I got a four pack of brown Jersey gloves at a good price. Lisa, the store manager was her nice and friendly self. Thanks for the gloves and a + experience.Also, I m thinking about working for Topeka Metro and give the city buses some wrench work. Hopefully Auto Zone can supply me with spark plugs and oil filters. I m really handy!

Great place. I went in there because I had a check engine light. Didn't even need to ask the guy working to help. I told him the light was on and he plugged in the device and immediately told me what was wrong. I recommend them.

I had called to ask if my dad worked today and "Brad" Answered the phone with a attitude and then hung up on me. Then my fiance called and we asked for my dad AGAIN and he hung up. Being disrespectful to customers. Will be telling the boss!

Friendly Service along with knowledgeable employees. Lisa was a great help! Back in Sept. I stopped in while on a cross country trip and she gave multiple suggestions as to possible reasons for my dashboard lights coming on and used two different code readers to help me get a more precise diagnosis. The part was in stock and I was able to borrow the tools needed from the store. Great experience!

All they had to do was simply put a basic tester on it to see which part was bad and I would have bought the part there....instead....no we don't do that....have to take it to a shop....wow so you don't want to have to do two minutes of work because it's cold?? Wow....really great customer service....don't call either....they are not polite....so if you want rude employees and zero real customer service THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO!

Its hard to believe that i posted this 3 years ago. What is TRUE, is that the excellence of my first review is still true today:Professional, quick, and less expensive than I thought. Service is excellent, and they even put smaller parts in that would cost $$$ at the dealer or auto shop.

Ken is phenomenal at the Topeka, KS location on 10th! I am traveling home and out of town when my car light that said "check manual" came on. Ken took the time to help me and added coolant for me! He also gave me other great advice on the car. Thank you so much Ken! You make a difference!

I went to AutoZone tonight (6-1-2020). Martin was SO helpful. He quickly diagnosed and fixed an issue with my car and was very friendly during our entire interaction. He is a great asset for your store!

Had an issue with a new employee at the California store(complaint filed) so I called the new store on 10th street and advised them of my situation and he said he understood and would help me out. When I get there he started thinking outside the box and found out my part was entered wrong in the system for my particular vehicle. He quickly fixed the issue and even gave me the right part with the recipe of course. The California autozone used to be my favorite store because it's right down the road from my house. But good customer service is worth the extra drive. In my experience here this will be my new store. The employees here felt like they were well trained and they stayed calm even though the store was getting busy and the phones were ringing like crazy. There was only two employees there that day but they were still on their A game. It's rare to see well trained employees these days like it was when I was in customer service for years before becoming semi retired. Thanks to him I got my car fixed and back on the the road before the sun went down.

Very clean store was helpful employees. Would recommend every buddy go there. We haven't had an automotive store in this area in a very long time and it's very nice to have one as close as we do now please go in and see them.

Friendly, honest, open, and helpful; however, they didn't have any of the parts I needed... even after the computer showed they did. They also didn't carry a few items I came for, which most automotive stores do. They did; however, tell me where to find what I was looking for.

Friendly employees, and decent selection of supplies in stock. They may not be knowledgeable, but are willing to help. AutoZone has good prices, but beware of buying cheap brands, you tend to get what you pay for

Literally the laziest people I've ever seen standing inside of the store on there phone not doing anything and kept the doors locked, it was 7:50 and they'd rather sit around and do nothing, our shop will be going to other part stores from now on

The only place to get honest help with questions and they always have what parts, fluids etc that I need
