I had such a great car buying experience at Briggs Subaru. Our salesman Ronnie was great and had the car ready for us when we arrived . The sales manager was so friendly and helpful through the whole process. The finance manager Shawn was very knowledgeable . Everyone was professional and made the whole experience great . I m sending my sister here to look at a new Subaru . I d highly recommend going to Briggs for your next used or new car .

Courteous, thorough, quick , efficient, and professional! They went beyond the required to service my car when I needed my car. I dropped the car off, a shuttle took me home because I am a caregiver, they called me promptly when it was finished and arranged a time convenient for me for them to pick me up and get my car. The driver was courteous and pleasant as well as a good driver. Thank you guys to all involved.

Without a doubt, Briggs Subaru, has given me the best car buying experience I've ever had. They were straightforward, up front, and gave me a fair value for my trade. Heck, the price of my 21 Forester Touring was excellent out of the gate.Julissa was the best Salesperson anyone could ever ask for. Mick, Shawn and the rest of the staff have been super helpful through the entire process. They even let me test drive my Forester, in snow and ice, in sub zero temperatures.They answered every question I had, and actually listened to my concerns. I traded in a motorcycle of all things, and they actually offered me a decent trade price. It wasn t just numbers on paper showing a good trade, it was the real deal. As long as I live in or around Topeka, the folks at Briggs Subaru have earned my loyalty.

We were broke down in a gas station in Topeka,Kansas and had our 2022 RAM flatbed towed to Briggs Chrysler Dodge dealership. Be for towed there we called the dealership and asked for the service department. David answered the line and talked to us and the tow truck driver about trying different options on how to get the truck running. He was as helpful a person you would ever want to talk to. We tried what he asked us to try but it just wouldn t start. He the asked the tow truck driver to bring it into the dealership and he would get a mechanic to take a look at it. So we took it there and met David (who had a smile on his face) and he proceeded to start the ball rolling towards getting us back on the road. Joe the mechanic was assigned the task of figuring out what was wrong. He started working on it right away and found out it was not a simple fix. He made agreements to have us transported to a motel because the truck would have to kept overnight and be worked on again the next morning. At 10:30 am we received a call from David and he told us that Joe had found the problem and fixed it and the truck was ready for pickup. We can say is we could not have had better service than the expert customer care we received from Dave and Joe. Outstanding service and with a SMILE. When a bad situation turns into a pleasant experience, it s called Expert Customer Service. Great dealership and great people work there.

One of the easiest car buying experiences I ve had in a very long time. Anthony is a one of a kind sales manager, Aiden went above and beyond as a salesman, and Travis was phenomenal on the paperwork side of things. Took us no time to purchase this vehicle. They gave us what we wanted on our trade and they came down to where we needed to be on the vehicle we wanted. Seamless transaction!!! I would definitely recommend Briggs!

I took my truck to have some codes checked. They charged $160 just to plug into the port!! I agreed to have a new brake controller installed at a cost of $868. I also had a recall for the exhaust system. I chose not to have the upgrade installed in my truck. After the brake controller was done they said the updating of the exhaust had already been installed. I am not pleased. There was storms coming in the evening and asked to have the truck put in a building to eliminate hail damage. When I picked the truck up it was filthy. Rain spots on a bunch of dust. They could have washed the truck.

I have been dealing with Briggs since 2009 and for the most part been very satisfied with their service and company. If I had concerns they would listen. I did once have to shake their tree while working on a vehicle purchase, but in the long run we worked it out. I would recommend them to others.

Dale was out salesman and he was absolutely great. Really nice guy. Travis was awesome with the finance side of things. It was an overall awesome experience. I definitely recommend Briggs to anyone looking for a vehicle.

My grandmother and I were window shopping at several dealerships today and ending up finding the perfect vehicle for her at Briggs in Topeka. What made it even greater was the experience we had with Michael, Anthony and Travis. Only went back to get free oil change. Will not ever go back. Something always happens to my trucks when there. Oil all over motor and hood 1st time, then 2nd time didn't tighten drain plug leaking oil all over and lost pressure. This time chipped paint drivers door and Mgr said no way that could happen here you sure wasn't there? Brand new truck and yeah I would've known 2 obvious chips by driver door handle. John Ard left to go to Ford so I won't ever come back to briggs ever! And finger print trying to wipe area so they knew it happened. Find another place for service.

Dale and Travis were amazing helping us get into a new car. Our old car suddenly stopped working on very short notice, and they were able to get us into our new car the same day we went in and worked with our budget fantastically. Would 100% recommend them!

Had to continously call back for status of completion. Would call through your phone tree, couldn't get a hold of service. Then requested a call back and asked to leave detailed status if I was unable to answer. Message left was constantly vague and no help. Was paying for a rental in the meantime trying to manage the timeline on my end. Has to call back about 10 times to track progress. In addition, the part wasn't covered on my extended warranty and feel that a brake shield should be checked when I am having my regular service on my truck at the Dodge facility. The tech decided to tell the warranty place it wasn't mechanical. The part is bolted to the braking system. Overall dissatisfied.

Had an appointment scheduled for 10 AM this morning for an oil change and tire rotation. Scheduled this last Wednesday. Arrived before 10 this morning with the vehicle, which is one of my employers fleet vehicles. Upon arrival while being checked in, I was asked when I needed it done by. I stated by 4 PM. At 2:30 I called the facility as I had not heard from them. They stated then that it hadn't been serviced yet. I reiterated that I had said I needed it back by 4. They said they would get it done. Rolled in at 10 to 4 to find it had not been touched yet. I inquired why and was given the excuse that too many drive ins had came in today. Reminded then I had scheduled the appointment several days ago. Finally just asked for the keys and left. Briggs won't see me, any of our fleet vehicles, or any vehicle I'm associated with ever again. Do better for the next guy please!

They work hard to get you into a vehicle. But, our particular salesman, as nice as he is, is not good at after sales. I call him to verify things and he never calls me back. I end up going in person to get issues resolved. We have always ended up with Briggs for our cars though and recommend 100%, could work on afterwards etiquette though.

Briggs Dodge, Brian Cox got me scheduled right in. I ve used only Briggs Dodge for all routine maintenance since I purchased my van new from there. Brian is courteous, completed the 24 Points maintenance, answered my questions. I ll return to there again and I recommend their Service Dept.The only reason I didn t give a full 5 stars this time was because their vacuum wasn t working so they did not vacuum the floors this time. I was accustomed to that and I prepared my vehicle prior by taking items out of their way. Otherwise I was quite satisfied with this oil change/24 Point inspection - it s a great deal to pre-pay for this package; they replaced my battery and air filter as part of the pre-paid package. I ve consistently bought that package for years.

Paul Simmons and Kevin Hall worked hard on my behalf to rectify and repair a major problem that I encountered with the interior door panels on my 2019 Dodge Charger. They deserve to be recognized and honored for their integrity and willingness to do the right thing when they negotiated a solution to the problem. I am very grateful for the two of them for listening, and caring enough to actively fix a horrible situation for me.

Very non emotional experience, we had a short conversation over the phone. Drove two hours to Topeka. Everything was as described. Two hours start to finish and we were on our way home.Highly recommend giving the team a try.

Came in today to trade in a vehicle previously purchased at this same dealership. Today's purchase is the third vehicle we have bought from the dealership. They have always treated us right and worked to get within what we could afford. I did not feel pressured to get something beyond my means. In fact, they tried to make something work with a vehicle that was out of my price range. Ultimately they couldn't make it work but they tried really hard to make it work. Once the vehicle I just bought is ready to be traded in, I will come back here to purchase a 4th vehicle from them.

It was fun working there, except bad customers.My car was stolen, and decided to buy from here. With average credit and a cosigner, was signed up under a nearly 20% interest rate. Given a warranty after I said to not include one. Seems pretty predatory on someones unfortunate circumstanceThis was years ago, now that I'm nearing the end of my term of the loan I figure id comment. I think the salesperson name was Andy. Never would but from here again

To those who enjoy buying a really good vehicle and need a trustworthy sales associate to work with you, I recommend Dale. He will truly work with you and do his best to get the best deal possible for what you are looking for. Guaranteed!!! I bought a Honda Civic from him and it has turned out great so far.Now, when it comes to those who are wanting to know the flip side to finances; never let the finance person, play with you. And when i say that, it means never sign anything until you look at the paperwork and ask questions. Banks today will try and get you to buy their insurance or make you sign something that will allow more coverage for your vehicle. What you don't know is that your payment will be much higher if you don't look over the paperwork. And that goes for any place you are buying a new or used vehicle. If you do not look over the paperwork carefully, you will notice paying more money then what you agreed on. Communicate with them and they'll work with you

It was one of the best experiences I ve had with a major purchase. The odds were against me in being upside down on my trade in. I was in and out of there 3 different days as I watched these guys work as a team to get me in the car I really wanted but couldn t afford on original terms. These guys never wavered in their enthusiasm, friendliness, and dedication even when at one point the deal appeared to be over. Every single employee in there engaged with me at some point even the team clocking out from the service center. Even if I had not gotten a car today, I would have recommended anyone to go see the guys over at Briggs Dodge, if a deal can possibly be done this is where I would go. Thank you everyone!

Truck had same problem 10/20/23 no crank, no start problem was intermittent and was at the dealership for other warranty work and they stated starter checked out fine, paid deductible for lifetime wrap warranty for heater core replacement and oil dip stick leaking. Fast forward 3 months, truck left me stranded in parking lot, this time truck was towed into dealership, starter had internal failure and replaced with another warranty deductible. Kinda feel that deductible should have been waived since it was ignored in October visit.

They honored the warranty on my car, checked it and shuttled me to and from work. The engine is shifting gears more smoothly and just feels better in general. So, whatever they did, I m very pleased. I ll bring my business to them if at all possible in the future.
