owner denied there was a correlation when I had to the experienced the SAME experience with Walmart putting the wrong oil weight in my last Honda. The service front desk lady is also condescending and rude. I will NEVER take my car there or recommend them again.

The service center at Capital City Nissan is staffed with the friendliest, most knowledgeable and helpful guys I've ever encountered inside a mechanic's bay. They took their time over the phone to listen to the issues with my car, fit me in at the last minute, and went above and beyond to save me a lot of cash, even when that meant a half hour spent on the phone with Nissan corporate on my behalf. This place has customer service and value down to an art. Refreshingly nice experience, from the automated text messages to the technicians to the shuttle driver to the cashier where the price was way lower than I expected. Surprise repairs are the worst but they made it a breeze. Thanks, crew!Services: Exhaust, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

Polo was my salesman today on my purchase of a Dodge van. Both he and Chris were outstanding in every way. I m very happy with the whole experience. Chris was patient and very thorough in all of his paper work and explanations. Highly recommend Chris and Polo @ Cap City Nissan.

Just bought my truck from here and I had some problems with my old finance company and they were patient and helped me come up with solutions on how to make everything work the easiest way they could find. I worked with Alfredo Barrios and he was great, kept in touch with me every step of the way! Would recommend anyone to go there and work with him.
