Jessie is a freaking life saver. My car broke down it needed a new engine had fluids leaking on my spark plugs had lights and electrical issues that resolved themselves after the engine was replaced. He was so so patient with me. I kept calling trying to cordiante between him and my car dealership to get the engine covered. Normally I don t like going to shops. Especially for people who aren t all that knowledgeable about cars because most shops would rip you off. but honestly Jessie talked about the process, he was super patient with me. After Jessie got the engine he had it done in a few days. He also found other things that were wrong and is working with me on it. Absolutely 20/10 truly truly satisfied with him and his business. Thank you so much Jessie you re truly a girls hero because I was panicking. I ve never been so happy for a mechanic shop.

I just want to give a special shot out to Jessie and his team for getting my car diagnosed and being honest with me on what needed to be fixed and even fair on the price. Jessie is amazing and I recommend anyone who needs work on their car to go to Jessie and he will take good care of ya. I will definitely be going back.

Jesse was very personable. Has the best warranty compared to competition. Very accommodating. We got a bad part on delivery, and he sent it back for a new 1. And they can fix all sorts of stuff, not just trans.

Called Jessie about my transmission problems and they got me in quickly. Tested and found the problem. Had my transmission rebuilt within a week.

My car sat at the place of business for 3 weeks and they never kept it locked, as a result I got more car damage when someone went through my vehicle, I had change in the cup holder. The previous owner hooked up an IPad cord that was hooked up under the dash and cord came out through cup holder. And when the person stole the change out of it, they also had that cord caught up in there hand and pulled it out really far. Messing up my radio, check engine light is on. Also my car came out driving worse than driven in. They was supposed to do an alignment, and I have to drive with wheel turning towards left, cause wants to drive off in right lane. When asked why no one test drove before to make sure it was right, the only answer I got was well we took it to get aligned. Just frustrating. We trust these people people basically with our lives. And they could careless about taking pride in their work, or our lives. All about money! Called them the other day to see if they could replace my brakes told them I had already purchased new ones they told me they could replace them with the ones we just bought so we made an appointment my husband got there and was told oh no we can't put the brakes you bought on the brakes have to come from us and told my husband it would be almost 500 dollars for parts and labor. NEVER going back or recommending them to anyone I know.

Great shop to get an oil change or anything else. Julie at the front desk is awesome!! She was friendly and knowledgeable and got me everything I needed, all while very busy (they had a great oil change sale going on). Jeff in the back is very good also. He changed my oil and rotated my tires quickly and took me out to show me where I had a possibly leaking axle bearing. Instead of pressuring me on this he wrote it up on my paperwork so I could take it to my dealer since he figured it was still under warranty and covered under powertrain coverage. Nice waiting room and accommodations too. Will come back!

Jesse was great. The technician who helped me was very informed. I had just had my truck "repaired " down the street. It still was not working correctly. I rolled into his place, and they got me fixed up. Thanks to them I was able to get up and running. Honest helpful and friendly. If you need transmission work done, check them out.

Totally impressed with the service, care, and integrity of this company!!! I would recommend them to any and everyone. Took my suburban in for an air conditioning problem. Jeff gave me good, and, bad scenarios of cost for repairs after looking it over. Got the call from Jeff that it was finished, and the cost was absolute lowest price of estimates! I was willing to pay what needed to be done, and they knew it, and I still was only charged the least amount. So very very nice to deal with such honest and good people. I recommend them 100% !!! Thank you for such amazing service and care !

Most expensive repair I ve ever had to do for a vehicle, but somehow this shop came in far cheaper than the other quotes I got. With the crazy used car market it made more sense to spend too much on a repair rather than buy another used problem.Beyond my heartburn with the cost these guys were great and got it done under budget and before the timeframe they guesstimated. I have never had great luck with cars, dealers, or service shops, but this place made me forget all of that.Very happy!CainService: Transmission

Jesse was AMAZING to work with. He gave me all the information on the financing program so I could get the repairs I needed done. He told me exactly what I needed done to be safe and he didn t try to sell me things I didn t need. He was very understanding of my needs. I was able to drop off my car with him to figure out what it needed, which is great so I didn t have to take off work! There is just so many great things I would say about Jesse and AAMCO. I would definitely recommend to anyone needing repairs or maintenance done on their vehicles!!

They have had my vehicle for almost the an entire month. On three separate occasion I was told when it would be ready only for them to push it back. Now for the fourth time I m being told it s still not ready. They don t inform you that they re running behind or give any updates unless you call.

I've had my truck here about 6 times in about 4 months and they still cant get it right!!! Complete rebuild?? Lmao nope they reuse your old parts but charge for Complete rebuild.

Jesse and the team are so welcoming. They make sure you understand what is going on with your car and what the best options are to get it fixed and not break the bank. With other shops I have felt that they were trying to get me to spend more thinking since I am a woman I won t know understand; that s not what I got with AAMCO. They answered all my questions and concerns, took time to explain things to me and go over the cost of everything so I knew what I was paying for. Literally the best experience I ve ever had. From now on I will only be taking my vehicles to Jesse at AAMCO! Best place in town to assist me with my car care needs!

From the time I called in and spoke with Jesse on the phone about the issues with my car until I picked it up they were professional and fast. I feel comfortable knowing that I am safe on the road again. They explained everything that was wrong with the car and how they needed to fix it. They were honest, I won t take my care anywhere else. Jeff the manager is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He had my parts ordered and at his shop at the time he said they would arrive. Also had my transmission leak fixed in one afternoon. His employees are efficient and get the job done. I would recommend this shop to anyone needing any vehicle repairs or even just scheduled maintenance.

Manuel and the staff are very friendly and honest professionals on cars. The first time I went to them for the engine light. Manuel checked it out in no time, asked questions and explained in details - very helpful. So I went the second time to get a check-up for my upcoming long distance drive. I would definitely be the returning customer if I come back to this town again. They are good and trustworthy mechanic.

Very happy with the service I received from AAMCO! My transmission went out on my truck, and they got me in and out and up and running again in less than a week! Jeff and the staff were very courteous, and answered all of my questions. They even stayed late past their hours on a Friday so I could pick up my truck. A+ service in my book. I would recommend them to anyone, and will return again. Thanks!

Awesome group of guys and gals to work with. Best price and the best warranty I could find in a 50 miles radius. Had my transmission back in 4 days on a full rebuild and made sure to give me everything I needed to get it put back together and even flush out my transmission cooler. Will definitely come back to these guys for sure!

Awesome service, clean facility and friendly employees! Savannah was an unbelievably GREAT help with all of what I needed. She was quick to give me assistance, friendly throughout my visit and very knowledgeable about any questions that I asked her. I was in and out in no time and contribute that to the customer service I received. I definitely recommend going here!

Solid job repairing a sensor on my engine. Good, friendly customer service. My only issue is the engine diagnostic , which cost $189.99 just for them to look at my car and tell me what was wrong with it.

This Team did an amazing job Responding to my Emergency Vehicle Needs of Fixed.The Team was Friendly, quick to respond,addressed all issues, and very reasonable Rate.I would recommend AAMCO Transmissions & Total Car Care to those whom want their vehicle fixed right the first time.I have taken in our vehicles before for Regular visits, but when the true Emergency hit this team blew it out of the Park - So Grateful and Blessed!!!!! Thank you Aamco for fixing my car up yet again. Last year I had some shifting issues with the transmission. Jesse said we can do some minor repairs and get me back on the road. Thinking I was going to have to spend thousands but it turned out to be a few hundred dollars.Phew. Got a new job not to long ago and took my car in to have them replace the transmission due to it acting up again. Help out with the price I needed and even hooked me up with financing to help with repair cost. Best place in town for transmission repair.
