Without a doubt, Briggs Subaru, has given me the best car buying experience I've ever had. They were straightforward, up front, and gave me a fair value for my trade. Heck, the price of my 21 Forester Touring was excellent out of the gate.Julissa was the best Salesperson anyone could ever ask for. Mick, Shawn and the rest of the staff have been super helpful through the entire process. They even let me test drive my Forester, in snow and ice, in sub zero temperatures.They answered every question I had, and actually listened to my concerns. I traded in a motorcycle of all things, and they actually offered me a decent trade price. It wasn t just numbers on paper showing a good trade, it was the real deal. As long as I live in or around Topeka, the folks at Briggs Subaru have earned my loyalty.

I bought a 2020 Hyundai, I won't go into the issue I had so no one can take advantage of them. They went above and beyond to work and resolved the issue. Charles was great, along with Mickey. I will definitely return again to get my next vehicle.

My wait was completely reasonable. Everything was discussed and quoted before the work. We added a couple of extra things, but still didn t take long. My price was better than I expected. Just performing maintenance today. Great experience. Thank you Briggs Subaru!

I found the car I had been looking for after about a year and a half, online at Briggs Subaru. Being from the Chicago area, I wasn't sure how responsive they would be to my interest, given that the car was not a high-dollar new car, but a specialty niche used car, and my distance from the dealership. My concern was immediately put to rest. The folks at Briggs immediately returned my text with a phone call, offered a price that required no haggling at all, accepted my down payment over the phone, and made arrangements with my timeline to fly down and pick up the car. What a great experience with a very accommodating dealership. I felt welcome when I got to the dealer to pick up the car, and the ride back home to Indiana was flawless. I can't say enough about the customer awareness of Briggs. Thank you so very much. Love my new car!!

Always great service. However must have all new sales agents that was listening to loud music even though there was older folks in the waiting area and a couple that was buying a car. Nothing against loud music but there is a time and place for it not in a business.

My husband Don and I had a great experience with Briggs, and our salesman Charlie Brown. They has the car we wanted at a reasonable price. Our situation had certain challenges and complications. Charlie and team worked very hard to make everything work according to our needs as well as being friendly helping us pass the time as they worked through everything for us. We were very happy with their service and highly recommend them.

My experience at Briggs Subaru was great. I'm searching for a car for my son. I was helped by sales attendant Charles Brown and his manager Mickey Lockhart he was very attentive to my needs and answered any questions I had, and I had a lot of questions. I was not able to purchase a vehicle today, but I will definitely be back when we are ready.

Julisa was wonderful and very patient with me purchasing a new Subaru. I definitely had some tech issues and she really had gone the extra mile to make sure I was happy.Buying the car new, financing was available at 2.9%. Everyone was patient as I had LifeLock on my credit report, and it had taken some time to unlock it. The entire staff was great.

Had our first oil change and rotation of tires. Also told them about the hood jumping when you meet a semi on a two lane highway. The oil change and rotation was done timely. Apparently they took the car out and said that the hood operates normally so no repairs were made.I have asked other Subaru owners about their hood jumping and they have all said it doesn't. Is that problem only with the Ascents?

Very disappointed. I have been experiencing multiple battery failures, 2 new batteries in less than a yr. The dealer told me there is nothing wrong other than I need to drive it more. A dead battery can happen overnight after driving 200 miles. I drive this car no differently than the cars owned in the past. Not Subaru! Since then talking to other Outback owners and research, I find this is a known issue and dealers choose to not fix and give excuses! Subaru and this dealer will not be recommended by me if this is how business is handled. A male customer I spoke to was repaired and a new battery installed for no charge. Very unhappy.

Tyler was awesome!Hw explained what had been done. He explained what should be done for the next oil change.I liked that he prepared me that the next visit will be more we expensive.I do not like $$ money surprises.So, it is good that I have an idea of what needs to be done.He did not rush thru his explanations--which I really appreciate.I did not expect the car to be washed and polished.Wish I knew what polish you use as the car looked terrific!!!Thanks Briggs Subaru; you truly are the best!!!!

I went to Briggs to buy a Subaru Crosstrek and I had quite the experience. First of all, on my test drive the salesperson took me through a toll. Then he wasn't able to answer a lot of the questions I had- multiple red flags were rising yet I ignored them. I went through the process and bought the car- and it was all okay for about two days. After that, I received a daily phone call from my salesperson, Joseph Anderson, for a week straight. He was leaving me voicemails inviting me to just 'chat' about my purchase. He was already being creepy with me throughout the process of purchasing my car, so this just made it worse. A week from when I bought the car, I wake up to a Facebook request from my salesperson- as a young woman that was even more creepy. I looked at his profile to clarify it was the same salesperson, and saw a photo of me in front of my car on his PERSONAL Facebook page- extremely unprofessional. I consented to taking the photo (because some other salesperson hounded me into it) but I explicitly said I didn't want it posted anywhere. The next day, I called Briggs and told them to make him stop calling me and to take the photo down from his personal Facebook page- they said they would talk to him.It has now been a month since I bought my car, and the photo is still on his PERSONAL Facebook page but the phone calls stopped. BUT there's more, I just got a letter in the mail saying my loan application to Fifth Third Bank was denied because I haven't had a credit card long enough.I NEVER APPLIED FOR THAT LOAN!!I had showed them I was pre-approved through Chase, and clarified multiple times I only wanted them to run my credit through Chase but they still ran my credit through another bank WITHOUT MY PERMISSION!Avoid Briggs Subaru at ALL COSTS!***UPDATE*** They called me again once they saw my review- leave me alone please
