Doesn't carry what I was needing cause they don't really have to much by way of motorcycle parts but was very helpful still and helped me figure out the best place to inquire about the parts I was needing, so it all worked out in the long run

At the time of my visit, there was an outage of the website, as well as the credit card processing. The team there worked with me to not only get the right part, but also to find a coupon to bring the total down a few dollars to the amount of cash I had on hand since they couldn't run my card. Great job, this is why I also shop at Advance versus similar chains.

The prices are about 12% more than the O'Reilly across the street for identical products, but the staff is blandly professional, the store is clean and well stocked and there is seldom a wait. Probably because everyone goes to O'Reilly's across the street to save 12%

Fantastic and extremely helpful staff. We found ourselves stranded in the parking lot with vehicle issues and the staff went above and beyond to help us resolve the problems and get back on our way.

The store is real hit and miss with volume of customers. The more regular customers are often helped out of turn, but the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Even new hires know their limits and don't hesitate to get help.

Great group of guys that work at this location. They were very helpful and seemed to know where everything was before I asked. I had a problem with my credit card but the guy was very knowledgeable and fixed the issue quickly and easily. Now I have the parts I need to mod my car properly.

They had the part I needed in stock....although it was 20% higher than their competitors who were out of stock. Hated the fact that I was pressured into giving them my name, phone, number, etc.. just to buy a $45 part. They claimed it was for warranty.

I have been going to this location for years. They are always so helpful and friendly. My most recent visit was for a battery check. It checked out bad. They quickly fixed me up with a new one and installed it. Such great service.

They have a good selection of tools and fluids for your car maintenance. They will also let you borrow a screwdriver or wrench. And that's the extent of what they will let you borrow while you're in the parking lot. They're very particular with what they want to loan you tool wise.However based on my recent visit I told them I needed help with my vehicle that required a special tool and they told me that I would have to rent an entire tool kit for $199.99 & I said no. They didn't even try to help me. They where very rude. It Wasn't always like that, years ago they would actually come outside to your vehicle and help you with whatever you needed,That included tools. now they don't do that anymore!

Extremely helpful and friendly sales associates. Very knowledgeable. The issue i have with Advance is that their parts are consistantly of lower quality than the brand X across the street. Both in initial fit and with durability.

We went to buy a bulb for our truck and the employee Dustin helped us change it. I will highly recommend this place and we will buy our stuff from here again.

The workers there was polite and awesome.. They wasnt able to assist with thw tale light but they were able to provide a tool so i could do it myself wbi h wad awesome be ause my turn signal was out

Dial "M" for Murder or Mechanical Assistance. Price matching may be included and I've never had to rummage about looking for what I needed. They insist on personal service.

THE STAFF ARE ALL VERY KNOWLEDGABLE, HELPFUL & COURTEOUS......EVERYTIME I GO IN. MY FATHER WAS A MECHANIC IN TOPEKA ALL OF HIS LIFE & WAS WELL KNOWN IN THE BUSINESS & USED ADVANCE QUITE OFTEN. HE PASSED AWAY, BUT STILL, THEY ALLOW ME TO USE HIS ACCT, WHICH I DO IN HIS MEMORY. RIP DAD

The crew are knowledgeable dedicated to ensuring a fast paced best price on your automobile parts they will with no hesitation assist you viewing your car give you a "hold harmless" quick advise which 9~out of~ 10 is normally spot on.

Very helpful fast and friendly, didnt have the belt I needed ordered it in a timely fashion and called to let me know it was in. Great bunch of people.
