My angels brought me here. On a relocation from Tampa to aurora Colorado I lost use of my brakes. Made to their shop, they got me in immediately and had me back on the road 2 hours later. I can't thank them enough.

Adam is awesome. He fought tooth and nail with my warranty company for an engine replacement on my Kia soul. He is always friendly, even under the frustrations he's gone through with myself, warranty company, and my dealership. Him and his crew got the job done as fast as they could. 10/10 will recommend this car shop to anyone.

I almost never leave reviews for anything on any site, but feel I must do so here to respond to a grave injustice. Cherry Kelly's review is either mistakenly talking about some other shop or is totally bogus, malicious, and unconscionable. Her review doesn't even come close to describing this shop, the people, and their work ethic. I have never EVER seen them behave any where near like she described. We have taken all of our vehicles to them for many years and will continue to do so. They have always done excellent work on our several vehicles, explained clearly the work that needs to be done (or not done) and treated us in a very professional and kind way. They have often gone out of their way to accommodate any scheduling challenges we had and have personally given us courtesy rides even though they are a small shop with no dedicated courtesy driver.I have always found their quality of work to be top-notch, their prices very reasonable, and their people experienced and knowledgeable. They have frequently saved me significant money by explaining how work that I was anticipating was really not needed and the real issue was something much simpler. They have never tried to get me to do unnecessary work like some shops do.I also have the highest respect for their honesty and how they treat their customers.

David the service advisor and then Craig the mechanic who worked on my car did a incredible job both in their own ways. More then happy with the work that was done and how they were able to comb through everything to make sure the right pieces got taken care of. Will definitely be returning my business to them.

Chris at California Auto is honest, friendly and does fabulous work. The rates they charge are reasonable, and they don't do unnecessary work. They are always up front about what they are doing and what they charge.

Awful, terrible customer service and price gauging crooks!!! Do NOT let these guys touch your car!!! Last week the person on the phone sounded concerned but couldn't get me into an appointment for 3 days. Lucky I know a few things about cars and it's not hard to determine when an alternator goes bad. I used that 3 days to have the alternator tested (free at autozone) and also to check a few other shops.When I got here for my 8 am appointment, a snotty kid, who isn't a mechanic, is in charge of giving over priced estimates at the counter, AND they weren't ready for me.The kid told me it would take about an hour and a half too get an estimate together... ... ??? I had not had this happen at the other shops, so I was concerned and hurried straight back after dropping off the kids.Good thing I came back a little early too! Because, when I arrived, I stopped some old man, (who couldn't see), from tinkering under the hood, with tools on the OPPOSITE side of my alternator!! I was nice and asked him what he was doing, but the manager came out PRACTICALLY RUINING toward me and was extremely rude about me approaching my own car. Said he'd meet me inside and felt very shady. He definitely did NOT want me seeing what was happening with my vehicle. He looked back twice to see that I was keeping my eye on the car, and finally told the old man to close the hood. When I went around to talk to him(mgr) in the office, (per his request), he actually did NOT bother to go into the office himself and sent the kid again!The kid STILL had not called the part store for the alternator ($135 part) and finally came up with a $765 "estimate". They also wanted to charge me $100 for diagnostic service to be sure it was the alternator.When I asked the shop manager if he knew his guy was quoting over twice the price of other shops.. He just looked into his coffee mug and In what I would call a "TPS Report" voice, he said: "Yeah... You'll probably just want to go there then...". And he turned his back on me, walked his lazy ass back over to his sandwich and continued his breakfast. The "good" reviews on here are from a personal relations over a year ago and from a fake account. Nasty Nasty things going on in that shop. Steer clear of this one folks!

Just went to get a pack of cigs for my husband so it was fine. Locations for was closed to go inside, like it should have been so we did everything through the window.

I went in for an oil change! Within 2 days my car is sitting on the side of the road with no oil!! I called an them they took the car in and now it s holding oil something doesn t match up! Don t go here!
