I have always been impressed with the cleanliness of this store so that s not the issue, but they were severely understaffed today when I went in. The sales folks did their best and found what I needed but my question is, if you hire someone, why would you not put them on the schedule? Especially after they repeatedly ask for work. It s obviously desperately needed! The manager might to need additional training in management of people. I d like to receive an email response and had no way to get the email of the manager. Thank you!

Very nice and knowledgeable staff.When I was last here, which admittedly was more than a few months ago, a gentleman from the staff actually attached my windshield wipers. He was very nice.I was also looking for a specific battery, and they told me they didn't have it. And instead of just leaving it at that, they advised me where to go next.

Came in for brake lights today. Jessica and Michelle went above and beyond to help me. They walked me through the process and were so helpful and kind! These ladies are awesome and I recommend them to everyone!

Only ordered from them cause I was promised the part by 6pm. Now it's 3pm tomorrow during the hottest part of the day when my mechanic won't fix my ac. Don't order from them. Do better

Richard thank you for your kind customer service! I wish I would of got a call like I was told I would get when my parts came in for pick up so I would not waste a trip to store if they had not arrived, I had to make the follow up call 3 hours later than what I was told they would more than likely be there. Over all I will continue to do buisness with you.

I had bought a whole brake system and a lady gave me the wrong size for my front rotors so I took it back and a old gentlemen was able to help me and gave me the correct size but over all great service, just make sure to check your own vehicle and make sure there the correct parts before leaving.

I went looking for a quick way to try and keep my car clean didn't know what to look for but immediately was asked if I needed any help showed me lots of different options and even helped me save some money with in store coupons definitely will have no problem going back.

My fiance was on her way back to Georgia from Colorado and had a headlight blown. The associate Travis was amazing, I initially called to offer him money to change out the light for her. He refused to take any kind of payment and said that's they do there. Great folks I suggest everyone shop here not the O'Reilly's across the street we're both associates declined to help her cuz it was closing time

Well all I can say is thank God for TRAVIS!. I was having an extremely bad day and had some issues with on a of my lights going out and it was late and I had no clue w h at I was doing. Let me remind d you that I had already been to b Orileys and they were all so ready to go home that I had been refused help when I had asked for it. So I went to Auto Zone and that gentleman named Travis went out of his way to help me. Thanks again Travis and thank you Auto Zone.

The guy that works there named Josh makes me uncomfortable he is always flirting and getting women's numbers,very inapropate staff!! Men beware when you let your wife's shop their!!!

Service is always pretty good and the knowledge of the people is great. But to get a part I don't like the story they say when colvin shut everything down they quit making parts I can't get it intake hose for my car nowhere not even the junkyard.

The Best Parts Store iv been too.. There always helpful & will help you find the right part even if your not sure. Big Selection's of oil and coolent, plenty of oil filters & air filters. They have Paints also, If I had a question on anything they helped out no problem.. Also you can recycle used oil plus plus.

Excellent source for important parts for your vehicle, sometimes half the price compared to local competitors! I buy my brake pads here because certain brands come with a lifetime warranty. If you know how to change your own brake pads then you can potentially save a lot of money over the course of the years you own your car.

Great place!! The gentleman behind the counter said Hi as soon as I walked in the door and asked if he could help me find anything! I will definately return! The store was very clean too!

I can get what I need quickly and get help fairly quickly when needed. I prefer this store over the several other national chain auto parts stores nearby, I think because it best meets my needs and makes me feel comfortable as a fairly novice do-it-yourself mechanic.

I don't like how they can determine if they want to return certain items or not with out a receipt. Haven't been to all of them but the prices are high

I felt really bad I took a car I recently purchased over there the battery light had been coming on I didn't take any tools with me and I got over there purchase a battery and it wouldn't start the battery was dead they tested it and they put it in for me the young lady who did so was amazing I felt really bad for her cuz she struggled getting the old battery out unfortunately I didn't have any cash with me all I had was my card so I couldn't even tip her all I can do is say thank you
