Phil and Mark were very helpful and there were plenty of vehicles for me to test drive. I found the one I wanted and everything went very smoothly. I highly recommend Big Phil's. It's a little dirty right now, but love it.

I would say horrible service but someone has to actually talk to you to get any service. On Monday I filled out there form to schedule a test drive. I put mine for Thursday at lunch as that was when I was available. I received no confirmation email or anything. On Tuesday I send an email through their website to check and still heard nothing. Wednesday I called them to confirm. I was told no scheduling was needed (then why have that as an option on the website). I was also told to just show up and someone will take care of me. Well since they have a secondary lot now on California street I asked where the car was because I had seen it before on the secondary lot. They said it was probably there. To be sure on my way into work I drove by it and it was there. At my lunch break I drove to the lot and looked over the car but no one came out to help me or talk to me. There is only so many times that I can look over a car before I need to see the inside and drive it to know if I want to buy it. Since no one came out I just left and have written off having a chance to buy the car I was looking at. Clearly they don't care about selling cars so don't worry about coming here to buy one.

Outstanding crew. Got my momma into a sweet little ride, took care of minor issues like she was a priority, and even did some quick high quality work on my truck. Serious focus on service makes these guys shine brighter than their competitors.

Big Phil's Auto Plaza is an honest car dealership. The service department at Big Phil's is highly skilled, professional, and cares about the customer's needs. I live over 30 miles away from Big Phil's Auto Plaza, but I will continue to drive the distance because the dealership and service dept treat me like a human being, and not like just another dollar.

My experience has definitely been interesting. After a heartbreaking hit and run I was forced to look for a new vehicle. I did get a great deal on a nice used vehicle. I was leary at first about my purchase but Danny, in the Service Department earned each of my 5 stars for my review! He did just what he said he would do. That's rare in the used car area. I am now excited about my vehicle and relieved over my purchase. Thank you so much for not labeling me the "Crazy Lady with a noise" and actually listening to me. That means a lot and shows the honesty the company reflects.If you want a good deal on a nice used car, give Big Phil's a chance to show what they have to offer. It's worth it!

If I could rate it higher, I definitely would. These guys are outstanding the whole experience of buying a car was stress free and actually kinda fun. They re helpful, they actually care, and the atmosphere is super friendly. They have a warranty of 1000 miles, I had a little bit of trouble at first but had a big trip coming up that would put it well over the miles covered by warranty. They still covered it even though it wasn t an easy fix and it technically wasn t covered under the warranty anymore. 10/10 would recommend to anyone

Phil and Caleb have been amazing. I test drove a car they weren't done working on yet, and I decided I wanted that car. Well the car had some hiccups. But Phil and his boys have been amazing. I would absolutely tell a friend to go check out what they have. I would know that I sent them to someone who doesn't sell you a lemon and walk away. Any issues I've had they have been great about getting it taken care of. Even when Caleb had to come in on the weekend to work on it, so I would have a car for work on Monday. THANK YOU PHIL AND CALEB!!!THEY HAVE TREATED ME 10000% BETTER THAN AUTONOW.

My experience with this dealership has been awesome, from the time I purchased my vehicle from them. I was very nervous about my purchase but Phil and Chris helped me feel safe. And have gone above and beyond to make to help me. I'm truly grateful and thankful that there are people like this. I definitely recommend them, and will make my next purchase with them as well.

My wife and I purchased a car from Phil back in February. We purchased this car for $8000. Come to find out today that this vehicle was in a serious accident that we weren't told about. When they showed us the carfax they failed to show us the cover page where the severe accident was recorded. They also told us they fixed multiple things on the car that were never fixed when most recently taking it to the mechanic.

I needed a vehicle to get back and forth to work. Been looking all day had no ride home. With bank closing and it getting late they managed to get a response from the bank that night to approve the loan. An sent me home with a reliable 2001 Dodge Durango no issues! Still my daily driver. If I ever needed another vehicle Phils is where id go. They were very friendly kind patient even when I needed help last minute.

I am through the roof happy with my experience with These guys. Phil and Chris went above and beyond to ensure I had a good car for my son and I. Unfortunately, the car I originally purchased from them started having some issues with shift. With NO HESITATION, they gave me a FULL refund and helped me find something reliable and in my budget! I cannot recommend these guys enough! If you need a car and don t want to worry about getting taken advantage of, these are your guys! Thank you SO MUCH Phil and Chris! I will be back!

Legendary customer service. Great guys all around. Phil helped me find and get a great truck for an outstanding price. Don't go to some dealership where you are just another number for the month. At Big Phils, you are given an honest and upfront answer on whats available, what's right for your price range, all while keeping you in their best interest. If they don't have what you need, chances are they will work with you to find it!

What a great experience buying a vehicle at Big Phil's! From the moment I stepped on the lot I was treated with kindness. Phil is very personable and genuinely wanted to help me drive away in the car of my dreams! Each person I encountered at Big Phil's was the same way. Giving great customer service is not what they do, it's who they are! I highly recommend! Thank you Phil and gang! You all are incredible people!

Buying a used car usually gives me anxiety, but not at Big Phil s! Everyone was so friendly and did everything they could to make my experience great! They explained everything, hooked me up with a great credit union and a fabulous rate. I was trading in two cars, and the salesman (Randy) even drive me 40 minutes to go pick up the second vehicle I was trading in. The whole team did everything they could to make sure my experience was pleasant. I would definitely buy from them again!

Outstanding customer service. Phil and Chris are second to none in treating a person looking for a car with respect and professionalism. We bought a 2009 Mazda 3 for my daughter today. Will definitely recommend them and also return if we need to purchase another vehicle in the future.

I had a phenomenal experience at this dealership thanks to Terry and Phil.I am a former car salesman (saleswoman actually) and F&I Director in the auto industry, and therefore I know if and when I'm being worked over when vehicle shopping. There was none of that with this dealership, and they were incredibly straight shooters, honest, efficient, and friendly. My husband and I enjoyed working with them, and in fact it was so effortless that we'll be returning when we need another vehicle! We will send anyone and everyone we know to Big Phil's as it was an awesome experience with incredibly helpful staff and owner! Thanks Phil and Terry; I love my Buick Enclave!

Big Phil's is the best used car dealership around. Not only are his pricing and quality good, his warranty and service after the sale are amazing!My new to me Yukon needed a few things fixed up before I bought it and Phil had his team take care of everything. The truck even had issues with the engine after I purchased it and Phil and his team did everything they could to rectify the situation, even offered a loaner vehicle while my Yukon was waiting for service.Phil got it right when he told me that I bought my truck at the right dealership!

These guys are AMAZING. I just moved here from washington state and got into a car wreck on the way, I needed a car badly when i finally arrived in kansas, I looked for months and never felt like i was being treated like a person; more like a pay check. I went to Big Phil's Auto Plaza, as my last chance to get a car. When I got there I felt like I was talking to my dad, like I was actually cared for. I purchased my jeep liberty for an awesome price, but ran into some minor issues after the first few weeks, they told me to come back and they would fix everything for FREE. Anywhere else I would've paid outrageous prices, but they were so understanding and worked with me to get it fixed. The few times I had to leave my car I was loaned a car so I didnt have to walk home, and when it was a quick fix I sat and had coffee with phil and his team. I would recommend Big Phil's Auto Plaza to friends and family knowing they would be taken care of, and feel welcome to just hangout with these guys, I cant stress enough how amazing they treated me.

I m going to start off by giving my own personal background I sold Cars at Crown Toyota and Volkswagen for a year. With that being said I would never lie to a customer about the appearance of a vehicle transparency is everything. I live in Kansas City called up there and was told everything you want to hear when buying a used vehicle never been wrecked one owner trade in . This was the farthest from the truth. Upon arrival I was informed the trucks battery was shot proceeded to drive to there insurance agency to see the truck. When my family and I showed up there was rust all over the wheel wells and it looked as if the front passenger quarter panel had been side swiped. And to top it off when I had them open the drivers door the whole panel proceeded to fall off. As that happened I was informed this wasn t like this yesterday after that I was in utter disbelief that I had drove my 2 year old and fianc� an hour to look at the biggest pile of junk a dealership could sell after having the belief I d be driving back with the cleanest Silverado in KC. Honestly the 1 star ratting is a little to high for my opinion but unfortunately that s the lowest google allows a review to be. To anyone and everyone Big Phillis is a Big hoax!

It's a small lot but packed with A LOT of nice,clean preowned cars that have been assessed and issues addressed and cleaned by the on sight machanics. Various price ranges, great people, Chris and Nathan are awesome! I can't wait to pick up and drive MY "new" car! Thanks guys!

I bought my first 2009 Cadillac Escalade from Big Phil's and they help me fix my credit. I felt so good when I was able to drive off the lot with my escalade. I felt like a BOSS LADY!! But if you really looking for a nice used or new vehicle, I would recommend BIG PHIL'S. Thank you for everything and I will look forward on buying my second car soon.

I have been very pleased with my purchase of my truck and the maintenance on my family s vehicles at Big Phil s. Phil was easy to work with and found me the exact vehicle I needed! Danny and Carson have been honest and timely getting our cars in. I would recommend this dealership!

Worst business model out there!!! Had lined up a truck everything was approved just need to get my money. They said they would hold it...less than 48 hours they sold it to someone else. So i ran my credit to take credit hit and got screwed. They do not care about the customer or what is promised. They care about the bottom line! Not about being true to their word or honoring what they say. DO NOT GIVE THEM BUSINESS THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER!!!! If i could give them less than 1 star i would!!!!!

A+ for sure! Great selection and fairly priced vehicles. Spent all day yesterday driving around Topeka visiting used car lots for a car for my daughter. He is definitely the best around. Super helpful, great and very friendly staff. Awesome warranty. He earned a customer for life! I'll be back for any future vehicle purchases!

They have lied and lied and lied. sold me a bad title and didn t even tell us it was a bad title. they never answer there phones and when they do one person tells you one thing and the other person tells you a different thing. they had told me my car was under warranty and it has never been under warranty

I've had my car since January and for the past few days I heard some grinding noises an it proceeded to get worse so I stopped in they were very apologetic and it's very understandable that it was overlooked but they fixed it free of charge!!! thank you very much cause I was stressing out!!!

Most courteous knowledgeable employees in the business. Especially Kevin Shelman who has worked on my cars for 10 years before joining Big Phil's crew. I wont buy a used car anywhere else. They have everything right from the staff to vehicles and all the in between. 5 stars
