Bryan help me get into a Ford edge. He did excellent by walking us through everything and got me into this vehicle. I just found out there was an issue with the AC needing looked at and he was on top of that as well. I would recommend them with the good care I got. Keep up the good work. By far outstanding customer service. He also didn't push me into something I wasn't comfortable getting. I told him no vans and I was looking for either an explorer, SUV or a car. Thank you Bryan.I'm editing this with a good positive thing; when I got my vehicle the AC wasn't working. Sense it isn't hot no biggie. Come to find it was the ac compressor and it was fully covered. Took my vehicle in Tuesday morning and had my vehicle back within the day. You see all these negative posts about places but this place will make it right.

I love this location and very great staff!! Bryan has now sold us 3 AMAZING vehicles and the 3rd was my dream car!! He has the best customer service and attitude! Thanks Bryan and Shawn and we'll see ua in a few years!!!

Purchased a Chevy Traverse from this Topeka location. Transmission went out after 3 weeks of having the car. They sent me to their mechanic they use for Transmission warranty work. I then asked was there anything they could do with the payments seeing as I had to get a rental after just purchasing the car 3 weeks prior and got the run around for weeks only for them to tell me that I had to continue to make my payments all while not having my car. Their attitude was very dismissive and nonchalant after they sold me a bad car. Had to keep calling over and over during this process because they didn t return any of my calls then when I spoke with the agent and informed her that I had been trying to to reach her for days to solve this matter she admitted that she had received only 2 of my voicemails but yet no call back. I get my car back from the mechanic that they use for transmission warranty work and the transmission still didn t work correctly. I then took my car to get an oil change from an actual Chevy dealership and they found oil leaks, bad ball joints, leaks in one of my gaskets. Chevys exact words were Your car should have never passed inspection . I called Auto Now and told them what was said and also informed them that my transmission also still needed to be repaired because it wasn t running properly. Auto Now told me to take it to their mechanic who they use for their warranty work and the mechanic confirmed what Chevy said. So I had to get a rental again which cost me 1000 dollars for a week because I have to still get to work and get my kids to school. This whole time my car is sitting at their shop not being worked on unbeknownst to me because Auto Now refused to start work on my car that they sold me that was a bad car that I couldn t even drive because my payment wasn t current. Also the reason the payment wasn t current was because of the rental I had to get due to the bad car they sold me. I also had to take the rental back because I couldn t afford it. Luckily my friend let me barrow his extra car. I called and complained about this horrible situation and was told by the people at this Topeka location that it s my problem not theirs, it was nothing they were going to do about it, then was hung up on and then blocked. Had to get in touch with the head guy over their division which is Derick which took days all while not having my car and my car not even being started on for repairs. Derick worked the situation out as far as my payments and got them to start repairs but still don t have my car 2 weeks later. Let s also remember that after the repairs that Chevy found are fixed my car then has to still go back to the Transmission mechanic so he can fix my still damaged transmission. So I probably won t have my car for another month. They still want their money though!!! See Derrick worked out the behind payments but now I have to call again and do this all over again and have him work on my payments because I still don t have my car. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS PLACE!!!

Brian Reed was outstanding. He got us into the car we wanted. He fought for us & we put didn t have to put a lot of work into it. He made sure we were taken care of before we left. I highly recommend that you go visit him if you want to get into a car !

I walked in to Auto Now thinking I would be leaving empty handed on Valentines Day. I got there at 9am when they opened. Promptly was asked how they could help me. I had already filled the credit application out online most, so she looked up who was assigned to me. That person was off that day. But she quickly got me to Bryan!!! I couldn t have asked for a better salesman!!! Not once did he make me feel like I was going to walk out without a new to me car/truck!!! He even took my beat up truck in for a trade in for WAY MORE than I could have imagined. He was AMAZING at getting me what I wanted!!! Very upbeat personality and worked with me very well!!!Thank you again for making my dream come alive!!!

The amount of time that it took is my biggest complaint. The sales person was pulled in so many different directions. I don t feel like the proper amount of time or attention was given to customers. However I did get into a vehicle and that is what is most important!

I got a car from this dealership and 2 WEEKS after my keys stopped working they were all nice and friendly when I was signing but very dismissive and rude when I needed help. They said it was My fault for the key not working and couldn t do anything about it I had to spend $260 just to get new keys for the car. The radiator which is under warranty wasn t working properly and I also had to buy that myself because they kept giving me the run around and it was faster to get it fixed myself. This is the car I take to work and can t have it in the shop for week until they decide to help. And then they spam you with calls when they need something from you.

Wouldn t show us the car unless we got pre approved for financing. Like, quite literally would not even let us LOOK inside the car without having our credit ran. Lady who was helping us was rude and unhelpful. Never in my life has anyone made me get pre approved for something without even looking at it.

As with all places there good and bad. But there's reasons for bad. Overall been honest with me did as they said they would do. Worked with me any time I was short or was going through financial stuff. The only requirement is communicate with em and do what you say your going to do. I didn't get a car in the best of shape . Ended up upside down with it. Which means I owed more that it's worth. But I couldn't get a car anywhere else so as the saying goes you got to earn trust till then it cost. I didn't like them at first but I have come to know them and the good out ways any bad

My visit went great. It was a fast process and I received the best service with sales and financing. I do highly recommend checking the Auto now out in Topeka Brian was great. They have it very organized the way they do stuff. And honestly they didn t even haggle with the down payment I had they worked with me and got me in something very nice that I m happy with.
