I bought a new vehicle today from them. I highly recommend them if customer service is important to you. Jake was my guy here. He treated me well. The vehicle even had my name on it as reserved when I pulled up. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Thanks Capitol City Nissan!! Thank you Jake!!

I was about to buy a vehicle from my dealer here in Lincoln, when by chance I came across the Capital City Nissan website. Lee was very friendly, professional and above all very attentive to my request. 2019 ford explorer limited with less than 53000 miles, free delivery to my home, in lincoln, nebraska. even my dealer is surprised at the price. Thanks also to Chris from sales for his assistance. I think I found a new dealer to purchase my cars. You are the best. I will definitely recommend my family, friends, and community.

We bought a used 2018 Honda CR-V recently. We got it home and 2 things became quickly apparent once I got it into my garage. First, the car was leaking oil. The inspection report stated the oil had been changed and was fine. I got it up on ramps and saw it was leaking from around the filter. Changed the oil and filter myself and that resolved it. I don t think this dealer changed the oil. Worse, they either didn t put it up on a rack and look at it or they did, saw the leak and chose to lie about its status. Even worse than that, under my garage lights, I could see the car has lots of hail damage dings, probably $2500-$5000 worth. I wasn t able to see it in the shadows at the dealership. Again, on the inspection report, there are no less than 3 lines that they could have used to accurately reflect this condition, but they were all marked green, good to go, no dings, no dents, body surface perfectly fine. Those are lies, plain and simple, and makes me think the inspection reports at this dealership, are nothing but templates, that are all marked green, without doing any actual inspections. I contacted the dealer the same day we got it home about both issues. They eventually had a service dept guy call asking only specifically about the oil leak. They never replied one word about the hail damage, no apology, no denial, no confirmation, no monetary offer to make amends, nothing. I m leaving this review to alert others not to trust this dealership, and certainly don t trust their phony inspection reports. I intend to pursue legal action and am still waiting to hear from this dealer about why they chose to lie on the inspection report. The report lists the technician who supposedly did the inspection as Matt Fisher and the responsible advisor as James Cook.

Alfredo was great, came in to look at my new frontier and he was very responsive and professional. Answered all my questions and was able to get me a fair trade on my 2018 Escape. Was able to walk out with a dream truck, and a reasonable payment that included 5 year road hazard and a 10 year bumper to bumper warranty. This is a great place to buy a car, not once did I feel pressured into anything.

This dealership made it so easy to buy my vehicle from them. Most everything was set up before I even pulled in to look at the vehicle. I didn t feel pressured. I didn t even feel like I was at a sales place, in the sense that they weren t pushy, just helpful. I am a straight to the point gal and was so pleased they accommodated me! Thank you Lee for finding the perfect vehicle for me. I knew exactly what I was looking for and found it here. My 2022 GMC Terrain even has extra options I wasn t expecting. Looking forward to many days ahead enjoying my new ride. Would definitely recommend them and next time I m in the market I ll contact them for sure!

My latest vehicle purchase has been my first experience with the Capital City Nissan team. After having issues with my last vehicle at a not so convenient time and being less than impressed with the dealership I was dealing with I decided it was time for something new. I found the car I wanted online and headed in. My daughter and I were greeted by Eugene. After telling him which car I wanted and finding out there was a transport on the way to take it to another dealership he made sure I was able to get a test drive and make my decision. After the test drive and paperwork with Eugene it was off to finish up the financial paperwork with Chris. I was offered extended warranties with no pressure to purchase which I appreciated even though I knew I was going to. Start to finish it was a easy, enjoyable process. Within the first 2 weeks I got a large screw in one of my tires that needed repaired. The service staff got me worked in on a busy day without an appointment. Everyone I have came in contact with at the dealership has been friendly and helpful, from the shuttle drivers up to the managers. They have made something as stressful as buying a new car into a relaxed experience.

I purchased a Nissan Murano from Capital City Nissan a few days ago and it was by far the easiest car buying experience I have ever had! Jake Carlson was very knowledgeable and helpful in finding what car would be the best fit for me. He guided me through the process from beginning to end and provided excellent customer service. The overall experience was absolutely wonderful! While it may be an overwhelming process to test drive, decide, then buy they made it so easy. The customer service is outstanding! It's a great atmosphere and you just feel welcome. Shout out to Randy Morehead, he was great to work with, I would recommend him to anyone! 10/10 recommend this whole process with Randy at Capital city! You won t be disappointed. I live an hour away and made the drive to buy here again.

We recently had a fantastic experience at Capital City Nissan in Topeka, Kansas. Travis, our salesman, was exceptionally knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help us find the perfect car. We purchased a 2015 Honda Civic, and Travis made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. The dealership's service and attention to detail exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend Capital City Nissan, especially with Travis as your go-to salesman, for a seamless car-buying experience. Five stars all the way!

The service team at Capital City Nissan is nothing short of exceptional. As I walked through the doors, I was greeted with a warm welcome that made me feel right at home. Having just moved back after years of working in Texas, I was taken care of as if I had been bringing my last three Nissans here for years. The team s customer service and attitude were nothing short of amazing, and it s no wonder that I ll be coming back for more than just service. I was very pleased with the service/experience I received at Capital City Nissan working with Eugene (sales) and James (finance). Eugene was very professional as well as knowledgeable when it came to discussing the specs and features of different cars we looked at and James made sure to explain the paperwork and overall process to me as this is my first time purchasing a vehicle.I highly recommend working with Eugene and/or James if you visit this dealership.

Thanks to Eugene, James & Tom my daughter was able to purchase her first car. Eugene & James were kind, patient, knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. Tom took the time to listen to my concerns and I left feeling confident that my daughter is in a safe, reliable vehicle for many years to come. James was especially helpful and considerate of my daughter s budget, he was able to get the terms and protection she needed without being pressured to exceed her budget.

The Service Lady was Amazing! I believe her name is Kaylee, she greeted me right away and said she would be right with me. She then pulled my name up on her appointment tablet for my oil change. I she asked if I would be waiting for my cat and I said yes. She said another service rep would be with me later but she actually finished up the entire visit with me. There were a couple things that my car needed done and she did go over those with me. I liked that she explained the 3 tire brands that she recommended and had printed out. She herself did fabulous-the only thing I may have liked better is if someone would have came and talked to me when they texted about the service my car needed. It just has you sign yes or no for work and the cost but I had no idea if there was time for all that while I was there and I really wasn t expecting to spend that kind of money at my oil change.service, so it catches one off guard. If a Service Rep would have came to me at the time saying Yes we can or cannot do today-here are some finance options for you rather than on a text and me reading through. Just my personal opinion but overall my service was 5 Stars!

I called Capital City Nissan and they had me a same day scheduled appointment within minutes ! Customer service was awesome I was in and out within an hour ! Only serviced what I asked and did a great job

I called to see if they could look at my brakes, thinking it would be a few days before they could get my work done. They got me in right then. They called me throughout the day to keep me informed on what they were doing every step of the way and I was able to get the work that day and was able to pick up my car with the repairs made and no noises. I was a very satisfied customer.

I always have my vehicle serviced here because I trust the advisors and the mechanics with my vehicle. I know that I'm in good hands when it comes to knowledge and experience. I'm treated with respect and they always tell me if future services are needed and when they are needed and they tell me up front before I even leave the property. Great buying experience with Lee and Chris. We jammed to Taylor Swift in the title office with Chris. Loads of fun. Great place to buy a car. Tony the general manager was very helpful as well.
