Binswanger is my go-to for window and glass parts. They usually have the material on hand to aid in repair work. A couple weeks ago a shower door a customer ordered arrived that didn't have all the gaskets needed. I knew Binswanger had my back, called them up, they knew exactly what I was talking about and had the part ready to go without any delay. Great supplier and they also do service work (shower doors, window repair, etc) if you need anything done.

This place is top notch. We needed a small piece of glass cut for an end table. Holly and Kelly were super nice and Holly got the job done quickly. We are from Texas, but if we lived close, they would definitely be the business we would contact. Would highly recommend!!! Thank you both again for such great service!!!

Had a great experience. Holly was great and was able to get me on the schedule and seen the same day, even though I had messed up locations and ended up needing the mobile service. Appreciated that so much. Mike the tech for the mobile service was super nice and quick with my repair. Had a decent sized chip in my window and can barely see where it was. Would highly recommend.Service: Window repair

Referred by a previous customer that had amazing work done, I showed up as a walk-in to get my rear view mirror glued back on. From beginning to end, I experienced the best customer service I ve ever encountered before. The team at Binswanger Glass was amazing. Not only were they friendly and helped me laugh during a tough moment (car vandalized), they were super fast and so efficient. I very much appreciate the small town feel they exude at their business. I will certainly use them in the future and I highly recommend them for your glass needs.

I'm only giving one star because you have to add one to leave a review. What an awful experience. They said they could put in a windshield, on a time limit. Put in a broken windshield, pulled fabric back on the interior, left black marks all over the fabric.The WHOLE thing was chaotic, mishandled, and unprofessional. We had to leave town, which was the time constraint, so there wasn't much more we could do, especially considering how they already handled it.Later, calling to talk to a supervisor, he escalated the whole situation to the point I was FURIOUS, and yelled to speak to his supervisor.Absolutely unprofessional. Would NEVER go back.

I ordered a piece of tempered glass Sept 30th from this place, paid for half of it to get it ordered and they never did. They took half of the money for the window and claim to now have no record of it but can give me the dimensions of the piece of glass i ordered. I have called this place several times and keep getting the run around, tried telling me I didn t make a payment towards it and never ordered the window. Now they want to count their drawer to see if they had an overage. It was a month ago, what kind of business doesn t balance their sales at the end of the day. Now I m out my money and my window still hasn t been ordered.I have never written a negative review about any company until today. This the most unprofessional company I ve ever dealt with in my life who are just robbing the customers who pay in cash then noting they never received payment.

They cut a custom mirror size for me on time and at a great price. I would definitely use them again. Holly was super nice through the whole process

Binswanger's customer service was beyond amazing! I needed my smashed windshield to be replaced quickly, as I couldn't go an entire weekend without my vehicle. Holly squeezed me in for the very next morning when I called at the end of the day. If that weren't wonderful enough, I was out of town until after closing time due to a funeral. Holly gave me her cell number, and she told me to just give her a call when I was ready to pick up my car. After having a horrible week, having someone like Holly go above and beyond for me was heartwarming. I would recommend Binswanger to anyone simply because of her willingness to go out of her way to be so kind and helpful. If I ever need glass work done again, Binswanger will get my business because of Ms. Holly!Service: Glass installation

I needed a piece of glass installed in my basement bathroom. They got over to my house and measured it and then had it installed all in the same week! Tim was wonderful and the price was very affordable! They did an amazing job! I highly recommend Binswanger!

Just got my new Honda's windshield done today 5/10/18. I called them to get in over a week ago and had to make 3 more calls to them to find out when my new windshield would be in (had to be ordered from Honda). I had to pay for it at 4:45 before they closed then go pick up my husband so we could drive it home. It was after 5pm when we picked it up so their business was closed. I was getting ready to drive my car away when I got a sharp pain in the back of my leg. Sure enough, there was a shard of glass left in my driver's seat and had left a nice scratch on the back of my thigh. My car is relatively new (only has about 2,000 miles on it) and has leather seats. I tried to thoroughly look at my seats when I got home to see if it damaged the seats, but had to take care of my family so wasn't able to spend a lot of time looking. From what I saw they looked okay, but there's what looks like dried glue in a line about 2 inches long on my driver's seat. My husband is going to look the car over more thoroughly in the morning. I can say without any hesitation that we will not be referring anyone to them in the future and they will not be getting any of our future business.

Have had a windshield replaced in my old truck and a BB hole shot in my new truck fixed here. Professional attitudes and excellent work. Plus, less expensive than other companies I compared prices with.

I was very pleased with Travis and how well of a job he did putting my new windshield in my 2006 F-150. Didn't take long and he had a great attitude and a great sense of humor.

They did an outstanding job replacing two windshields with OEM glass, and repairing a third. I could not get the glass cheaper than they had it for. They came to my home shop, and were absolute perfectionists about my vehicles. I will use them for all glass work in the future. Do not be fooled by cheap prices at places like Safelite, they will do shoddy work, and install flawed Chinese made glass. Pay a tiny bit extra and get quality work and parts from Binswanger.

Nobody in this place has a clue what s going on. Two guys took two trips to look at window and determine if they could repair, they take window frame and parts and disappear. They say 3-4 days they should have the glass and be back out. It s been a month, window still not repaired, and no calls, nobody came back out and everytime l call for any info l get someone more clueless than the previous person. The manager Jason and l use that term very loosely is the worst and everytime l would get him on the phone it would be a different lie or some miscommunication. Take your glass anywhere else for much better service.

I use Binswanger Glass for all of our glass needs at the car dealership i work for. They are outstanding at what they do, very honest. We had 2 instances last week where the sealer got on an interior and a scratch on a fender occured during the process. Not a bad thing by any means. They were honest on both occasions. They let us know immediatly and were fully cooperative in getting the vehicle taken care of for our customers. Accidents happen we are all human. They are here on site for about 10-15 jobs per week and these were the only 2 accidents that i know of but when they come forward immediatly and let us know that is as top notch as you can be. These guys are great know us by name and we know them by name when they show up. I will refer them to anyone who has any glass needs.

I placed an order July 19th my appointment was for Tuesday the 23rd. Monday the 22nd at 5:04pm they called and said they did not have my glass for the next day. They had to order my glass and it would be 5 to 7 days. So i waited and called July 29th.... The first time the lady said well I did not place the order so let me ask the lady that did we will call you back. I called back 5 hours later got another lady and she said the same thing. I got a call Aug 5th that my glass was in. Today Aug 20th the company just randomly shows up at my house! No appointment, I haven't spoken with anyone since July 29th the day I switched to Safe-lite since no one could give me an update on when they would be out to fix my car. Mind you my car window had a hole in it and my car couldn't be drove. MOST UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY AT LEAST CALL AND UPDATE YOUR CLIENTS AND DO NOT SHOW UP AT THEIR HOUSE WITH NO APPOINTMENT MADE ALMOST 5 WEEKS LATER.

Good for insurance rock chips. Don't try to get an estimate to have an Rv windshield reset. They are really not interested. All labor. No glass profit. A little full of themselves thinking they are the only place in town that can. Will not go there again for anything if I can help it.

We took a window from our camper in for repair and were told upfront that the service would include replacing the dry rotted weather stripping. However, new glass was installed back into the frame with the original weather stripping, now with more cracks and chunks missing.

FANTASTIC!!I took an RV window in for repair (frame was bent - wouldn't slide open). They repaired it PROMPTLY and also priced a replacement for me. Service was above and beyond my expectation.

I would not recommend them. I didn't get my items when promised, no apology just excuses about employees not being there. My items where chipped & dirty, also glue was coming out the front of a frame. Mirrors & glass were not cleaned before given to me. I don't feel they take pride in their work. I wont be back.

I use Binswanger Glass all the time with my work, and they are always very helpful and professional. There is no other company in Topeka I would recommend for glass work over Binswanger. Great people and quality work!

PROVIDED A ESTIMATE TO INSURANCE COMPANY WITH WINDOW TAPED and stated that the seal was dried out around the completely taped window. CLAIM DENIED.Can you believe that a company would go out of there way to avoid providing a service...AVOID this company completely oblivious.

Tried calling four times once a week with.no response. Trying to purchase three windows but they don't respond. I have talked to people there and they always say that someone will call back. Fat chance. Never happens.
